Isiah Pacheco RB | DET
Chiefs' Isiah Pacheco: Candidate to draw start Sunday
Pacheco took first-team reps in practice this week and is a candidate to start Sunday's game against the 49ers, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Pacheco logged just two carries in Kansas City's Week 6 loss to the Bills, but per Rapoport, the 2022 seventh-rounder is expected to draw the start Sunday, while Clyde Edwards-Helaire will still maintain a key role on offense and Jerick McKinnon mixes in. The report suggests that both Pacheco and Edwards-Helaire are expected to see significant snaps versus the 49ers, and in that context Pacheco could have a chance to yield Week 7 fantasy dividends for those in need of RB help.

D'Andre Swift RB | CHI
Lions' D'Andre Swift: Unlikely to face Dallas
Swift (shoulder), officially listed as questionable, is unlikely to play Sunday against the Cowboys, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Swift missed Detroit's two previous games before the team went into its bye. He practiced in limited fashion throughout the week leading up to a Week 7 matchup against Dallas, though the Lions appear to be inclined to take a cautious approach. Jamaal Williams will likely handle a heavy workload if Swift is ruled out, while Craig Reynolds would be the likely change-of-pace back.

Christian McCaffrey RB | SF
49ers' Christian McCaffrey: Expected to play in Week 7
McCaffrey is expected to make his debut with the 49ers on Sunday against the Chiefs, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
McCaffrey's status was ambiguous after he was acquired by San Francisco late Thursday night. He joined the team Friday and has been learning the playbook since. Assuming he is officially active, it's unclear how involved McCaffrey will be in the offense, though presumably, the 49ers will look to get him involved at key points in the game. Jeff Wilson could also maintain a regular role in the offense in the short term.

Malik Davis RB | DAL
Cowboys' Malik Davis: Elevated to 53-man roster
The Cowboys elevated Davis from the practice squad Saturday ahead of Sunday's Week 7 clash against Detroit.
Davis was also elevated for last week's game against Philadelphia, but all 15 of his snaps were on special teams. He'll likely fill a similar role Sunday unless either of Ezekiel Elliott or Tony Pollard is forced out of the game.

J.K. Dobbins RB | DEN
Ravens' J.K. Dobbins: Predictably placed on IR
Dobbins (knee) shifted to injured reserve Saturday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
This felt like the expected conclusion given Dobbins is expected to have his knee scoped following yet another knee injury. Perhaps more crucially for fantasy managers, Gus Edwards (knee) was activated off the PUP list Saturday, which means the bruising tailback immediately could insert himself into a backfield committee previously occupied by the uninspiring duo of Kenyan Drake and Justice Hill.

Joshua Kelley RB | TEN
Chargers' Joshua Kelley: Placed on IR
Kelley (knee) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
This isn't a shocking development given Kelley hadn't practiced at all this week, and information following the injury Monday seemed to be relatively guarded by the Chargers. Sony Michel appears poised to take over as the team's primary backup, but rookie fourth-round pick Isaiah Spiller could also work his way into the rotation after being a healthy inactive to begin his career.

Gus Edwards RB | LAC
Ravens' Gus Edwards: Activated off PUP list
Edwards (knee) was activated off the reserve/PUP list Saturday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
The Ravens were previously coy when it came to the status of Edwards, who was eligible to return off the PUP list earlier this month, but with J.K. Dobbins (knee) slated to miss the next month and an unimpressive committee led by Kenyan Drake and Justice Hill set to see significant workload, it seemed inevitable the bruising Edwards would be activated. It remains to be seen how much work Edwards will get Sunday after more than a year since his last NFL snap, but it wouldn't be surprising to see the third-year back eventually surpass the likes of Drake and Hill as the primary between-the-tackles option.

Keaontay Ingram RB | KC
Cardinals' Keaontay Ingram: Notches 11 touches Thursday
Ingram tallied nine carries for 14 yards and one touchdown and hauled in both targets for 23 yards during Thursday's 42-34 win against the Saints.
A rookie sixth-rounder, Ingram earned his first touches as a pro in the Cardinals' last two games with James Conner (ribs) and Darrel Williams (knee) sidelined and Jonathan Ward (hamstring) on IR. While his nine-snap debut Week 5 in Seattle resulted in just three carries for seven yards, Ingram bumped that up to 20 (of 66) offensive plays working behind Eno Benjamin on Thursday. If Conner and/or Williams are able to return for the team's next game Sunday, Oct. 30 at Minnesota, Ingram again may earn a healthy scratch, like he did for the first four contests of the campaign.
-
Corey Clement RB | ARI
Corey Clement: Sent back to practice squad
Clement reverted to the Cardinals' practice squad Friday.
Clement was elevated to the active roster prior to Thursday's victory over New Orleans, but he logged only one offensive snap and 16 on special teams while recording no other stats. If either of James Conner (ribs) or Darrel Williams (knee) is able to return to action next week, Clement may not be elevated again.

Raheem Mostert RB | LV
Dolphins' Raheem Mostert: Ready for Week 7
Mostert (knee) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game against the Steelers, Mike Masala of USA Today reports.
Mostert has a long history of knee injuries, including the past two weeks when his reps were capped at times. This week, he followed up Wednesday's limited practice with back-to-back full sessions, thereby clearing him for active status for a seventh consecutive contest to begin the campaign. While he had just six touches in the season opener, Mostert has since gotten the larger share of backfield work over teammate Chase Edmonds, averaging 14.6 touches for 68.2 yards from scrimmage per game while scoring one TD over the last five contests.
