Harris rushed 14 times for 71 yards prior to leaving Monday night's 30-27 win over the Jets with a chest injury suffered during the fourth quarter.

Harris did not return after taking a shot to the chest late in Monday's contest. Despite his early exit, Harris still led the Pats in rushing yards and attempts, but couldn't find the end zone even though New England scored three times on the ground. While Harris again didn't feature in the passing game either, his recent production still makes his injury situation important to monitor ahead of Week 10's matchup against the Ravens. If Harris is forced to sit, it could create an opening for Sony Michel (quad) to come off IR and reassert his claim to an early-down role.

Harris left Monday's game against the Jets in the fourth quarter with a chest injury, Michael Giardi of NFL Network reports.

Harris took a hard hit on a rushing attempt in the fourth quarter, and after slowly making his way off the field, he was spotted heading to the locker room. It's unclear at this time whether he'll be able to return.

McNichols carried the ball two times for 10 yards in Week 9 against the Bears.

McNichols was out-touched by D'Onta Foreman, though he still finished second in snaps among players out of the backfield. Both McNichols and Foreman could see their roles decrease when Darrynton Evans (hamstring) is able to be activated from injured reserve.

Hines carried twice for 18 yards and caught two passes (on three targets) for 20 yards in Sunday's 24-10 loss to the Ravens.

Coming off a two-TD effort Week 8, Hines' change-of-pace impact was modest Sunday. Looking ahead to Thursday's game against the Titans, Hines remains on the PPR radar, but his fantasy value in standard formats is capped by the fact that Jonathan Taylor and Jordan Wilkins also are in the Colts' backfield mix.

Harris is listed as active for Monday night's game against the Jets.

With Sony Michel (quad) not activated for the contest, Harris is in line to head the team's Week 9 rushing attack, with pass-catching ace James White and the versatile Rex Burkhead also in the mix. Harris logged 16 carries for 102 yards and a TD in the Patriots' Week 8 loss to the Bills, and Michel's continued absence helps extend Harris' fantasy lineup window.

Coach Pete Carroll said Monday that Penny (knee) is making good progress but hasn't returned to practice, Curtis Crabtree of Sports Radio 950 KJR Seattle reports. "It's just a matter of when they feel and he feels ready to go out there and bang those cuts," Carroll said.

Carroll has been ambivalent about Penny's condition all season, consistently praising the running back's recovery but falling short of providing a clear timeline to return. Time is running out, though, as Penny will need to return to practice by Week 11. Otherwise, he'll be required to stay on the PUP list for the rest of the season.

Snell recorded three carries for one yard in Sunday's 24-19 win over the Cowboys.

Snell saw the least usage of any Steelers running back Sunday as most of his workload came on special teams once again. The 22-year-old saw some goal-line carries earlier in the season, but his role in the offense has greatly diminished in recent weeks as he's logged just five offensive snaps over the past two games.

McFarland recorded three carries for seven yards while hauling in both of his targets for 15 yards in Sunday's 24-19 win over the Cowboys.

McFarland's eight offensive snaps Sunday slightly outpaced Benny Snell's five, and the 2020 fourth-rounder had his highest number of touches since Week 3. McFarland earned four touches on the Steelers' first drive of the second quarter before notching a six-yard carry in the fourth. The 21-year-old has logged double-digit snaps just twice this year and has failed to establish much of a role during his rookie season.

The Packers activated Williams from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday.

Williams managed to participate in Monday's practice session, a hint that his activation from the COVID-19 list was imminent. Top running back Aaron Jones returned to action during last Thursday's win over the 49ers, so Green Bay now is set to enter Sunday's game against the Jaguars with its usual backfield tandem at full health. AJ Dillon (illness) has yet to gain clearance, however, and Dexter Williams (knee) is nursing a potentially serious injury, so Tyler Ervin may end up the only reserve option behind Williams and Jones in Week 10.

Murray rushed 10 times for 39 yards and caught both of his targets for three yards in the Saints' 38-3 win over the Buccaneers on Sunday.

Murray led the backfield in carries Sunday, though he wasn't able to get much going and totaled just 42 scoreless yards on the day. He remains involved in the offense as a change-of-pace back behind Alvin Kamara, though Murray's fantasy value is minimal if he's not finding the end zone.
