Dobbs is the Niners' emergency third quarterback behind Brock Purdy and Brandon Allen.

Per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, it is feared that Watson suffered a torn Achilles, and if that's the case, the QB would face an extended absence. With Jameis Winston serving as the Browns' emergency third QB on Sunday, Dorian Thompson-Robinson has taken over for Watson versus Cincinnati.

Watson was carted off the field during Sunday's game against the Bengals, per Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com, after suffering what may be an Achilles' injury, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Prior to his exit from game, Watson completed 15 of 17 passing attempts for 128 yards and carried twice for one yard. With Jameis Winston having been made the Browns' emergency third QB on Sunday, Dorian Thompson-Robinson has replaced Watson.

Maye completed 26 of 37 passes for 276 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 32-16 loss to the Jaguars. He added three rushes for 18 yards.

Maye got off to an impressive start, leading a touchdown drive on the Patriots' first possession while going 6-for-7 with 62 yards and a passing score. However, both he and the offense stalled from there until early in the fourth quarter, when Maye led a second scoring drive during which he completed five of six passes for 97 yards and another touchdown. Even during the unproductive stretches of the contest, Maye showed improvement from his first NFL start by not turning the ball over. While he'll seek more consistency as he gains more experience, Maye has had an encouraging start to his career.

Lawrence completed 15 of 20 passes for 193 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions in the Jaguars' 32-16 win over the Patriots on Sunday in London. He also rushed twice for 13 yards.

Lawrence averaged an impressive 9.7 yards per attempt and avoided both turnovers and sacks altogether, making it a rare smooth afternoon for the embattled Jaguars signal-caller. He did see a three-game streak of multiple touchdown passes snapped, but he still recorded one scoring strike to Brian Thomas from six yards out early in the second quarter. Lawrence's sub-200-yard tally was his fourth such this season, but unlike other instances, Sunday's modest numbers were the result of a positive game script for Jacksonville. Lawrence and his teammates now return stateside after back-to-back games in London to host the Packers in Week 8.

Rudolph is in line to start Sunday's game against Buffalo with Will Levis (shoulder) officially inactive.

Reports emerged Saturday that Rudolph would draw his first start as a Titan on Sunday as Levis deals with a shoulder issue. Rudolph has made only one appearance this season, which came in relief in Week 4 against Miami, during which he completed nine of 17 passes for 85 yards. It's also possible that Rudolph will get an extended look under center, as Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Levis' injury typically comes with a 4-to-5 week recovery timeline.

Levis (shoulder) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bills.

Reports emerged Saturday that Levis was expected to miss the Titans' Week 7 contest due to an AC joint sprain. With his status now official, Mason Rudolph will take over under center for Tennessee. Levis' status will also be worth monitoring beyond Week 7, as Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that his injury can typically cause an absence of 4-to-5 weeks.

McKee (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Giants but is designated as the Eagles' emergency quarterback.

McKee will only see the field Sunday if starter Jalen Hurts and backup Kenny Pickett both suffer injuries that prevent them from playing.
