Samaje Perine RB | CIN
Bengals' Samaje Perine: Placed on COVID-19 list
Perine was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday.
Perine racked up 73 yards from scrimmage and reached the end zone in Sunday's overtime loss to the Packers, but he'll have to spend some time away from the team after being placed on the COVID-19 list. It's not yet clear whether he's tested positive for the virus or whether he's considered a close contact, and the Bengals haven't revealed when the 26-year-old will be able to return.

Devin Singletary RB | NYG
Bills' Devin Singletary: Worst output of season
Singletary had just six carries for 25 yards and caught one of two targets for minus-2 yards during Sunday night's win over the Chiefs.
Singletary started the year hot but is starting to take a backseat to Zack Moss, who's heating up and out-snapped Singletary, 42-15, on Sunday. With so many weapons in the Buffalo offense and Singletary at best sharing work with Moss in a pass-heavy offense, he's tough to put in a starting lineup until something changes.

Brandon Bolden RB | LV
Patriots' Brandon Bolden: Catches four passes Sunday
Bolden was on the field for 24 of a possible 64 snaps on offense in Sunday's 25-22 win over the Texans, en route to carrying twice for 25 yards and catching all four of his targets for six yards, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.
When lead back Damien Harris was forced out of the contest with chest and rib issues, it was rookie Rhamondre Stevenson (22 snaps, 11 carries for 23 yards), who handled the bulk of the team's early-down work. Aside from a 24-yard run, Bolden didn't do much with his Week 5 touches, but it does appear as though he's settled into a steady change-of-pace role with James White (hip) on IR. That context puts him on the fantasy radar in deeper PPR formats.

Christian McCaffrey RB | SF
Panthers' Christian McCaffrey: Could return Week 6
Coach Matt Rhule said Monday that he's hopeful that McCaffrey (hamstring) will be able to return for Sunday's game against the Vikings, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
McCaffrey missed a second straight game in Sunday's loss to the Eagles despite practicing in a limited capacity last week. Rhule said that he'll have a better idea of the 25-year-old's status based on his participation in Wednesday's practice, but it seems as though the running back has a good chance to return to game action against Minnesota.

Alex Armah FB | WAS
Saints' Alex Armah: Expanded offensive role
Armah logged 16 offensive snaps but did not touch the ball during Sunday's 33-22 win over Washington.
Armah more than doubled his previous season high in snaps but did not touch the ball. The fullback has two carries for seven yards through five games.

Devine Ozigbo RB | DET
Saints' Devine Ozigbo: Logs handful of offensive snaps
Ozigbo logged seven snaps on offense during Sunday's 33-22 win over Washington.
With Tony Jones (ankle) on injured reserve, Ozigbo outpaced Dwayne Washington by five offensive snaps while fullback Alex Armah more than doubled his previous season high with 16. However, no one but Alvin Kamara, who saw the vast majority of the playing time, touched the ball. It seems likely that none of these guys will approach the modest fantasy value Jones offered before getting injured.

Kenyan Drake RB | GB
Raiders' Kenyan Drake: Two touches in Week 5
Drake rushed for 11 yards on two carries and was unable to haul in his only target in Sunday's 20-9 loss to the Bears. He also returned two kickoffs for 35 yards.
Drake set a new season low of just 12 offensive snaps played, nearly mirroring the involvement of fellow backup running back Jalen Richard, who was recently activated from injured reserve after healing from a foot injury. Starter Josh Jacobs turned 19 touches into 67 total yards and a touchdown, lending few chances for Drake to gain much fantasy relevance.

Dwayne Washington RB | DEN
Saints' Dwayne Washington: Logs two offensive snaps
Washington logged two offensive snaps during Sunday's 33-22 win over the Football Team.
Despite speculation that Washington could serve as the No. 2 running back in the absence of Tony Jones (ankle), the kick return specialist was limited to two offensive snaps, possibly due to getting shaken up on a helmet-to-helmet hit on punt coverage during the second quarter. In the end, Alvin Kamara hogged 88 percent of the offensive snaps while Devine Ozigbo (seven snaps) and fullback Alex Armah (16) filled in behind him. While it seems possible that Washington could get a few offensive touches while Jones remains on injured reserve for at least the next two weeks, it does not seem as if he'll be used as a direct replacement in the complementary role Jones enjoyed.

Benny Snell RB | DET
Steelers' Benny Snell: Totals 20 yards against Denver
Snell rushed five times for 20 yards while failing to secure his lone target in Sunday's 27-19 win over the Broncos.
Snell had rushed for just one yard across the first four weeks of the year, but he was more involved against Denver and played a season-high 13 offensive snaps while Najee Harris dealt with cramping. However, the 2019 fourth-rounder should return to a minimal role if Harris is back to full health for Sunday's Week 6 matchup against Seattle.
-
Royce Freeman RB | CHI
Panthers' Royce Freeman: Limited usage Sunday
Freeman rushed three times for two yards and caught one of two targets for six yards in Sunday's 21-18 loss to the Eagles.
Freeman's first touch came on Carolina's opening drive, but the veteran was incorporated sparingly with rookie Chuba Hubbard going for over 130 scrimmage yards on his 29 touches. Overall, Freeman played 20 percent of the offensive snaps compared to Hubbard's 65 percent. With Christian McCaffrey (hamstring) seemingly likely to return in Week 6 versus the Vikings, both Freeman and Hubbard could see their respective roles reduced, but unlike Freeman, Hubbard showed enough Sunday to potentially remain in the mix to limit McCaffrey's exposure upon his return.
