Siemian (shoulder) is believed to have suffered an AC joint sprain in his non-throwing shoulder, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports.

Siemian was removed from Sunday's game in Tampa Bay during the first half and never ended up returning, but it was reported that he could've rejoined the contest in the event of an emergency. If the initial diagnosis is confirmed, Siemian could potentially avoid any missed time beyond Sunday, as he can presumably play with his left shoulder at less than full strength. First-round selection Paxton Lynch filled in capably, completing 14 of 24 passes for 170 yards and a touchdown in a 27-7 win over Tampa Bay.

Prescott completed 23 of 32 pass attempts for 245 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 24-17 win over the 49ers. He also managed three yards on five carries.

Prescott was his typical efficient self once again, completing 72 percent of his passes and connecting with seven different receivers en route to a 114.7 passer rating. He tossed for multiple scores for the first time in his young career, and he could have had another if Brice Butler could have come down with what was a well-thrown ball into the end zone in the fourth quarter. Prescott continues to shine as a starting quarterback and will take a streak of 141 attempts without an interception into a home matchup with the Bengals in Week 5.

Taylor completed 27 of 39 passes for 246 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win over the Patriots. He added 28 yards on the ground through five carries.

Throwing for his most attempts since Week 4 of last season, Taylor was cool and efficient in the Bills' second consecutive win, connecting with eight different targets. Taylor's ability to spread the love will come in handy with Sammy Watkins out, but something to keep an eye on is a lack of the chunk plays that made Taylor a multi-dimensional threat in 2015. Taylor's yards per attempt is down by more than a yard this year and he has three games of less than seven yards per attempt this season after just five such games in all of 2015. The Bills had 51 passing plays of more than 20 yards in 2015 - 18 caught by Watkins - but are on pace for just 32 in 2016. 

Keenum threw for 266 yards and two touchdowns on 18 for 30 passing in the Rams' 17-13 win at Arizona.

Coming off his first game with a touchdown pass this season, Keenum continued that momentum in Week 4. His turnover-free play helped lead the Rams to a win in what was a defensive battle from start to finish. He's improved each week despite the running game's continued struggles. Keenum will likely need to maintain his run of quality performances to avoid the team benching him in favor of No. 1 pick Jared Goff. Things should get easier next week, returning home to face the Bills in Week 5.

Carr completed 25 of 35 pass attempts for 199 yards and four touchdowns during Sunday's 28-27 win over the Ravens.

Carr may not have racked up the passing yardage during the Raiders' Week 4 matchup, but four touchdowns to zero interceptions provided plenty of fantasy value for his owners. He connected with receiver Michael Crabtree seven times for 88 yards and three touchdowns, while Amari Cooper hauled in five receptions for 48 yards. Carr's next test will come Week 5 against the Chargers and their weak pass defense.

Siemian (shoulder) will be available to return to Sunday's contest at Tampa Bay in the event of an emergency, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.

Siemian was thrown to the ground by the Bucs' Clinton McDonald during a sack late in the second quarter, injuring his left (non-throwing) shoulder in the process. After halftime, Siemian was seen on the sideline wearing a baseball cap, and his potential return implies the injury isn't especially severe. Nonetheless, the Broncos will seemingly trust in Paxton Lynch to maintain their lead, unless an injury also strikes the rookie.

Cousins threw for 183 yards with three touchdowns and an interception while completing 21 of 27 passes Sunday against the Browns.

Cousins saw a massive drop-off in yardage after throwing for at least 296 in each of his first three games. Even so, the fifth-year quarterback managed to exploit a vulnerable Browns secondary for three touchdowns in a 31-20 win. He hooked up with tight end Jordan Reed for a pair of scores in the red zone, re-establishing a strong connection that had failed to produce a single touchdown coming in.

Wilson (knee/ankle) completed 23 of 32 passes for 309 yards and three touchdowns during Sunday's 27-17 victory over the Jets. He also lost five yards on five carries.

Wilson had been limited by a pair of leg injuries over the last few days, but he shook off the injuries to record his best passing performance of the season. He was ineffective on the ground, which should come as less of a surprise, but it was encouraging to see him throw for multiple touchdowns for the first time in 2016. Seattle will enjoy a bye in Week 5, so expect Wilson's mobility to be improved when the Falcons visits the Pacific Northwest in Week 6.

Siemian was carted to the locker room during Sunday's game at Tampa Bay with a left (non-throwing) shoulder injury and is questionable to return, Patrick Smyth of the Broncos' official site reports.

Slammed to the turf hard by Clinton McDonald on a second-quarter sack, Siemian was lifted from the contest, examined on the sidelined, and promptly taken from the field for further testing. If Siemian isn't cleared for further action, he'll finish five of seven for 68 yards and an 11-yard touchdown to Demaryius Thomas. In the meantime, rookie Paxton Lynch will direct the Broncos' offense.

Brissett (thumb) completed 17 of 27 passes for 205 yards, and added four carries for 23 yards in Sunday's 16-0 loss to the Bills. He also lost one of his two fumbles.

Brissett got the start over Jimmy Garoppolo (shoulder), but failed to lead the Patriots offense to any points in their first home shutout at Gillette Stadium. The rookie has failed to throw a passing touchdown in any of his three appearances. Brissett's fantasy relevance for the season has likely expired with regular starter Tom Brady back from his Deflategate suspension next week.
