J.K. Dobbins RB | DEN
Chargers' J.K. Dobbins: Set to return to practice
The Chargers are opening Dobbins' (knee) 21-day practice window Monday, Eric Smith of the Chargers' official site reports.
Dobbins has been on injured reserve since Nov. 30, and he's since missed the required four games. It's not yet clear if the veteran running back will be able to suit up Saturday against New England, and Los Angeles would need to first activate him in order for him to return to the field. Dobbins' level of participation in practice this week should shed some light on the chance of that happening. Gus Edwards has been working as the Chargers' lead back in Dobbins' absence, and though Edwards has largely struggled in the role, he did break through for 68 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries last Thursday versus Denver.

Antonio Gibson RB | NE
Patriots' Antonio Gibson: Carries 10 times Sunday
Gibson carried 10 times for 28 yards and caught both of his targets for eight yards in Sunday's 24-21 loss to the Bills.
Gibson also recorded a fumble that was recovered by New England in the contest, while logging 43 of a possible 73 snaps on offense, per Mike Reiss of ESPN.com. Meanwhile, starting RB Rhamondre Stevenson was on the field for 32 snaps en route to carrying 12 times for 60 yards and a TD and catching his only target for 13 yards, while fumbling once (recovered by Buffalo) and also being involved in a turnover (assigned to QB Drake Maye) that the Bills turned into a score. As Saturday's game against the Chargers approaches, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald relays that head coach Jerod Mayo indicated that it's a possibility that the team could start Gibson over Stevenson in Week 17. The last time that happened (stemming from Stevenson's ball-security issues early on this season), the two backs each logged 28 snaps in the Patriots' Week 5 loss to the Dolphins, with Stevenson recording 12 carries for 89 yards and a TD and catching four passes for three yards, while Gibson rushed six times for 52 yards and added one catch for four yards. With that in mind, it's plausible that Gibson could handle enough touches versus Los Angeles to merit deep-league lineup consideration, but Stevenson figures to remain part of the game plan, even if he doesn't take the first snap out of the team's backfield.

Braelon Allen RB | NYJ
Jets' Braelon Allen: Three touches in loss to Rams
Allen (back) rushed twice for five yards and caught his only target for five yards in Sunday's 19-9 loss to the Rams.
Allen matched Isaiah Davis' total of three touches while Breece Hall led the Jets backfield with 19 touches. While Allen will likely be healthy enough to suit up in Week 17 against the Bills, his fantasy upside is minimal as he splits backup duties.
-
Isaiah Davis RB | NYJ
Jets' Isaiah Davis: Three carries in Week 16
Davis rushed three times for 12 yards and wasn't targeted in Sunday's 19-9 loss to the Rams.
Breece Hall worked as the clear lead back with 19 touches, while Davis and Braelon Allen got just three apiece. With Hall healthy ahead of a Week 17 trip to Buffalo, Davis doesn't project to get much work.

Jeff Wilson RB | MIA
Dolphins' Jeff Wilson: Involved in win over former team
Wilson rushed twice for 12 yards during Sunday's 29-17 win over San Francisco.
Wilson worked over Jaylen Wright as the No. 3 back behind starter De'Von Achane and backup Raheem Mostert during Sunday's win over the 49ers, after having been inactive for seven straight games from Week 5 to Week 12. It's unclear whether Wilson has officially surpassed Wright on the depth chart, or if the Dolphins simply opted to involve him more in the game plan due to the Week 16 matchup. Wilson's next chance to compete for depth snaps will come Week 17 versus Cleveland on the road.

Jaylen Wright RB | MIA
Dolphins' Jaylen Wright: Works as No. 4 option Week 16
Wright did not record a carry or target during Sunday's 29-17 win over the 49ers.
Wright appears to have fallen to fourth on Miami's backfield depth chart, as veteran Jeff Wilson worked in behind starter De'Von Achane and backup Raheem Mostert. The rookie fourth-round pick has rushed just three times for 10 yards while securing two of three targets for six yards across his past four appearances. He'll compete for more depth opportunities on the road against Cleveland in Week 17.

Blake Corum RB | LAR
Rams' Blake Corum: Has huge run called back
Corum rushed five times for 14 yards during Sunday's 19-9 victory against the Jets.
The rookie running back ripped off a 32-yard run in the second quarter, only to see it negated by a penalty on TE Hunter Long. Corum was left with his typical numbers otherwise, seeing just nine snaps on offense while Kyren Williams set a season high with 122 yards rushing on 23 attempts, including his 15th touchdown on the year. With the Rams looking to clinch a playoff spot next week, expect Corum's role to continue to remain limited in a Week 17 matchup against the Cardinals.

Tyrone Tracy Jr. RB | NYG
Giants' Tyrone Tracy: Aggravates ankle injury
Giants head coach Brian Daboll said Monday that Tracy aggravated an ankle injury during Sunday's 34-7 loss to the Falcons, Matt Citak of the Giants' official site reports.
Tracy gained 26 yards on only seven carries versus Atlanta on Sunday, but he salvaged his day from a fantasy perspective by securing all four of his targets for 43 yards and a touchdown. He entered the contest with a questionable designation due to an ankle issue and evidently aggravated the injury during the blowout loss. If Tracy winds up sitting out a Week 17 contest against the Colts for a Giants squad that is playing for nothing but pride and draft position, Devin Singletary would step back into the starting role in the backfield.
-
Raheem Mostert RB | LV
Dolphins' Raheem Mostert: Double-digit touches in Week 16 win
Mostert carried the ball eight times for 31 yards and caught both his targets for 15 yards during Sunday's 39-17 win over the 49ers.
De'Von Achane (190 scrimmage yards and one touchdown on 24 touches) remains the clear lead option out of the backfield for Miami, but Mostert has reclaimed his grip on the No. 2 role since returning from a one-game absence due to a hip injury. He'll again help complement Achane on the road against Cleveland in Week 17.

Devin Singletary RB | NYG
Giants' Devin Singletary: Gets just four carries in Week 16
Singletary rushed four times for 12 yards and didn't collect a target in Sunday's 34-7 loss to Atlanta.
The Giants went with a pass-heavy approach in the contest, especially after falling behind in the second quarter, and had only 13 rushing attempts as a team while Drew Lock threw 39 passes. As a result, Tyrone Tracy's modest seven carries paced the squad, and Singletary finished with fewer than five totes for the third time in five games. Given the sorry state of New York's offense and Tracy's emergence as the lead back, Singletary's fantasy relevance rests almost entirely on his chances of getting into the end zone, which he has done twice in that five-game span.
