Aaron Jones RB | MIN
Packers' Aaron Jones: Scores TD despite poor yardage
Jones carried 10 times for 15 yards and a touchdown while adding three catches (on five targets) for 26 yards during Sunday's 38-10 loss to the Buccaneers.
Jones struggled to the tune of 1.5 yards per carry against a stout Bucs defense, though he did manage to score a short touchdown to get his team on the board in the first quarter. He was quite involved as a pass catcher yet again but did little in that department outside of his log gain of 20 yards. Jones had averaged 144.3 scrimmage yards over the last three games, so his struggles in this one can be largely be chalked up to a tough matchup and poor overall play by the offense. He could bounce back in a big way next Sunday against a Texans team that has been gashed by opposing running backs all season.

Miles Sanders RB | DAL
Eagles' Miles Sanders: Will have MRI on Monday
Sanders (knee) is scheduled to go in for an MRI on Monday to get a better look at the knee injury he sustained Sunday against the Ravens, per Jay Glazer of Fox NFL Sunday, Jimmy Kempski of PhillyVoice.com reports.
Sanders was replaced by Boston Scott in the third quarter, and the team should have an update on his recovery timetable once the results of the MRI come in. The Eagles have a quick turnaround with the Giants coming to town Thursday, so Sanders will be hard-pressed to recover by then, even if the injury is relatively minor. Glazer added that tight end Zach Ertz (ankle) will also undergo an MRI and that Sanders' injury is the greater concern of the two.

Jonathan Taylor RB | IND
Colts' Jonathan Taylor: Contributes 115 scrimmage yards
Taylor carried 12 times for 60 yards and caught all four of his targets for an additional 55 yards during Sunday's 31-27 win over the Bengals.
Taylor averaged a healthy 5.0 yards per carry against a beatable Bengals front, but his team unexpectedly found itself in a large early hole, which limited his rushing attempts. Fortunately for fantasy managers who started Taylor, he was excellent as a pass catcher and finished with more receiving yards than he had in his previous four games combined. The rookie has performed quite well when given the chance, but his output has perhaps been limited by a Colts offense that hasn't lived up to expectations to this point. He'll enjoy an upcoming bye before facing a beatable Lions defense in Week 8.

Jeff Wilson RB | MIA
49ers' Jeff Wilson: Won't play Sunday
Wilson (calf) is inactive for Sunday's game versus the Rams, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
The 49ers held Wilson out of practice Thursday and Friday with a calf injury, which will keep him on the sideline for this NFC West matchup. With Wilson out, Raheem Mostert will lead the backfield while Jerick McKinnon and JaMycal Hasty fill in when necessary.

James Robinson RB | NO
Jaguars' James Robinson: Receiving score saves day
Robinson rushed the ball 12 times for 29 yards in Week 6 against the Lions. He added four receptions for 24 yards and a touchdown.
Robinson was limited in rushing volume due to game script but was the only Jaguars running back to record a carry. He was also able to remain involved in the passing game, hauling in a 14-yard touchdown pass in garbage time to pad his stat line. Robinson's work as a receiver has given him a strong floor throughout the season, as he has recorded at least four receptions in four consecutive games. On the other hand, he has gained just 77 yards on his last 25 carries across the last two contests. He'll look to get back on track as a ball carrier in Week 7 against the Chargers.

Damien Harris RB | BUF
Patriots' Damien Harris: Six carries in loss
Harris rushed six times for 19 yards and caught his lone target for 14 yards in Sunday's 18-12 loss to the Broncos.
Harris got six carries to Rex Burkhead's five and James White's four, but Cam Newton (10 carries for 76 yards and a touchdown) outproduced the three running backs combined on the ground. Game script dictated a larger role for White, who finished with eight catches as the Patriots spent the entire game playing from behind. A more favorable game script should produce a larger role for Harris in Week 7 against the 49ers, but White and Burkhead will remain on hand to siphon off touches, even with Sony Michel (quad/illness) still out of the picture.

Gus Edwards RB | LAC
Ravens' Gus Edwards: Leads in carries after Ingram exit
Edwards carried 14 times for 26 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 30-28 win over the Eagles.
With Mark Ingram exiting due to an ankle injury, Edwards led the team in carries and found the end zone from seven yards out in the first quarter. Meanwhile, rookie J.K. Dobbins took on double-digit touches for the first time in his young career, though his output was nothing to write home about. Both backs would stand to take on larger roles in Week 8 against the Steelers if Ingram is still on the mend, but the team's upcoming bye could afford him time to heal, which would maintain the team's backfield-by-committee approach.
-
Antonio Gibson RB | NE
Football Team's Antonio Gibson: Posts 55 total yards in loss
Gibson rushed nine times for 30 yards and secured four of five targets for 25 yards in the Washington Football Team's 20-19 loss to the Giants on Sunday.
Gibson logged just one more carry than backfield mate J.D. McKissic and saw one fewer target, as coach Ron Rivera continued to keep the workload split fairly evenly between the two. Naturally, that approach isn't doing fantasy managers any favors, and with McKissic actually more productive on a per-touch basis Sunday, it isn't likely Gibson separates into a true lead-back role any time soon. As such, the rookie's fantasy prospects remain mixed heading into a Week 7 battle against the Cowboys.

James Conner RB | ARI
Steelers' James Conner: Tops 100 yards
Conner rushed 20 times for 101 yards and one touchdown in Week 6 against the Browns. He added one reception for one yard.
Conner dominated work out of the backfield and topped 20 carries for the first time this season. He continued to produce with that volume, finding the end zone for the fourth consecutive game and reaching 100 yards on the ground for the third time in his last four contests. Despite the strong performance, Conner didn't provide many breakaway runs, posting double-digit yards on a carry only three times. Even so, he's proven to be the workhorse for the Steelers and should see plenty of volume again in Week 7 against the Titans.

J.K. Dobbins RB | DEN
Ravens' J.K. Dobbins: Could see larger opportunity
Dobbins carried nine times for 28 yards and caught two of four targets for one additional yard during Sunday's 30-28 win over the Eagles.
Dobbins' stats were nothing to write home about, but Mark Ingram left the game with an ankle injury, opening the door for the rookie to take on double-digit touches for the first time in his young career. The extent of Ingram's injury remains to be seen, but he will have an extra week to heal as the Ravens go on bye before returning to face the Steelers in Week 8. If the veteran is forced to miss any action, Dobbins and Gus Edwards would both stand to benefit from a fantasy perspective, though the team seems likely to continue its backfield-by-committee approach.
