  • Dalvin Cook RB | DAL

Vikings' Dalvin Cook: Totals 70 yards in playoff loss

Cook rushed 15 times for 60 yards and caught six of seven targets for 10 yards in Sunday's 31-24 playoff loss to the Giants.

Cook had an eerily similar line to his previous meeting with the Giants when he was held to 64 rushing yards on 14 carries in Week 16 of the regular season. The 27-year-old was able to record his fourth consecutive 1,000-yard rushing season with 10 total touchdowns in another strong fantasy campaign. Cook hasn't shown any signs of slowing down, and he should remain one of the key offensive cogs for an explosive Minnesota offense in 2023.

  • Kenyan Drake RB | GB

    Ravens' Kenyan Drake: Inactive Sunday

Drake is inactive for Sunday night's playoff game against the Bengals.

With J.K. Dobbins, who was rested in Week 18, back in the lineup, Drake is the odd man out in Baltimore's backfield versus Cincinnati. In the mix behind Dobbins on Sunday are Gus Edwards and Justice Hill.

  • J.K. Dobbins RB | DEN

Ravens' J.K. Dobbins: Set to face Bengals

Dobbins is listed as active for Sunday's playoff opener against the Bengals.

As is top tight end Mark Andrews, after both players were rested during Baltimore's regular-season finale last weekend. In his return to action Sunday, look for Dobbins to lead his team's backfield versus Cincinnati in a matchup in which the Ravens figure to lean heavily on their ground game in the continued absence of top QB Lamar Jackson (knee).

  • Jeff Wilson RB | MIA

Dolphins' Jeff Wilson: Touchdown in defeat

Wilson rushed 10 times for 23 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-31 loss to the Bills in the wild-card round. He also caught one of four targets for 13 yards.

Wilson started with Raheem Mostert (thumb) sidelined and made it a one-score game with his one-yard touchdown during the fourth quarter. Although it otherwise wasn't a very productive performance from Wilson, he made a good impact upon joining the Dolphins midway through this season, rushing 84 times for 392 yards (4.7 per carry) and three touchdowns in eight games. He also caught 12 of 24 targets for 94 yards and another score. With Wilson an unrestricted free agent this offseason, it'll be interesting to see whether his familiarity with Miami head coach Mike McDaniel will result in the tailback returning to the team.

  • Bills' Devin Singletary: Leads Bills in rushing

Singletary rushed 10 times for 48 yards in Sunday's 34-31 win over the Dolphins in the wild-card round.

Singletary garnered two fewer carries than rookie James Cook, who also had a 12-yard rushing touchdown during the first quarter. Despite Cook's involvement, though, Singletary still led Buffalo in rushing yards. As the Bills now advance to the AFC divisional round, expect Singletary and Cook to continue to split snaps in Buffalo's backfield.

  • James Cook RB | BUF

Bills' James Cook: Scores in Sunday's win

Cook rushed 12 times for 39 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 34-31 win over the Dolphins in the wild-card round.

Cook took a handoff 12 yards to help double Buffalo's lead during the first quarter. Although he also had a 13-yard rush, Cook found little room to maneuver on his other carries. Meanwhile, teammate Devin Singletary rushed 10 times for 48 yards. As the Bills now advance to the AFC divisional round, expect Cook and Singletary to continuing sharing snaps alongside quarterback Josh Allen.

  • Kene Nwangwu RB | NYJ

Vikings' Kene Nwangwu: Will play Sunday

Nwangwu (illness) is active Sunday against the Giants.

Nwangwu's active status Sunday doesn't come as a surprise as it was reported earlier by Tom Pelissero of NFL Network that he would play. However, his absence from the team's inactive list does make it official. He should handle the team's kick returns, while also being emergency depth at running back.

  • Kene Nwangwu RB | NYJ

Vikings' Kene Nwangwu: Expected to be active

Nwangwu (illness) is should play Sunday against the Giants, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Nwangwu logged a DNP on Friday, but he's recovered enough that he's expected to take the field for the wild-card round. Although the second-year pro doesn't see much work on offense, he is the team's kick returner, and it looks like he'll be handling those duties Sunday.

  • Dolphins' La'Mical Perine: Joins active roster

The Dolphins elevated Perine from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's wild-card contest at Buffalo.

The third-year pro has resided on Miami's practice squad since mid-October, but with Raheem Mostert out Sunday due to a broken thumb, the team was in need of reinforcements in the backfield. Jeff Wilson is slated to be the primary runner in place of Mostert, but Perine and Salvon Ahmed will be available for touches if needed. Through 14 games with the Jets between 2020 and 2021, Perine averaged 3.7 YPC on his 72 rushes, hauled in 11 of 15 targets for 63 yards and scored two touchdowns on the ground.

  • Giants' Jashaun Corbin: Bumps up from practice squad

The Giants elevated Corbin from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's wild-card game at Minnesota, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.

Corbin has spent the entire season on New York's practice squad, but this will be the first chance for the undrafted rookie to make his pro debut. He returned 24 kicks between Texas A&M and Florida State, so if he's active Sunday he could make a mark on special teams.
