The Rams have listed the following players as inactive for Sunday's Week 5 matchup with the Eagles: center Barrett Jones (back), cornerbacks Trumaine Johnson (knee) and Brandon McGee (foot), quarterback Case Keenum, running back Tre Mason, wide receiver Chris Givens and safety Maurice Alexander.

Jones, Johnson and McGee had been previously listed as out for Sunday's game. Wide receiver Tavon Austin, who was listed as questionable, is active. Givens was active for each of the team's first three games but played less than a quarter of the team's offensive snaps.

The following players have been ruled inactive for the Texans Week 5 at Dallas: QB Tom Savage, WR DeVier Posey, CB Darryl Morris, CB A.J. Bouye, S Eddie Pleasant, T Jeff Adams and LB Jadeveon Clowney.

The following players have been ruled inactive for the Cowboys Week 5 at home against Houston: LB Bruce Carter, QB Dustin Vaughan, OT Donald Hawkins, DE Lavar Edwards, LB Korey Toomer, DT Davon Coleman and DT Ken Bishop.

Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers became the 38th quarter in NFL history to reach 200 career touchdown passes, moving past Phil Simms on all-time list on Thursday against Vikings in Week 5. Rodgers reached the mark in his 99th game, making him the second fastest in NFL history to reach the milestone (Dan Marino, 89 games).

Rodgers found Randall Cobb in the end zone for an 8-yard strike in the first quarter. On the ensuing drive, he fired a 66-yard play action pass for a touchdown to Jordy Nelson. He threw an 11-yard dart down the middle to Davante Adams for a touchdown late in the second quarter. With the game well in hand, Rodgers was pulled for Matt Flynn early in the fourth quarter. He compiled 156 yards through the air while completing 12 of 19 passes. He added three touchdowns and no interceptions in a comfortable 42-10 victory. he was sacked twice and finished with a 138.7 passer rating.

Rodgers has 1,155 yards and a 12-to-1 touchdown-to-interception ratio through five games. The Packers will travel to Miami to face the Dolphins in Week 6.

The Vikings expect to have Teddy Bridgewater Week 6 against the Lions, according to ESPN.

Following Thursday's game, head coach Mike Zimmer told reporters he expects Bridgewater to be ready Week 6. Bridgewater missed Thursday's game due to an ankle injury, and will have 10 days to recover before taking on the Lions. The Vikings were blown out 42-10 while Bridgewater watched from the sideline Thursday.

The Vikings have made QB Teddy Bridgewater, LB Chad Greenway, LB Brandon Watts, OL David Yankey, OL Austin Wentworth, TE Kyle Rudolph and DE Scott Crichton inactive Week 5 against the Packers.

Greenway and Rudolph had already been ruled out earlier in the week. Watts was considered probable entering the game, but won't play. Bridgewater was questionable due to an ankle injury, but is not able to go. 

Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater has been ruled inactive Week 5 against the Packers. 

Bridgewater tweaked his ankle near the end of the Falcons game, and will need more time to recover. There were some reports suggesting Bridgewater would have been able to play had the game been Sunday, but wasn't healthy enough to go Thursday. Christian Ponder will get the start with Bridgewater out. 

Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater will be inactive Thursday against the Packers, according to NFL.com.

Bridgewater injured his ankle Sunday, and it looks like he won't be able to go. Christian Ponder will start in his place. The Vikings signed quarterback Chandler Harnish off the practice squad in order to backup Ponder. 

While Jets owner Woody Johnson backed struggling quarterback Geno Smith during a press conference Thursday, he made it clear that he was not pleased with Smith cursing at a fan after a Week 4 loss to the Lions.

"That’s unacceptable, absolutely unacceptable," Johnson said, per NJ.com. "It’s something I don’t think he should ever do. I try not to do it. I have to remind myself not to do it occasionally. But you can’t react to those kinds of things. He is one of the leaders on the team. Generally, I don’t think any of us should respond to things like that. That goes for you guys (reporters)."

Johnson didn't spend all of his time Thursday scrutinizing Smith for his actions. He also showed support for Smith, who has seven turnovers in four games this season and 32 in his 20 career games.

"That, I knew we were going to get," Johnson said of Smith’s mistakes. "If you look at what we’re doing, we haven’t won as many games as we want. I have a lot of confidence in Geno. I think Geno can be a franchise quarterback. I really do. I see traits in him and we all see traits in him that are extremely positive and room for a lot of optimism."

Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins is trying to turn a negative into a positive, which is why he is hoping to learn from watching the film of his Week 4 performance against the Giants in which he tossed four interceptions.

Cousins told the media Thursday that he learned different things from each pick, including not throwing blind and when to take a sack.

He performed well in his first two games after starter Robert Griffin III was lost to injury. Cousins has completed 71 of 114 passes on the year for 934 yards, six touchdowns and five interceptions.
