Williams (foot) is expected to make his NFL debut Sunday versus the Bills.

Williams was extremely productive for Texas A&M, racking up 2,038 total yards and 19 touchdowns. He missed the first two games with a foot injury, and his opportunities will likely be few behind Joe Mixon and Giovani Bernard.

Penny injured his hamstring during Friday's practice and now is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

The last-second injury doesn't give Penny much time to recover, potentially opening the door for C.J. Prosise or Travis Homer to see a bit of extra work behind Chris Carson. The bigger impact of a Penny absence might simply be for the Seahawks to give Carson even more touches than he usually gets.

Jacobs (groin/hip) does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Vikings after practicing fully Friday.

The running back's return to a full practice Friday sets the stage for him to move past groin and hip issues, as well as an illness that led to him dropping weight, in order to head the Raiders' Week 3 backfield. We'd expect the team to give him all the early-down work he can handle Sunday, while Jalen Richard and DeAndre Washington remain on hand to serve as backup/change-of-pace options.

Williams (ankle) doesn't have a designation on the final injury report for Sunday's game against the Broncos, Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports.

Added to the report Thursday as a limited participant, Williams upgraded to a full session to close out the week. He'll handle his usual role in the Green Bay backfield behind lead runner Aaron Jones.

Williams (ribs) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Falcons.

Williams was a full participant in Thursday's and Friday's practices, so it appears he has a good shot to play Sunday. The fourth-year pro could be called upon for a respectable workload if Marlon Mack (calf) is ruled out, although Jordan Wilkins may be next in line behind Nyheim Hines.

Mack (calf) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons after returning to a limited practice Friday.

Mack missed practice both Wednesday and Thursday, with his return Friday -- albeit in a limited fashion -- offering hope that he'll be able to suit up for Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET contest. If, however, he's unable to go or limited this weekend, Nyheim Hines and Jordan Wilkins would be next up for touches out of the Colts' Week 3 backfield.

Clement (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Lions.

This comes as no surprise, as Clement was unable to practice all week due to his shoulder injury. Reports surfaced earlier this week that Clement would likely be sidelined for 1-to-2 weeks, so his status for Week 4 is certainly in doubt as well. Clement had gotten very limited work on offense to start the season, so his absence shouldn't have much of an impact Sunday.

Barner (ankle) was a full participant in Friday's practice, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports.

Barner appears to have fully recovered from his ankle injury. He'll work to make an impact in the return game Sunday versus Indianapolis.

Williams (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Sam McDowell of The Kansas City Star reports.

A knee contusion is to blame for Williams' imminent DNP. In his absence, LeSean McCoy (ankle) should get the bulk of the work out of the Chiefs' backfield, with Darwin Thompson and Darrel Williams on hand to pick up the slack.

Williams (right knee) was not participating in the open portion of Friday's practice, Nate Taylor of The Athletic reports.

Meanwhile, LeSean McCoy (ankle) worked again Friday and at this stage it looks like Williams is trending toward being out Sunday against the Ravens, while McCoy appears to be in line to play.
