Stafford (hip) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chiefs but is expected to play despite being less than 100 percent healthy, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. "This is the closest he's probably been to not playing, but he's planning on going," a source told Schefter.

With no missed games since 2010, Stafford has developed a reputation as one of the NFL's toughest quarterbacks, so it's fairly notable that sitting out Week 4 was even viewed as a consideration. According to Schefter, the pain in Stafford's hip has worsened since he first popped up on the Lions' injury report Friday, which could leave the quarterback susceptible to additional aggravation while he plays on this weekend. Barring any major in-game setbacks, however, Stafford is expected to take every snap under center while the contest is competitive.

Stafford was a limited participant Friday and received the questionable tag due to the hip issue, but the injury was never expected to impact his availability for Week 4. The Chiefs have limited opposing QBs to 7.1 yards per pass attempt this season, albeit with the 12th-most fantasy points per game on the basis of volume (38.0 attempts) as well as an 8-46-1 rushing line from Lamar Jackson.

Keenum (foot) will start Sunday's game against the Giants, Kyle Stackpole of the team's official website reports.

There was a moment of concern earlier this week when Keenum was held out of Wednesday's practice and spotted in a walking boot. He then returned to full participation Thursday, confirming that his use of a boot was more about caution than anything else. Keenum gets a prime matchup with the beleaguered Giants defense, but he may be playing without top wideout Terry McLaurin, who is headed for a game-time decision due to a hamstring injury.

Rodgers completed 34 of 53 passes for 422 yards with two touchdowns and one interception in the Packers' 34-27 loss to the Eagles on Thursday. He also rushed five times for 46 yards and lost a fumble.

Rodgers' most prolific stat line of the season also had two key blemishes on it, and the final one cost the Packers the game. Sudfeld practiced fully each day this week as he tries to make his way back from a wrist injury he sustained early in the preseason. It seems the 25-year-old is healthy, but the coaching staff will elect to go with Josh McCown as the primary backup behind Carson Wentz for Thursday's game.

Coach Jay Gruden said Thursday that McCoy likely will be a healthy scratch Sunday against the Giants, Kareem Copeland of The Washington Post reports.

There seemed to be a glimmer of hope for McCoy to get a spot start this week with Case Keenum seen in a walking boot and listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's estimated injury report. However, Keenum was able to brush off the foot sprain quickly and practice in full Thursday. Behind expected starter Keenum on Sunday, the Redskins are expected to roll with rookie Dwayne Haskins as the backup, per John Keim of ESPN.com. Gruden elaborated on his through process to JP Finlay of NBC Sports Washington, stating McCoy "has missed a lot of time" due to his fibula injury. Look for McCoy to continue building up his conditioning while Keenum and Haskins are locked into the top two QB spots.
