Allen (elbow) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings after being deemed a limited practice participant Friday, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.

According to Brown, Allen wasn't on the field for the media-access portion of Friday's practice, but the quarterback evidently got in some work behind the scenes. At this stage, Allen's Week 10 availability is up in the air, with head coach Sean McDermott telling Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com earlier Friday that the signal-caller's status is being viewed as an "hour-to-hour situation." With that in mind, Allen is shaping up as a game-day call ahead of Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. If Allen is unable to play versus Minnesota, backup Case Keenum would be in line to draw the start for Buffalo.

Keenum could make his first start of the season in Sunday's game against the Vikings with top quarterback Josh Allen (elbow) listed as questionable but uncertain to play in the Week 10 contest, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

While tending to an injury to the UCL in his throwing elbow and related nerves, Allen sat out practices Wednesday and Thursday before returning as a limited participant Friday. The limited session might have been good enough for Allen to avoid being ruled out heading into the weekend, but head coach Sean McDermott described the signal-caller's status as an "hour-to-hour situation," which suggests Allen may be trending toward a game-time call in advance of Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. With Allen missing practice time due to the elbow injury, Keenum has taken most of the first-team work the past three days and could be pressed into his first extended action for the Bills. Though Keenum has made 64 career regular-season NFL starts, his lone two appearances with Buffalo have thus far come during garbage-time scenarios late in uncompetitive games.

Titans head coach Mike Vrabel said that Tannehill (ankle) was a limited participant in Friday's practice, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Tennessee has yet to give Tannehill an official designation for Sunday's game against the Broncos, but the signal-caller appears to be trending toward another questionable tag after missing the Titans' previous two contests. Tannehill took part in practices throughout the week, bookending a full session Thursday with limited showings Wednesday and Friday. Vrabel said that before a decision on Tannehill's status is formally made, he'll "see how things go" leading up to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff, with a walk-through session Saturday perhaps guiding the Titans' plans, according to Turron Davenport of ESPN.com. If the Titans determine that Tannehill isn't ready to play this weekend, Malik Willis would be on tap for his third consecutive start.

Stafford (concussion) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, with head coach Sean McVay noting Friday that the quarterback is "making good progress," Stu Jackson of the team's official site reports.

Stafford entered the NFL's concussion protocol Tuesday and didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday. He'll now take the field Friday and hope to be cleared by an independent neurologist over the weekend before the Rams and Cardinals kick off at 4:25 p.m. ET on Sunday.

Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury said Murray (hamstring) will be a game-time decision for Sunday's matchup with the Rams, Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com reports.

Arizona has yet to release its final Week 10 injury report, but Murray will presumably be listed as questionable after sitting out Wednesday's walk-through session before returning to the field Thursday as a limited participant. According to Drake, Murray was also on the field for the open portion of Friday's session, but he'll most likely take part in a limited capacity once again as he looks to limit the strain on his injured hamstring. The fact that Murray was able to practice in any fashion two days in a row bodes well for his chances of suiting up this weekend, but the hamstring issue may result in him being less active as a runner, coming off a Week 9 loss to the Seahawks in which he produced his second-best rushing yardage total (60) of the season. The Cardinals and Rams will kick off at 4:25 p.m. ET among the later wave of games, so fantasy managers may want to have an alternative option ready to go in the event the news surrounding Murray's status takes a turn for the worse.

Interim head coach Steve Wilks said Friday that he expects Walker to start Week 11 against Baltimore, but the staff will continue to evaluate the quarterback position ahead of the game, Augusta Stone of the Panthers' official site reports.

Walker completed 10 of 16 passes for 108 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions in a 25-15 win over Atlanta on Thursday, getting some assistance from a trio of dropped picks. He was benched at halftime for Baker Mayfield the week before in a blowout loss to Cincinnati, and he somehow has accounted for only 671 passing yards, 39 rushing yards and three touchdowns through five starts while leading the Panthers to a 2-3 record. If Walker does indeed get another start, he'll be at or near the bottom of most Week 11 quarterback fantasy rankings.

Allen (elbow) is not participating in the portion of Friday's practice open to the media, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.

Coach Sean McDermott reiterated Friday that Allen is considered "hour to hour," per Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com, so it's possible that the star quarterback's status could come down to the wire as Sunday's contest against the Vikings draws nearer. Friday's official practice report will at least provide Allen with an official game designation, though it appears he's now missed three straight practices. Case Keenum will be in line to start versus his former team if Allen's right elbow injury prevents him from suiting up in Week 10.

Walker completed 10 of 16 passes for 108 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions and rushed three times for 14 yards in the Panthers' 25-15 win over the Falcons on Thursday night.

Walker operated in a very strict game-manager role while D'Onta Foreman carried the load for the offense, but at least the inconsistent signal-caller remained free of turnovers after a benching in Week 9. Walker's modest but steady performance seemingly keeps him in the starting role for a Week 11 road matchup against the Ravens a week from Sunday.

Mariota completed 19 of 30 passes for 186 yards with two touchdowns and one interception and rushed three times for 43 yards during the Falcons' 25-15 loss to the Panthers on Thursday night.

Mariota's final numbers were solid overall, although he was under constant duress and was brought down five times. The veteran signal-caller connected with Drake London and KhaDarel Hodge on touchdowns of seven and 25 yards, respectively, but he took two of his sacks on the Falcons' last multi-play drive, snuffing out any hope of a comeback. Mariota's passing yardage total was actually his second highest since Week 3, yet he's now been under 200 yards through the air in six of his last seven games. Mariota and the Falcons return home to take on the Bears in a Week 11 matchup a week from Sunday.

Stafford (concussion) was a non-participant at Thursday's practice, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

With no activity yet since entering the concussion protocol Tuesday, Stafford could be destined for his first absence since joining the Rams in January 2021. The only glimmer of hope may be that he was able to take in the second session of Week 10 prep in street clothes on the side, according to Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times. Still, if Stafford remains a DNP on Friday, coach Sean McVay could clear up the entire situation by ruling him out and/or naming backup John Wolford the starting quarterback for Sunday's game versus the Cardinals.
