Meanwhile, LeSean McCoy (ankle) worked again Friday and at this stage it looks like Williams is trending toward being out Sunday against the Ravens, while McCoy appears to be in line to play.

Singletary (hamstring) has been declared out for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.

At this point it's going to be a surprise if the exciting rookie suits up for Sunday's game against the Bengals, and the Bills may even list him as out on the final injury report. The 36-year-old Frank Gore actually carries some value this week in a game the Bills have the potential to control.

Elliott will return to his usual workload for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

The Cowboys kept a close eye on his snaps following his preseason holdout, and Elliott saw a lower share of offensive plays during the first two games of 2019 (54.4 percent in Week 1 and 76.8 percent in Week 2) than he did in any game last year. The team is confident his conditioning has caught up, however, and are ready to put him on the field for his customary 80-plus percent of snaps. "This is our third game," offensive coordinator Kellen Moore said. "I think he's at that point where we're pretty much playing this thing out at this point. It was good those first two weeks just to be aware of it and then also trust Zeke's response and how he feels and all those things and just balancing that stuff out." Of course, if Sunday's game turns into a rout, Elliott's workload could be curtailed for a completely different reason.

Henry rushed 17 times for 44 yards and a touchdown and brought in one of two targets for two yards in the Titans' 20-7 loss to the Jaguars on Thursday.

The Jaguars defense was ready for Henry after he eviscerated them for 238 yards and four touchdowns in a Week 14 Thursday night matchup last season. Henry could only manage a long run of 11 yards this time around, although his one-yard push into the end zone early in the fourth quarter salvaged his fantasy line to an extent. Henry has a rushing score in each of his first three games and will look to bounce back yardage-wise in a Week 4 road battle against the Falcons a week from Sunday.

Ozigbo is a healthy scratch for Thursday's game against the Titans, John Oehser of the Jaguars' official site reports.

Ozigbo has not yet appeared in a game this season. The undrafted rookie out of Nebraska was claimed off waivers by the Jaguars shortly after roster cutdowns, but it remains to be seen whether he'll end up carving out a role in Jacksonville.

Barner (ankle) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice.

Barner played through his ankle injury Week 2 versus Philadelphia, and he could do the same Week 3 if he's limited again Friday. If Barner is able to go, he'll slide into his usual role as Atlanta's top return man versus the Colts on Sunday.

Coach Freddie Kitchens said Thursday that he's hopeful to find ways to get Chubb more touches in future games, Andrew Gribble of the Browns' official site reports.

Kitchens wouldn't elaborate on how he might consider heightening Chubb's role on offense, though the coach did leave the door open for the running back to poach more third-down work from backups Dontrell Hillard and D'Ernest Johnson. Operating behind a suspect offensive line, Chubb has rumbled for 3.9 yards per carry and one touchdown to go with seven receptions for 46 yards while playing 65.5 percent of the Browns' offensive snaps through two weeks. With a tough opponent in the Rams on the docket Sunday, managing Chubb's workload may be a lesser concern than the prior two weeks as the 1-1 Browns look to keep up with the undefeated Ravens in the AFC North.
