  • Damien Harris RB | BUF

Patriots' Damien Harris: Injures thigh Thursday

Harris, who suffered thigh injury during Thursday's loss to the Vikings, was spotted using crutches following the contest, Chris Mason of The Springfield Republican reports.

Harris -- who carried five times for 16 yards versus Minnesota -- appeared to be in obvious pain in the locker room afterward, which clouds his status for next Thursday's game against the Bills. If Harris ends up missing time, Rhamondre Stevenson would be in line for even more work than usual, while Pierre Strong, Kevin Harris and J.J. Taylor would be the candidates to serve as the top complementary option to Stevenson.

  • Matt Breida RB | SF

Giants' Matt Breida: Usual limited production in loss

Breida rushed twice for six yards and secured his only target for nine yards in Thursday's Thanksgiving loss to the Cowboys.

Breida remained second among New York running backs with 16 offensive snaps to Saquon Barkley's 44, but Gary Brightwell saw a season-high 10 offensive snaps and was much more effective than Breida, turning seven total touches into 49 yards. Brightwell hadn't previously gotten a carry since Week 5, so his increased opportunity Thursday could signal a threat to Breida's role as Barkley's primary backup. Breida hasn't been very effective this season, averaging only 3.3 yards per carry on 34 totes and playing a limited role in the passing game with eight catches on 10 targets for 79 yards over 11 contests.

  • Giants' Gary Brightwell: Gets expanded role Thursday

Brightwell rushed five times for 31 yards and caught both of his targets for 18 yards in a Thanksgiving loss to Dallas.

Brightwell came into Thursday with just four carries on the campaign and none since Week 5. The second-year back exceeded that season total against the Cowboys, and he added his first two receptions (on his first two targets) of the season. Brightwell did well with the opportunity, ripping off a 15-yard gain on his second carry, following that with an 11-yard rush and later adding carries of four and six yards, respectively, on consecutive plays to single-handedly give New York a first down. Saquon Barkley remained the bell cow in the contest with 15 touches and 44 offensive snaps, and Matt Breida saw his usual level of involvement with three touches and 16 snaps to Brightwell's 10. That suggests that Brightwell still is the third ball-carrying option on the team, though his effectiveness Thursday could lead the Giants to start giving him more looks.

  • Patriots' Rhamondre Stevenson: Busy day as receiver Thursday

Stevenson rushed seven times for 36 yards and secured nine of 10 targets for 76 yards in the Patriots' 33-26 loss to the Vikings on Thursday night.

Stevenson finished the night as the team leader in receptions and targets while checking in second in receiving yardage. Both the catch and yardage totals were also career highs for the second-year back, who was a clear beneficiary of the back-and-forth nature of the contest. Stevenson's receiving work has seen a massive uptick in recent contests, as he now has at least six catches in four of his last five games. The 24-year-old next faces a tough Bills defense next Thursday night in a critical Week 13 divisional showdown.

  • Dalvin Cook RB | DAL

Vikings' Dalvin Cook: Bottled up in Week 12 win

Cook rushed 22 times for 42 yards and brought in four of five targets for 14 yards in the Vikings' 33-26 win over the Patriots on Thursday night.

Cook's final rushing line underscores how rough the sledding on the ground was for him against a Patriots defense that had been elite against the run in recent games. Cook's long run went for only six yards, although he helped avoid a complete fantasy washout for managers in PPR formats by tying his second-highest catch total of the season. Cook's next assignment doesn't project as much more appealing, either, as he'll face the tough Jets defense in a Week 13 home matchup a week from Sunday.

  • D'Andre Swift RB | CHI

Lions' D'Andre Swift: Totals 43 yards

Swift rushed five times for 19 yards with a two-point conversion while catching four of eight targets for 24 yards during Thursday's 28-25 loss to the Bills.

Jamaal Williams continues to get the bulk of the rushing workload, but he also hasn't seen a target in the passing game since Week 8. Meanwhile, Swift has seen at least three targets in every game this year while logging a modest uptick in snaps (32 percent on Thursday) for the fourth consecutive contest. While fantasy managers would still like to see more after he opened the season seeing two-thirds of the offensive snaps, Swift is at least getting some goal-line carries -- including a potential touchdown that was called back Thursday -- and it is possible that Swift's snap share could continue to trend upward the further he distances himself from his shoulder and ankle injuries. His receiving chops could be highly utilized in Week 13 against a Jaguars defense that has been better against the run than the pass this year.

  • Tony Pollard RB | TEN

Cowboys' Tony Pollard: Takes back seat to Zeke in win

Pollard carried the ball 18 times for 60 yards and caught both his targets for only one yard in Thursday's 28-20 win over the Giants.

For the first time since Week 6, Pollard saw Ezekiel Elliott gain more yards than him, but the duo were still both productive in the comeback victory. Pollard still saw his streak of games with 100-plus scrimmage yards end at four, but he remains a big-play threat every time he touches the ball. He'll look to bounce back in a Week 13 clash with the Colts.

  • Cowboys' Ezekiel Elliott: Gets into end zone Thursday

Elliott carried the ball 16 times for 92 yards and a touchdown and caught his only target for three yards in Thursday's 28-20 win over the Giants.

He scored Dallas' only TD of the first half on a six-yard run early in the second quarter, and Elliott out-gained Tony Pollard for the first time since Week 6 while leading the club in rushing. The 92 rushing yards were a season high for Zeke, and he's scored six touchdowns over his last four games, although he was sidelined for two games in the middle of that stretch with a knee injury. He appears close to 100 percent healthy ahead of a Week 13 tilt against the Colts.

  • Saquon Barkley RB | PHI

Giants' Saquon Barkley: Salvages Thanksgiving with TD

Barkley carried the ball 11 times for 39 yards and a touchdown and caught four of six targets for 13 yards in Thursday's 28-20 loss to the Cowboys.

His one-yard TD plunge midway through the second quarter gave the Giants a 10-7 lead, but the game was almost all Cowboys after halftime. The touchdown was Barkley's seventh rushing score of the year, his highest total since he racked up 11 as a rookie in 2018, and he's just eight rushing yards shy of his third career 1,000-yard campaign -- a mark he'll certainly reach in Week 13 against the Commanders.

  • Bills' Devin Singletary: Productive Thanksgiving performance

Singletary carried the ball 14 times for 72 yards and caught his only target for eight yards in Thursday's 28-25 win over the Lions.

While Josh Allen wound up leading the Bills in rushing with 78 yards, Singletary was at least efficient with his touches. The running back has produced at least 80 combined yards in six of the last nine games, putting him on pace for a career high in yards from scrimmage heading into a tough Week 13 clash with the Patriots.
