  • Nate Sudfeld QB | SF

Eagles' Nate Sudfeld: Remains sidelined Week 2

Sudfeld (wrist) is listed as inactive Sunday in Atlanta, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

Despite being tabbed with limited participation on each Week 2 injury report, Sudfeld wasn't a candidate to retain his role as Carson Wentz's primary backup. Sudfeld will continue to work his way back from Aug. 9 surgery on a broken left wrist, starting Wednesday as the Eagles prepare to host the Lions next Sunday.

  • Andy Dalton QB | PHI

Bengals' Andy Dalton: Goes for 311 yards in loss

Dalton completed 26 of 42 passes for 311 yards, two touchdowns and an interception during Sunday's 41-17 loss to the 49ers.

Even with A.J. Green (ankle) out of commission, Dalton has managed an impressive 729 yards and four touchdowns through two weeks in head coach Zac Taylor's scheme. Dalton should keep tossing it for a struggling Bengals team, but it's fair to wonder how much longer Dalton can handle the beating he's been getting. He has nine sacks through two games and got slammed a few times against the 49ers. Next up is a stingy Buffalo defense.

  • Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT

Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Throws two touchdown passes

Rodgers completed 22 of 34 pass attempts for 209 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's 21-16 win over the Vikings.

Rodgers completed 65 percent of his passes while averaging a lackluster 6.1 yards per attempt, playing second fiddle at times to a rushing attack that piled up 144 yards. However, he still managed to connect with Geronimo Allison and Jamaal Williams for touchdowns and saw Davante Adams surpass the 100-yard mark against a tough Vikings defense. Rodgers has faced a pair of difficult matchups to start the season and will face another solid opponent next Sunday when the Broncos visit Lambeau.

  • Josh Allen QB | BUF

Bills' Josh Allen: One passing TD, one rushing in win

Allen completed 19 of 30 passes for 253 yards and a touchdown while adding 21 yards and a touchdown on seven rushing attempts in Sunday's 28-14 win over the Giants.

Allen found paydirt with his legs for the second straight week, this time doing so from six yards out on a designed quarterback sweep in the first quarter. He then got credited for a passing score on a touch pass to Isaiah McKenzie, which McKenzie proceeded to take 14 yards to the house. After rushing for 631 yards and eight touchdowns in 12 games as a rookie, Allen continues to be a force on the ground with a rushing touchdown in each of his first two games this season. He's also exceeded 250 passing yards in both games after failing to reach that mark in any 2018 contest.

  • Dak Prescott QB | DAL

Cowboys' Dak Prescott: Throws three TD passes

Prescott completed 26 of 30 pass attempts for 269 yards and three touchdowns with one interception Sunday against the Redskins. He also carried five times for 69 yards in the 31-21 win.

Prescott was masterful in this one, as he completed an impressive 87 percent of his passes while averaging a healthy 9.0 yards per attempt. He completed a long touchdown pass to Devin Smith in the first quarter before hooking up with Jason Witten and Amari Cooper for shorter scores. Prescott also capped off his outstanding performance with a big day as a runner, thanks in large part to a career-best 42-yard gain at the end of the first half. He seems to be flourishing under new offensive coordinator Kellen Moore and will face a terrific matchup next Sunday at home against the Dolphins.

  • Deshaun Watson QB | CLE

Texans' Deshaun Watson: Held in check by Jaguars defense

Watson completed 16 of 29 pass attempts for 159 yards, while adding five yards and one rushing touchdown on four carries during Sunday's 13-12 win against the Jaguars. He also fumbled twice, but neither loose ball was recovered by Jacksonville.

Watson salvaged some fantasy value by accounting for a two-yard touchdown run early in the fourth quarter, but he was far less explosive as a passer in what was a more challenging Week 2 matchup compared to an opener against a New Orleans defense that gave up 12 more passing touchdowns than Jacksonville in 2018. Sunday marked the first time since Week 7 of last season that Watson was contained to fewer than 200 passing yards, and that performance, too, came against the Jaguars. Watson's upcoming matchup against Los Angeles is a bounce back opportunity, as the Derwin James-less Chargers have given up two passing touchdowns in each of the first two weeks of the season.

  • Kyler Murray QB | MIN

Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Throws for 349 yards

Murray completed 25 of 40 passes for 349 yards and a two-point conversion during Sunday's 23-17 loss to Baltimore. He added four yards on three carries and recovered his own fumble.

Murray became the only rookie to open his career with back-to-back 300-yard performances since Cam Newton in 2011. The rookie was dealing Sunday, including on a 54-yard deep shot to Larry Fitzgerald and a two-point conversion to KeeSean Johnson in which the rookie faded back and still had enough arm to fit the ball in the back of the end zone. That's probably not how they teach it in Arizona, but Murray has unique arm talent. Moving forward to a tough Week 3 matchup against Carolina, it will be worth watching whether the Cardinals unleash Murray the runner after he compiled just 17 rushing yards through his first two games.

  • Lamar Jackson QB | BAL

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Continues scorching start

Jackson completed 24 of 37 passes for 272 yards and two touchdowns while adding 120 yards on 16 carries during Sunday's 23-17 win over the Cardinals.

Those looking for the wheels to fall of the dynamic sophomore after a Week 1 beatdown of the hapless Dolphins were disappointed as Jackson came out dealing against the Cardinals. The Louisville product showed some polish early, executing a nice pump fake in the flat to set up a wide-open 27-yard touchdown pass to Mark Andrews in the first quarter. He wasn't perfect, including an overthrow on an attempted fourth-down conversion, but Jackson is a truer dual threat than he was as a rookie. Detractors will point out that he has yet to come across a highly ranked defense. Whether or not that criticism is valid, the good news is he won't face one in Week 3's matchup against Kansas City.

  • Mason Rudolph QB | PIT

Steelers' Mason Rudolph: Takes over for injured Big Ben

Rudolph started the second half of Sunday's 28-26 loss to the Seahawks after Ben Roethlisberger exited with an elbow injury. He completed 12 of 19 passes for 112 yards, two touchdowns and an interception while adding a seven-yard rush.

Rudolph's second pass was intercepted after bouncing off the hands of receiver Donte Moncrief, but he bounced back nicely on the next possession, setting up a field goal with a 45-yard deep ball to JuJu Smith-Schuster via flea flicker. The 2018 third-rounder capped the next drive with an eight-yard touchdown to Vance McDonald to pull within two points, but his attempt at a game-tying two-point conversion was intercepted. He later added a three-yard touchdown to McDonald as Pittsburgh's comeback attempt came up just short. Rudolph showed he's capable of running the offense effectively should Roethlisberger need to miss further time, but we're still awaiting an update on Big Ben's non-contact injury.

  • Russell Wilson QB | NYG

Seahawks' Russell Wilson: Extremely efficient in close win

Wilson completed 29 of 35 passes for 300 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday's 28-26 win over the Steelers. He also ran six times for 22 yards.

The Seahawks unleashed Wilson after giving him just 20 passing attempts in Week 1, and he reminded us of his supreme efficiency with 8.6 YPA and an 80.5 completion percentage. Although he started slow, Wilson tossed a touchdown to TE Will Dissly late in the first half, and he came out in the second half hot with touchdown passes to Dissly and rookie WR DK Metcalf. Wilson's still a flaky fantasy play because coach Pete Carroll is comfortable running the ball until it's completely necessary to pass. Still, Wilson flashed his upside and should be called upon again to use his arm in a Week 3 matchup versus the Saints.
