  • Bills' Jonathan Williams: Gets offensive snaps in blowout win

Williams saw five carries for 21 yards during Sunday's win over the 49ers.

The rookie got some work in with the Bills being way ahead in the fourth quarter. While Shady McCoy stole the show, it does appear Williams has worked his way into the No. 3 role, with Mike Gillislee firmly implanted as the No. 2. Reggie Bush, meanwhile, has just six rushing attempts for five yards all season.

  • Matt Jones RB | WAS

Redskins' Matt Jones: Season-high in rushing Sunday versus Eagles

Jones carried 16 times for a season-high 135 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 27-20 win over the Eagles.

Jones ripped off a 57-yard gain at one point and plowed into the end zone from a yard out just before the half. He was not targeted in the passing game, and saw Robert Kelley combine with Chris Thompson to steal 14 carries away. Jones is averaging an improved 87 rushing yards per game during the team's current four-game winning streak, and although the aforementioned duo will continue to see their share of usage next week versus the Lions, Jones should continue to dominate the carries after Sunday's explosive showing.

  • Seahawks' Christine Michael: Scores twice against Falcons

Michael rushed 18 times for 64 yards and two touchdowns, and caught all three of his targets for 19 yards in Sunday's 26-24 win over the Falcons.

Michael averaged just 3.6 yards per carry, but made owners happy by scoring two touchdowns for the second time in three games. The Seahawks have been committed to running the football in close, resulting in plenty of touchdowns for their featured back. That trend should continue with quarterback Russell Wilson's mobility still limited due to a sprained MCL.

  • Bills' Mike Gillislee: Most productive game in 2016

Gillislee rushed six times for 60 yards in Sunday's win over San Francisco, including a 44-yard run that put him in the end zone for the second straight week.

Gillislee's ticket to instant value in all leagues was nearly punched in this one, as LeSean McCoy suffered what looked like a potential serious knee injury. It turned out McCoy was just hit on the knee, and the pain subsided without any damage and the starter went on to play the rest of the game. Gillislee remains the handcuff to own to McCoy, while holding some current value in super deep leagues given the team's propensity to run the ball and work him in on occasion, namely when the Bills get inside the opponent's five.

  • Dolphins' Damien Williams: Finds pay dirt against Steelers

Williams rushed six times for 12 yards and a touchdown while adding two catches for five yards on two targets Sunday against the Steelers.

Williams still maintained a role in the offense with Arian Foster (hamstring) back, and even managed to vulture a 1-yard touchdown. Still, his ceiling is pretty low as the No. 3 running back behind Foster and Jay Ajayi, who rushed for over 200 yards and two scores himself in this one.

  • Terrance West RB | BAL

Ravens' Terrance West: Scores twice while dominating workload

West had 23 carries for 87 yards and two touchdowns, adding four catches for 36 yards on six targets, in Sunday's 27-23 loss to the Giants.

Kenneth Dixon gained 12 yards on three touches, while Javorius Allen didn't get a single carry or target. West dominated the backfield work despite getting off to a slow start on the ground, ultimately finishing with a pair of goal-line touchdowns, in addition to season-high marks for carries, receptions and targets. He could've had an even bigger day, as he was stuffed on three goal-line tries at the end of a third-quarter drive, including on fourth down from the one-yard line. West may not dominate the workload to such an extent every week, but he's clearly the team's lead back, with a role that includes goal-line carries and at least a portion of the passing-down snaps. The only bad news is that he'll face a stiff Jets run defense in Week 7, and will then be on bye in Week 8.

  • Zach Zenner RB | NO

Lions' Zach Zenner: Leads team in rushing

Zenner rushed 14 times for 58 yards Sunday against the Rams.

With both Theo Riddick and Dwayne Washington sidelined by knee injuries, Riddick took the reins of the Lions' backfield, even though the team inked ex-Raven Justin Forsett to a contract earlier in the week. However, not counting his game-high 19-yard scamper, Zenner averaged just three yards across 13 carries and wasn't featured in the passing game whatsoever. It's unclear at this point which player will spearhead Detroit's rushing attack in Week 7.

  • Thomas Rawls RB | JAC

Seahawks' Thomas Rawls: Inactive in Week 6 versus Falcons

Rawls (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's Week 6 tilt versus the Falcons, the team's official site reports.

Rawls is expected to be out for at least the next two weeks, if not longer. Christine Michael and C.J. Spiller will handle the majority of tailback touches once again for the Seahawks with C.J. Prosise also inactive.

  • Knile Davis RB | PIT

Chiefs' Knile Davis: Inactive against Raiders

Davis (coach's decision) will not play Sunday against the Raiders, ESPN reports.

Davis exited the Chiefs' Week 4 loss to the Steelers to be evaluated for a concussion, but had practiced without limitation throughout the week. Thus, he simply appears to be a healthy scratch with Jamaal Charles back in action and Spencer Ware, as well as Charcandrick West, available to help shoulder the load.

  • Panthers' Cameron Artis-Payne: Inactive Sunday

Artis-Payne is listed as inactive Sunday in New Orleans, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.

The Panthers must have supreme confidence in the health of Jonathan Stewart's hamstring, as Artis-Payne takes a seat for the first time since Week 2. Stewart will thus serve as the team's bell-cow back for the foreseeable future.
