Gabbert completed 18 of 29 pass attempts for 165 yards, a touchdown and a pair of interceptions in Sunday's 33-17 loss to the Colts.

The Titans asked Gabbert to save their season with Marcus Mariota (elbow) unable to play, but the veteran backup was stifled by the Colts' underrated defense. The 29-year-old spent most of the night hitting his check-down options, which shouldn't come as a surprise given his "game-manager" style. When he was asked to bring the team back from behind, that's when things got ugly. One of his interceptions was especially poor, as it was nowhere near his intended target and hit a Colt defender in the chest. Gabbert definitely looked like a backup in this one, and that is likely to be his ceiling next season.

Driskel completed 12 of 24 passes for 95 yards in Sunday's 16-13 loss to the Steelers. He also added two carries for 13 yards.

Driskel failed to get anything going offensively for the Bengals as the team's only touchdown came on an interception returned for a score. The performance marked the first time he failed to break 100 passing yards as well as the only time he failed to throw at least one touchdown pass in six games where he saw significant action. In his defense, his receiving weapons were depleted with A.J. Green (foot) and Tyler Boyd (knee) out entering the game, and he lost Cody Core to an elbow injury during the game. Regardless, Driskel is highly unlikely to enter 2019 as the team's starting quarterback, even if they move on from Andy Dalton.

Jackson completed 14 of his 24 pass attempts for 179 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions in Sunday's 26-24 win over the Browns. He also added 90 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries.

Jackson turned in one of his better passing performances of the season, averaging 7.46 yards per attempt -- his third-highest mark as the starter. However, that paled in comparison to his impact on the ground, as he found the end zone twice and also had a third would-be touchdown called back for holding. While there is reasonable concern about Jackson's ability to stay healthy given his heavy workload on the ground, he has proven to be a competent passer and dangerous rusher through seven career starts. The Ravens should grow more comfortable opening up the playbook for him in his second season, only increasing his fantasy ceiling.

Carr completed 24 of 33 pass attempts for 185 yards and two interceptions in Sunday's 35-3 loss to the Chiefs.

Kansas City does possess a couple of talented pass rushers, but they are otherwise a defense that has been routinely exposed by opposing quarterbacks, so Carr's stat line was supremely underwhelming given the circumstances. The 27-year-old really struggled down the stretch, averaging just 205 passing yards with one touchdown and two interceptions over the previous three contests. Carr will finish above the 4,000-yard mark for the first time in his career, but the 19 touchdowns will be his lowest mark. Despite the new career high in passing yards, it's hard not to view Carr's 2018 season as a fantasy disappointment.

Mayfield completed 23 of his 42 pass attempts for 376 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions in Sunday's 26-24 loss to the Ravens.

Mayfield had wide-ranging quality of play in the season's final game, throwing interceptions to both begin and end the game. In between, he found the end zone three times -- including 48 and 28-yard scores -- giving him the record for most passing touchdowns in a single-season by a rookie. That's all the more impressive when considering he didn't see the field until Week 3, with his first start coming in Week 4. Given his performance, there's no doubt that Mayfield will be the starting quarterback for the Browns in 2019, and he should be a viable fantasy option -- especially if the Browns add weapons to their offense.

Johnson completed 12 of 27 passes for 91 yards with no touchdowns and one interception in the Redskins' 24-0 loss to the Eagles on Sunday. He also rushed three times for four yards and had a fumble that was recovered by the offense.

Johnson finished off his late-season starting stint with a whimper, posting his worst completion percentage and yardage total over that span. The 32-year-old had generated serviceable numbers in his first three games seeing extended action, but an aggressive Eagles defense that was out to do its part to ensure a playoff berth got the best of him throughout the afternoon. In fairness, Johnson was also working with a significantly short-handed pass-catching corps that was missing Jordan Reed (IR-foot), Maurice Harris (IR-concussion) and Vernon Davis (concussion). Johnson reportedly plans to continue his professional career with the San Diego Fleet of the Alliance of American Football this coming February, which will presumably give him a platform to make a case for an NFL return in some capacity in 2019.

Mullens completed 23 of 33 passes for 282 yards with three touchdowns and three interceptions in Sunday's 48-32 loss to the Rams.

The Rams dominated the game from start to finish as all three of Mullens' interceptions came in the first half, including a pick-six by Cory Littleton early in the second quarter. The 23-year-old rebounded well after that point playing from behind, but could do little to prevent Los Angeles from cruising to victory. The 23-year-old was able to unseat C.J. Beathard to start the final eight games of the season with Jimmy Garoppolo (knee) on injured reserve, completing 176 of 274 passes for 2,277 yards with 13 touchdowns and 10 interceptions.

Keenum completed 31 of 48 passing attempts for 292 yards, a touchdown, and an interception in Sunday's 23-9 loss to the Chargers. He also rushed three times for eight yards and lost a fumble.

Keenum's second-quarter "fumble" was actually a backward pass that he threw after he had stepped up to scramble but changed his mind and tossed to Royce Freeman who could not handle the low throw. The Chargers would scoop up the loose ball and return it for the game's first score. After that, the Broncos could muster only a field goal until the final period, when the 30-year-old would find Andy Janovich for a wide-open 20-yard touchdown. The Houston product finishes his first season in Denver having completed 365 of 586 passing attempts for 3,890 yards, 18 touchdowns and 15 interceptions.

Mahomes completed 14 of 24 pass attempts for 281 yards, two touchdowns and an interception in Sunday's 35-3 win over Oakland.

It wasn't Mahomes' biggest fantasy performance, but that was largely due to the Raiders' inability to keep the game close. The MVP candidate reached the 5,000-yard and 50-touchdown mark with an 89-yard bomb to Demarcus Robinson in the third quarter, joining Peyton Manning as the only other QB to reach those marks in a single season. The win secured the Chiefs with a first-round bye in the playoffs, so Mahomes will become DFS-eligible in the divisional series.

Cousins completed 20 of 33 passes for 132 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions in the Vikings' 24-10 loss to the Bears on Sunday. He also rushed once for seven yards.

It was a disappointing end to a debut Vikings campaign that started off promisingly for Cousins, the team's marquee offseason acquisition. The veteran signal-caller generated a pair of 400-yard performances and a 300-yard effort over his first five games of the season, posting an 11:2 TD:INT along the way. While there was another pair of prolific outputs from that point forward, Cousins wrapped up 2018 passing for between Sunday's 132 yards and 215 yards in four of the last five contests. For fantasy purposes, Cousins still rewarded owners with his fourth straight 4,000-yard season and a 30:10 TD:INT. He'll look to regroup this offseason as the Vikings look to bounce back to the upper echelon of the NFC in 2019.
