Jameis Winston QB | NYG
Saints' Jameis Winston: Mixed results in relief
Winston completed 13 of 25 passes for 122 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions in Sunday's 27-19 loss to the Vikings.
Winston entered the game midway through the third quarter after Derek Carr suffered a shoulder injury and a concussion. He immediately showed both the good and bad that he's been known for throughout his career, as he finished his first drive with a pair of deep passes to Chris Olave that resulted in a 14-yard touchdown pass. Two possessions later, he threw another score to A.T. Perry from 15 yards away. After the hot start, things went sour for Winston, as he threw a pick on back-to-back possessions to seal the loss. There's initial optimism that Carr will be able to return in Week 12 -- after the team's bye -- so Winston looks likely to immediately return to the bench.

Tommy DeVito QB | NE
Giants' Tommy DeVito: Overmatched in Week 10 loss
DeVito completed 14 of 27 passes for 86 yards and two touchdowns with one interception in Sunday's 49-17 loss to the Cowboys. He added 41 rushing yards on seven carries.
The undrafted rookie predictably struggled against an aggressive Dallas defense and got sacked five times, but DeVito was able to toss second-half TDs to Lawrence Cager and Sterling Shepard in what was essentially two quarters of garbage time, as the Giants were in a 28-0 hole heading into halftime. Daniel Jones (knee) is done for the year and Tyrod Taylor (ribs) won't be eligible to return from IR until after the team's Week 13 bye, so DeVito appears to be in line to make at least one more start Nov. 19 against the Commanders.

Geno Smith QB | NYJ
Seahawks' Geno Smith: Ends slump with huge passing day
Smith completed 31 of 47 pass attempts for 369 yards and two touchdowns while adding 13 rushing yards on one attempt in Sunday's 29-26 win over Washington.
Last year's Comeback Player of the Year was forced to make another mini-comeback Sunday after stinking up the joint in last week's 37-3 loss to the Ravens. Smith wasted no time righting the ship with a pristine passing display from the jump that can only be rivaled by his dominant Week 2 performance against the Lions in an overtime thriller. The 33-year-old boosted his season totals to 2,171 passing yards with 11 touchdowns to seven interceptions through nine weeks. Smith will attempt to avenge an earlier loss to the Rams this season when the two NFC West foes meet in Los Angeles next Sunday.

Deshaun Watson QB | CLE
Browns' Deshaun Watson: Downplays injury after win
Watson (ankle) believes the left ankle injury he suffered in Sunday's 33-31 win over the Ravens won't force him to miss any time, Michael Baca of NFL.com reports. "Right now I'm not feeling well, but I'll be fine, I'll be ready to go," Watson said after the game while wearing a walking boot.
Watson elaborated that his left ankle was rolled up on by a Baltimore defender just before halftime. The quarterback went to the locker room late in the second quarter to have his ankle re-taped, and he never felt he was in danger of being ruled out. Watson played the second half of the comeback win and expects to be available when the Browns host the Steelers in a pivotal Week 11 clash between AFC North rivals.

Brock Purdy QB | SF
49ers' Brock Purdy: Bounces back with three TDs in win
Purdy completed 19 of 26 passes for 296 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 34-3 win over the Jaguars.
Purdy threw a 13-yard touchdown pass to Brandon Aiyuk in the first quarter, added a 66-yard touchdown to George Kittle in the third and rounded out the scoring with a 22-yard connection to Kyle Juszczyk in the fourth. Christian McCaffrey had his 17-game touchdown streak snapped, but Deebo Samuel (shoulder) made his first appearance since Week 6 and added a 23-yard rushing touchdown to Purdy's trio of passing scores. After snapping a three-game losing streak Sunday in Jacksonville, Purdy will bring a 15:5 TD:INT into San Francisco's Week 11 home game against the Buccaneers.

Kyler Murray QB | MIN
Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Passes test in season debut
Murray completed 19 of 32 passes for 249 yards, no touchdowns and one interception and also had six carries for 33 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 25-23 win against the Falcons.
In his first game action in exactly 11 months, Murray looked like his normal dynamic self, especially on back-to-back scrambles late in the first half that culminated with a six-yard TD run. He also displayed an impressive rapport with second-year tight end Trey McBride, who hauled in eight of nine targets for 131 yards. Now that he's proved the health of his right knee following last season's ACL tear, Murray will set his sights on next Sunday's road matchup with a Texans defense that has given up the eighth-highest yards per attempt (7.5) to opposing quarterbacks in the current campaign.

Joshua Dobbs QB | NE
Vikings' Joshua Dobbs: Strong in first start with Vikings
Dobbs completed 23 of 34 passes for 268 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Sunday's 27-19 win over the Saints. He added eight rushes for 44 yards and an additional score.
Dobbs began the game on fire and had 260 total yards to go with two scores in the first half. His first trip to the end zone came on the ground, as he ran in a score from seven yards away. He followed that up by running a perfect two-minute drill, which he capped by finding T.J. Hockenson for a 28-yard touchdown. The Vikings took their foot off the gas in the final two quarters and coasted to victory, but Dobbs has a positive outlook for the final half of the season -- particularly once Justin Jefferson (hamstring) can return.

Justin Herbert QB | LAC
Chargers' Justin Herbert: Scintillating in loss
Herbert completed 27 of his 40 pass attempts for 323 yards and four touchdowns in Sunday's 41-38 loss to the Lions. He also threw an interception and ran for 15 yards on four carries.
In a battle of two heavyweight offenses, Herbert simply ran out of possessions to try and answer as both teams traded major touchdowns all game long. The Pro Bowl quarterback keyed in specifically on Keenan Allen, who caught 11 of his 14 targets for 175 yards and two scores, but a dropped pass in single coverage by Quentin Johnston in the third quarter could have resulted in an even bigger afternoon. Herbert might not be on pace for his career-setting figures of 2021, but he's clearly one of the best fantasy quarterbacks in the league when the Chargers are forced to keep their foot on the gas. Herbert should have plenty of time to pile on production in the second half of the season, beginning with a Week 11 matchup against the Packers.

Taylor Heinicke QB | LAC
Falcons' Taylor Heinicke: Not returning Sunday
Heinicke (hamstring) won't return to Sunday's game at Arizona, Terrin Waack of the Falcons' official site reports.
Prior to his departure in the fourth quarter, Heinicke had completed eight of 15 passes for 55 yards and one touchdown while rushing four times for 34 yards. Desmond Ridder took over under center for Heinicke. With a Week 11 bye on tap, the Falcons don't play again until Sunday, Nov. 26 against the Saints.

Taylor Heinicke QB | LAC
Falcons' Taylor Heinicke: Hurts hamstring against Arizona
Heinicke (hamstring) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Cardinals, D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Desmond Ridder is in at quarterback for Atlanta with Heinicke hobbled by a second-half hamstring injury. Prior to getting hurt, Heinicke completed eight of 15 passes for 55 yards and a touchdown while rushing four times for 34 yards.
