Derek Carr QB | NO
Raiders QB Derek Carr throws for 196 yards, two TDs in loss
Raiders quarterback Derek Carr completed 20 of 33 passes for 196 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in Sunday's loss to Chicago.
Carr ranks in the upper half of quarterbacks after Week 14 with a 97.7 QB rating. Perhaps most impressively for the second-year quarterback, he's managed to take care of the ball, collecting seven touchdown tosses with just two interceptions. Carr struggled with a dearth of targets last season, but his growing rapport with first-round pick Amari Cooper could elevate him into a valuable pickup for bye weeks.

Sam Bradford QB | MIN
Eagles QB Sam Bradford tosses three TDs in loss Sunday
Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford completed 15 of 28 passes for 270 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's loss to the Redskins. He also gained 14 yards on his only carry of the game.
Philadelphia trailed throughout the game and connected on four pass plays of over 30 yards, leading to some gaudy numbers for the veteran despite the meager completion total. The offense has struggled as a whole this season relative to expectations, averaging just 19.5 points per game, but Bradford is still capable of putting up numbers in Chip Kelly's system. Week 5 brings a matchup with a Saints team that has allowed the second-most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season.

Jameis Winston QB | NYG
Bucs QB Jameis Winston throws two touchdowns, four interceptions
Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston completed 26 of 43 passes for 287 yards with two touchdowns and four interceptions in Sunday's 37-23 loss to the Panthers. He also gained 12 yards on four rushes.
Winston wasted no time putting himself and the Bucs in a hole, throwing a Pick-Six on his first pass of the game for the second time in four weeks. It would mark the first of two occasions Sunday in which the rookie quarterback was victimized by standout corner Josh Norman, whose 34-yard return of the second interception helped set up a Carolina touchdown.
Winston admittedly dealt with some extenuating circumstances in the form of on-again, off-again torrential rainstorms throughout the game, but still displayed some faulty decision making that was independent of the weather conditions. He did round out his stat line in the latter stages of the game, honing in on Vincent Jackson almost as often as he did on Mike Evans in Week 3. Winston will try to generate a much less turnover-laden performance in a favorable matchup at home in Week 5 against the Jaguars.

Brian Hoyer QB | LV
Texans QB Brian Hoyer replaces ineffective Ryan Mallett
Texans quarterback Brian Hoyer completed 17 of 30 passes for 232 yards and two touchdowns after replacing an ineffective Ryan Mallett in Sunday's loss to the Falcons.
Hoyer's stats look pretty good, but they came against a conservative scheme from an Atlanta team sitting on a huge lead. Neither one of Houston's quarterbacks has gone out and seized the job, so it's hard to say who coach Bill O'Brien will tab as his starter for Thursday's Week 5 tilt against the Colts. Either way, it's probably best to avoid relying on a Texans quarterback if at all possible.

Ryan Mallett QB | BAL
Brian Hoyer QB | LV
Texans QB Ryan Mallett replaced in favor of Brian Hoyer
Texans quarterback Ryan Mallett was replaced by Brian Hoyer after the Texans fell behind the Falcons by a 42-0 score late in the third quarter of Sunday's contest, NFL.com reports.
Prior to being yanked from Sunday's game, Mallett completed just 12 of 27 passes for 150 yards with a pick. Per the Houston Chronicle, Mallett "overthrew and missed open receivers" on Sunday, while failing to spark the team's offense, leading to the Texans to turn to Week 1 starter Brian Hoyer. Once the dust settles, look for Hoyer to draw the start at QB for Houston against the Colts this coming Thursday.

Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Dolphins QB Ryan Tannehill struggles in loss to Jets
Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill completed 19 of 44 passes for 198 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions Sunday against the Jets in London.
The Jets put heavy pressure on Tannehill all game long, sacking him three times for a loss of 31 yards. He connected with eight different receivers, with wideout Kenny Stills leading the way with five catches for 81 yards and a touchdown. Tannehill has four touchdown passes in his last two games, but he's also been picked off five times and has completed only 48.4 percent of his pass attempts. He is also not rushing the ball nearly as much as last season, as he's now racked up just 27 yards in four games.
Fantasy owners will get a break from his struggles, as the Dolphins are off in Week 5 before facing the Titans in Week 6.

Tyrod Taylor QB | GB
Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor active Sunday
Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Giants. Taylor's status for Sunday's game was never truly in question, as he was a full participant all week in practice despite a minor ankle injury.
The bigger issue for Taylor may be a lack of options to throw to, as receivers Sammy Watkins (calf) and marquise Goodwin (ribs) have both been ruled out for the contest, as has pass-catching running back LeSean McCoy (hamstring).
Taylor at least has a favorable matchup, as the Giants are ranked dead last in the league in passing yards allowed per game (335.7) over the first three weeks.

Saints deem WR Brandin Cooks as probable for Sunday
Saints wide receiver Brandin Cooks (ankle) has been deemed probable for the Week 4 battle against Dallas.
Cooks logged a full practice Friday, leaving little question as to his Sunday availability. He's been a major disappointment so far, but he should at least have Drew Brees back under center. Oddly enough, Cooks had his best showing of the year in Week 3, catching seven passes (eight targets) for 79 yards while playing with backup quarterback Luke McCown.

Colt McCoy QB | ARI
Redskins QB Colt McCoy deemed probable for Week 4 vs. Eagles
Redskins quarterback Colt McCoy is listed as probable for Sunday's game against the Eagles.
All Robert Griffin-related storylines will have to wait, as McCoy logged full practices throughout the week, leaving little question as to his availability for Sunday's game against the Eagles. With the way Kirk Cousins is playing, it won't be surprising if McCoy sees the field before mid-season

Tyrod Taylor QB | GB
Bills QB Tyrod Taylor probable for battle against Giants
Bills starting quarterback Tyrod Taylor (ankle) is probable for Sunday against the Giants.
Though Taylor suffered a minor ankle injury in Week 3, he practiced fully this week. Taylor put up gaudy numbers in his last game and given that he'll be taking aim at a New York defense that has allowed a league-high 335.7 passing yards per game, he looks like a viable option for Fantasy lineups.
