Isaiah Spiller RB | LV
Chargers' Isaiah Spiller: Pro debut imminent
Coach Brandon Staley said Friday that Spiller is slated to be active Sunday versus the Seahawks, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
The development comes on the heels of primary reserve running back Joshua Kelley sustaining an MCL sprain Monday against the Broncos. With Kelley out this weekend and potentially beyond, Spiller is destined to make his NFL debut Sunday, though starter Austin Ekeler and veteran Sony Michel likely will handle most of the backfield reps. If Spiller sees the field, the 6-foot-1, 215-pounder could get work as both a runner and pass catcher.

Joshua Kelley RB | TEN
Chargers' Joshua Kelley: Not playing Sunday
Kelley (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game versus the Seahawks, Eric Smith of the Chargers' official site reports.
Kelley made an early departure from Monday's eventual win against the Broncos with what eventually was deemed to be a sprained MCL. He subsequently didn't practice this week and may be in line for a multi-game absence as a result of the injury. In Kelley's absence, Sony Michel and rookie fourth-round pick Isaiah Spiller will be the reserve running backs behind L.A.'s top option Austin Ekeler.

Kenyan Drake RB | GB
Ravens' Kenyan Drake: Poised for expanded role
With J.K. Dobbins (knee) out Sunday against the Browns, Drake and Justice Hill are in line to see added touches in the Ravens' Week 7 backfield, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Per Hensley, it's unclear if Gus Edwards (knee) will be activated from the PUP list ahead of Sunday's contest. However, with Dobbins unavailable and reportedly expected to undergo a knee scope that could cost him 4-to-6 weeks, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Drake has a chance to make a fantasy impact in the coming weeks on the heels of racking up 119 yards and a TD on 10 carries in relief of Dobbins in this past Sunday's loss to the Giants.

D'Andre Swift RB | CHI
Lions' D'Andre Swift: Listed as questionable
Swift (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Dallas.
Swift missed back-to-back games before a Week 6 bye and still hasn't returned to full practice participation, but he did manage limited sessions Wednesday through Friday, potentially setting up a game-time decision ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. Swift said Wednesday that he was "pushing towards" playing, and he could be back Week 8 (against Miami) if not this Sunday. Jamaal Williams and Craig Reynolds are Detroit's top RBs after Swift, and both could have roles off the bench even if the starter is ready to play.

Justice Hill RB | BAL
Ravens' Justice Hill: Cleared to face Cleveland
Hill (hamstring) doesn't have an injury designation heading into Sunday's game against the Browns.
Hill is fully healthy, while fellow running back J.K. Dobbins (knee) has been ruled out. If Baltimore doesn't activate Gus Edwards (knee) from the reserve/PUP list before Sunday, Hill would be in line for a prominent backfield role alongside Kenyan Drake and Mike Davis.

Jonathan Taylor RB | IND
Colts' Jonathan Taylor: Cleared to play Sunday
Taylor (ankle) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Titans.
The same applies to both Nyheim Hines (concussion) and Deon Jackson (quadriceps), so the Colts will have their top three backs available for Week 7 action. After being limited at practice Wednesday, Taylor logged full sessions Thursday and Friday and now is slated to reclaim his starting role Sunday following a two-game absence, per Zak Keefer of The Athletic.

Nyheim Miller-Hines RB | NO
Colts' Nyheim Hines: Set to play in Week 7
Hines doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Titans.
This development was expected after Hines cleared the concussion protocol. Hines suffered the concussion Week 5 but practiced fully in all three of the Colts' practices this week after sitting out Week 6. Fellow running back Jonathan Taylor (ankle) also has been cleared to return this weekend.

Kenyan Drake RB | GB
Ravens' Kenyan Drake: Could handle lead role Sunday
Drake could be in line to lead the Ravens backfield Sunday versus the Browns after J.K. Dobbins (knee) was ruled out for Week 7.
Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, Dobbins is slated to have arthroscopic knee surgery in the near future that will sideline him for 4-to-6 weeks. As a result, Drake could be the lead runner for a run-heavy offense for the foreseeable future, even if Gus Edwards (knee) is activated from the reserve/PUP list. Drake's current healthy competitors for touches on the active roster are Justice Hill and Mike Davis. Drake reeled off 127 yards from scrimmage and one rushing TD on 11 touches in the midst of Dobbins' early Week 6 departure.

J.K. Dobbins RB | DEN
Ravens' J.K. Dobbins: Expected to have knee scoped
Dobbins is expected to undergo an arthroscopic knee procedure next week that could sideline the running back 4-to-6 weeks, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Dobbins already has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns, but it looks like his absence will extend beyond Week 7. As long as he's unavailable, look for Kenyan Drake and Justice Hill to see added backfield touches, with Mike Davis in reserve and Gus Edwards (knee) a candidate to factor in once he's activated from the PUP list.

J.K. Dobbins RB | DEN
Ravens' J.K. Dobbins: Ruled out for Sunday
Dobbins (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns after not practicing this week.
With Dobbins out and thus targeting a potential return to action this coming Thursday against the Buccaneers, look for Kenyan Drake to see an expanded workload Week 7, with Justice Hill mixing in, Mike Davis in reserve and Gus Edwards (knee, PUP list) a potential activation ahead of Sunday's contest.
