  • Joe Mixon RB | HOU

Bengals' Joe Mixon: Misses another practice

Mixon (concussion) remained sidelined at practice Thursday.

Following back-to-back missed sessions, Mixon has one more chance to take the practice field ahead of Sunday's game against the Titans. Friday's injury report will reveal whether the running back has a chance to suit up this weekend, but if Mixon is unable to gain clearance to face Tennessee, Samaje Perine would be in line to lead Cincinnati's Week 12 backfield, with Chris Evans and Trayveon Williams also on hand.

  • Dolphins' Raheem Mostert: Misses another practice

Mostert (knee) didn't practice Thursday, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports.

Back-to-back DNPs cloud Mostert's status for Sunday's game against the Texans, but a return to drills Friday in any capacity would give the running back a chance to suit up this weekend. If Mostert is out or limited, Salvon Ahmed and Myles Gaskin would be candidates to see added backfield work Week 12 behind Jeff Wilson.

  • Jaylen Warren RB | PIT

Steelers' Jaylen Warren: Sits out practice Thursday

Warren (hamstring) didn't practice Thursday, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.

Warren suffered what coach Mike Tomlin referred to as "not a significant" hamstring injury Week 11 against the Bengals, but at this stage the running back's status for Monday night's game against the Colts is uncertain. He now has two more chances to return to practice ahead of the contest, but if he's unavailable, Benny Snell would be in line to log complementary snaps Week 12 behind top back Najee Harris.

  • Gus Edwards RB | LAC

Ravens' Gus Edwards: Listed as full practice participant

Edwards (hamstring/knee) was listed as a full practice participant Thursday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports

Edwards' return to a full practice listing puts him on track to be back in action Sunday against the Jaguars and reclaim a portion of the Ravens' early down work after missing two games, with Kenyan Drake and Justice Hill also mixing in. In that context, Edwards profiles as a TD-dependent option in Week 12 fantasy lineups given his limited usage in the team's passing game.

  • Broncos' Latavius Murray: Limited on practice estimate

Murray (wrist) was listed as limited on Thursday's practice estimate.

Murray also was listed as limited Wednesday, so he may need to practice fully Friday in order to avoid an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Panthers. Assuming he's active this weekend, Murray will be in line to lead Denver's Week 12 rushing attack, with Marlon Mack in reserve and the team likely to add further backfield depth via the practice squad.

  • Patrick Taylor: Waived by Packers

Green Bay cut Taylor on Wednesday.

Taylor was signed to the active roster Nov. 15 ahead of the Packers' Thursday night loss to Tennessee, but he was limited to a special-teams role in that contest. The 24-year-old has been active for eight of Green Bay's 11 games this season, but he's seen only one offensive snap and no touches. Taylor could return to the Packers' practice squad if he goes unclaimed off waivers.

  • Joshua Kelley RB | TEN

Chargers' Joshua Kelley: Ready to practice

The Chargers designated Kelley (knee) for return from injured reserve Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

With the move, the Chargers have a 21-day window to evaluate the running back in practice, though head coach Brandon Staley said Wednesday that if Kelley has a good week of practice he could be activated ahead of Sunday's game against the Cardinals. Whenever he's back in the mix, Kelley will look to reclaim a complementary role behind top option Austin Ekeler in a Los Angeles backfield that also includes Isaiah Spiller, Sony Michel and Larry Rountree.

  • Chiefs' Jerick McKinnon: No limitations

McKinnon (hamstring/shoulder) was a full practice participant Wednesday,

Meanwhile, backfield mate Clyde Edwards-Helaire (ankle) was placed on injured reserve, setting the stage for McKinnon to serve as the No. 2 option behind Isiah Pacheco for the next four games. Pacheco had already supplanted Edwards-Helaire as the starter and lead runner in recent weeks, but Edwards-Helaire was still getting some snaps that might otherwise go to Pacheco or McKinnon. The Chiefs may now be down to a two-way split in the backfield, unless they plan to give Ronald Jones -- who has been a healthy inactive all season -- some touches. Whatever the case, McKinnon should continue to get most of the snaps in clear passing situations and may also pick up a few extra carries.

  • Dolphins' Raheem Mostert: Misses practice Wednesday

Mostert didn't practice Wednesday due to a knee injury, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Coming off a bye, it's notable that Mostert sat out the Dolphins' first Week 12 practice session, though his absence might have been maintenance-related rather than the result of a setback with his surgically repaired knee. Thursday's practice report should add further context on that front, and if Mostert is able to participate in any capacity, he'll be on track to suit up Sunday against the Texans.

  • Broncos' Latavius Murray: Dealing with minor injury

Murray was listed as a limited participant at Wednesday's practice due to a wrist injury, Ellie Kinney of the Broncos' official site reports.

With no indication the wrist injury is serious, Murray should operate as the lead back for a Denver offense that just lost Melvin Gordon (waived) and Chase Edmonds (injured reserve). The Broncos are left with Murray and Marlon Mack on the active roster and Devine Ozigbo and Tyreik McAllister on the practice squad. Murray has already scored three touchdowns in five games with the Broncos, averaging 12.6 carries for 41.8 yards (3.3 YPC) and 2.2 catches for 11.2 yards. He'll likely get most of the team's carries this Sunday at Carolina.
