  • Lamar Jackson QB | BAL

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Back at practice Thursday

Jackson (ankle) is participating in Thursday's practice, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Jackson is back on the practice field in at least a limited capacity after having missed Wednesday's session due to an ankle issue. He previously began Week 11 prep as a non-participant due to knee soreness but then managed to log two consecutive full practices and suit up for Baltimore's win over the Browns. The Ravens' official Thursday injury report will reveal whether Jackson is on a similar upward trajectory for Sunday's matchup against the Jets.

  • Joe Burrow QB | CIN

Bengals' Joe Burrow: Status up in air for Week 12

Bengals head coach Zac Taylor was unwilling to make a firm commitment Thursday when asked whether Burrow (toe) will play Sunday versus the Patriots, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. "I'm not there yet," Taylor said.

Burrow was listed as a full participant at practice Wednesday and took part in 11-on-11 drills. Rapoport relays that Burrow's activity level Thursday will be crucial in determining his availability for Sunday. If Burrow is able to log two straight full sessions without any soreness or setbacks, it will be a strong sign that the star quarterback's recovery from Sept. 19 surgery to address a Grade 3 sprain of the big toe on his left foot has gone smoothly enough for him to return to game action. Cincinnati's coaching staff has explicitly refrained from ruling Burrow out for Sunday, but it sounds as though more information on his chances of returning may not arrive until after the team's final practice of the week Friday.

  • Buccaneers' Baker Mayfield: Comes down with illness

Mayfield was limited at Wednesday's walkthrough due to an illness.

An illness has swept the Buccaneers' roster at the start of Week 12 prep, with all of Mayfield, WR Emeka Egbuka, O-linemen Luke Goedeke, Graham Barton and Dan Feeney and D-lineman Logan Hall operating with a cap on their reps. Mayfield will have two more chances to get back to full participation this week, with Friday's injury report ultimately revealing whether or not he has a designation for Sunday's game at the Rams.

  • Dak Prescott QB | DAL

Cowboys' Dak Prescott: Limited at walkthrough

Prescott (hip) was limited at Wednesday's walkthrough, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

Earlier Wednesday, coach Brian Schottenheimer revealed that Prescott was tending to a minor hip injury, but it's "nothing major," according to Patrik Walker of the team's official site. The Cowboys thus are being cautious with their starting quarterback as they prepare for Sunday's contest against the Eagles. Prescott will have two more opportunities to get back to full participation before potentially getting tagged with a designation entering the weekend.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Dealing with ankle issue

Jackson didn't practice Wednesday due to an ankle injury.

Last week, Jackson was deemed a non-participant Wednesday due to knee soreness, but he was then able to practice fully both Thursday and Friday. With that in mind, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com previously reported that coach John Harbaugh indicated that the QB's most recent absence was the "same type of situation," which suggests that Jackson could follow the pattern that he did last week, which resulted in him heading into Week 11 action without an injury designation, this time as he manages a different injury issue. Thursday's practice report is destined to provide added context on that front, in any case.

  • Jordan Love QB | GB

Packers' Jordan Love: Listed as full participant

Love (left shoulder) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

Love was briefly forced out of Green Bay's win over the Giants in Week 11 due to a shoulder issue, but it doesn't appear the starting quarterback is any danger of missing time. However, Love's top five wide receivers are all listed on Wednesday's injury report in some fashion, with Romeo Doubs (wrist), Matthew Golden (wrist/shoulder), Christian Watson (knee) and Dontayvion Wicks (calf) having been limited at practice, and Savion Williams (foot) designated as a non-participant. With a difficult home matchup against the Vikings' defense on deck Sunday, fantasy managers will want to closely monitor the health of Love's pass-catching corps.

  • Joe Burrow QB | CIN

Bengals' Joe Burrow: Deemed full practice participant

Burrow (toe) was listed as a full practice participant Wednesday, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.

While fellow QB Joe Flacco was officially listed as limited as he manages a right shoulder injury, Burrow -- who remains on IR -- was deemed a full participant Wednesday while having worked in 11-on-11 drills. Though his listed participation level is both noteworthy and encouraging, it remains to be seen if Burrow -- who was previously thought to be targeting a return to action Nov. 27 against the Ravens -- has a chance to play this weekend against the Patriots. Presumably that's something that will be guided in large part by how well Burrow's toe responds to what he does at practice throughout the week.

  • Joe Flacco QB | CIN

Bengals' Joe Flacco: Listed as limited in practice

Flacco (shoulder) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.

Flacco wasn't expected to practice but apparently did enough to warrant a 'limited' designation -- perhaps without throwing any passes. In Flacco's absence, Joe Burrow (toe) led the first-team offense during 11-on-11s, giving rise to speculation that Burrow may try to play this Sunday against the Patriots. For what it's worth, reports last week suggested Burrow was targeting the Thanksgiving Day game at Baltimore just four days later. There doesn't seem to be any doubt Flacco can continue playing through his shoulder injury, but the Bengals may not need him to for much longer (if at all).

  • Jaxson Dart QB | NYG

Giants' Jaxson Dart: Officially limited in return to practice

Dart (concussion) officially was limited at Wednesday's practice, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Dart didn't practice last Wednesday through Friday after he sustained a concussion during a Week 10 loss at Chicago, missing this past Sunday's defeat to the Packers in the process. He remains in the protocol for head injuries this week, but his return to drills Wednesday as a listed non-contact participant has him trending in the right direction. According to Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com, Dart was the first Giants quarterback to take reps Wednesday, so the team seemingly is preparing as if the rookie will start Sunday in Detroit, assuming he gains clearance from an independent neurologist before then.

  • Joe Burrow QB | CIN

Bengals' Joe Burrow: Could be aiming to play this week

Burrow (toe) took 11-on-11 reps with the first-team offense Wednesday in the absence of Joe Flacco (shoulder), James Rapien of SI.com reports.

Rapien suggests the "door is at least cracked" for Burrow to return from injured reserve ahead of Sunday's game against the Patriots. Reports last week suggested that Burrow was targeting the Thanksgiving Day game at Baltimore, just four days later. Head coach Zac Taylor declined to answer when asked about Burrow potentially playing this week, saying that there was "no reason to speculate" until he had seen the quarterback in 11-on-11 drills. Burrow reportedly took that step Wednesday, so it's possible he now hopes to return this Sunday instead of waiting until Thanksgiving Day. Flacco, meanwhile, is expected to return to practice Thursday.
