Justin Fields QB | NYJ
Jets' Justin Fields: Completely neutralized in loss
Fields completed nine of 17 passes for 45 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions and rushed seven times for 31 yards in the Jets' 13-11 loss to the Broncos in London on Sunday. He also committed a fumble recovered by New York.
Fields' final line tells the tale of how overwhelmed he repeatedly was by a ferocious Broncos defense that put together a signature performance overseas. The veteran signal-caller averaged a minuscule 2.6 yards per attempt while taking a whopping nine sacks, the final one coming on fourth down with under two minutes remaining to seal the loss. Despite Fields falling short of 100 passing yards for the second time already this season -- the first transpired in an injury-shortened Week 2 contest -- Connor Hughes of SNY.tv reports head coach Aaron Glenn said following the game he wasn't considering a quarterback change for a Week 7 home matchup against the Panthers next Sunday, although he likely won't hesitate to insert veteran Tyrod Taylor into that contest if the offense continues to struggle.

Bo Nix QB | DEN
Broncos' Bo Nix: Mild output in overseas win
Nix completed 19 of 30 pass attempts for 174 yards and a touchdown while adding 24 rushing yards on five attempts in Sunday's 13-11 win over the Jets.
Nix played the role of game manager for Denver in a gritty defensive victory overseas in London. The 25-year-old did not complete a pass for the entirety of the third quarter, which helped contribute to his second-lowest yardage output as a passer this season. On the bright side, Nix was involved in the only touchdown scored for either side Sunday, delivering a 16-yard strike to TE Nate Adkins in the first quarter. With nine touchdowns thrown to four interceptions through six starts, Nix checks in as a middling fantasy option in Week 7 when the Broncos host the Giants next Sunday.

Quinn Ewers QB | MIA
Dolphins' Quinn Ewers: Emergency QB again
Ewers (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Chargers but will serve as the emergency third QB.
It's a role that the Texas product has been playing all season behind Tua Tagovailoa and Zach Wilson. Ewers would need those two to get sick, injured or ejected to have a chance to play.
-
Jalen Milroe QB | SEA
Seahawks' Jalen Milroe: Playing emergency role
Milroe (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's matchup with the Jaguars but will serve as the emergency third quarterback.
Milroe would need starter Sam Darnold and backup Drew Lock to get injured, sick or ejected to have a chance to play. The Alabama product and 2025 third-round pick has yet to attempt a pass in his pro career.

Anthony Richardson QB | IND
Colts' Anthony Richardson: Out Week 6 due to eye injury
Richardson is inactive for Sunday's game against the Cardinals after sustaining an eye injury while doing pregame work with resistance bands, Joel A. Erickson of The Indianapolis Star reports.
The Colts haven't provided word on the severity of the injury, but Richardson was apparently in enough discomfort that the team elected to make him inactive for the first time this season. Richardson had suited up as starting quarterback Daniel Jones' top backup for each of the first five games and saw action late in blowout wins in Weeks 3 and 5, but rookie Riley Leonard is now slated to handle the No. 2 role Sunday.

Anthony Richardson QB | IND
Colts' Anthony Richardson: Inactive Sunday
Richardson is inactive for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Amanda Foster of the Colts' official site reports.
Per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Richardson sustained an unspecified injury during warmups, so the quarterback isn't a healthy inactive for the contest. Riley Leonard is thus slated to serve as Daniel Jones' top backup Sunday.

Tommy DeVito QB | NE
Patriots' Tommy DeVito: Emergency QB vs. New Orleans
DeVito (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Saints but will serve as the emergency third quarterback.
DeVito will remain as the Patriots' emergency third quarterback, meaning he will only see the field in New Orleans if Drake Maye and Joshua Dobbs were to depart due to injury, illness or ejection.

Jacoby Brissett QB | ARI
Cardinals' Jacoby Brissett: Getting start in place of Murray
Brissett is starting Sunday's game at Indianapolis with Kyler Murray (foot) inactive, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Brissett has been preparing to lead the Cardinals offense Week 6 due to Murray's foot injury, which was described as a mid-foot sprain by Ian Rapoport of NFL Network on Saturday evening that may require more than one week on the sideline. With Murray confirmed to be out this Sunday, Brissett will earn a start for the fifth different team in his 10-year career. He went 1-4 last season as a member of the Patriots, when he completed 79 of 135 passes (58.5 percent) for 696 yards, two touchdowns and one interception, had 12 carries for 51 yards and no TDs and fumbled three times (one lost) in those nods.

Kyler Murray QB | ARI
Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Officially inactive Sunday
Murray (foot) is listed as inactive Sunday at Indianapolis.
Murray made a brief exit due to a foot injury Week 5 against the Titans and then didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday before returning in a limited capacity Friday and earning a questionable designation for Week 6. Both Adam Schefter of ESPN and Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reported Saturday evening that Murray wasn't expected to play Sunday, and Rapoport even noted the quarterback is dealing with a mid-foot sprain that may require more than one week on the sideline. For as long as Murray is unavailable, Jacoby Brissett will direct the Cardinals offense.

J.J. McCarthy QB | MIN
Vikings' J.J. McCarthy: Status still uncertain for Week 7
McCarthy (ankle) was able to get in some "good work" on the field during the Vikings' Week 6 bye, but he's still not considered 100 percent healthy and is uncertain to be available for the team's Week 7 game against the Eagles, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Peliserro notes that McCarthy will reclaim starting quarterback duties for the Vikings once he's considered ready for game action, but the second-year signal-caller still has a few hurdles to clear before stepping back in under center for Minnesota. McCarthy is expected to be ready to practice in some fashion during the upcoming week for the first time since suffering a right high-ankle sprain in a Sept. 14 loss to Atlanta, but he'll need to prove that his mobility isn't affected by the injury and that he's "comfortable from an operational perspective" in order to gain clearance to play, according to Pelissero. Meanwhile, Carson Wentz -- who started each of the past three games -- could be limited in practice this week while he tends to an injury to his non-throwing shoulder, leaving the Vikings' quarterback situation unsettled coming out of the bye.
