Allen picked up a dangerous new target Monday when the Bills acquired Stefon Diggs from the Vikings.

Allen and the Bills continue to trend up following a playoff season where the quarterback threw for 3,089 yards and 20 touchdowns while running for 510 yards and nine scores. Diggs and John Brown should work as some sort of 1A/1B combo, while Cole Beasley remains one of the more effective slot guys in the league. Add a potential pass-catching feature back in Devin Singletary to the mix along with a tight end with decent upside in Dawson Knox, and Allen should have plenty of weapons to continue improving his numbers as he gains more experience.

Mariota and the Raiders agreed to terms on a contract Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Mariota becomes the first quarterback domino to fall in free agency, as the former Titan was brought in to push incumbent Derek Carr for the starting job. Mariota was looking for a fresh start after he was replaced by Ryan Tannehill in Week 7 of last season. Before the demotion, the 26-year-old completed 95 of 160 passes for 1,203 yards along with a 7:2 TD:INT across seven games. The Raiders' quarterback competition will be as intriguing as any in the league heading into the 2020 season.

The Raiders placed an original-round tender on Peterman (elbow) on Monday, Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

Peterman failed to suit up during the 2019 season after an elbow injury forced him to injured reserve. The 25-year-old stands to make $2.1 million with the Raiders, but they would stand to receive a fifth-round pick back as compensation should they not match an impending contract offer from another team.

The Broncos won't tender Allen, making him an unrestricted free agent, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

The team hopes they can still come to an agreement on a deal this offseason, but other teams can enter the mix for Allen's services. Allen was set for spot-start duties with both Joe Flacco and Drew Lock injured in 2019, but with the latter returning to establish himself as the starter, Allen was relegated again to backup duties. Allen completed 39 of 84 passes for 515 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions last season. The 27-year-old likely will have to battle for a job wherever he lands this offseason.

Keenum has agreed to a three-year, $18 million deal with the Browns, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Keenum's signing will provide the Browns with an experienced backup behind starting QB Baker Mayfield. Keenum -- who turned 32 in February -- saw action in 10 games for Washington in 2019, including eight starts, throwing for 1,707 yards with 11 TDs and five picks.

The Bears are trying to trade for Dalton or Nick Foles, Ed Werder of ESPN reports.

It's no secret the Bengals want to trade Dalton before they use the No. 1 overall pick on Joe Burrow. The 32-year-old quarterback is expected to have some say in his next NFL destination, as the Bengals hope to remain on good terms with their longtime starter. It's hard to imagine Dalton having any complaints about Chicago, where he'd be matched with a good defense and likely would have the upper hand on Mitchell Trubisky in a job battle.

The Cowboys have placed the franchise tag on Prescott, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

With no agreement on a long-term contract, the Cowboys had little choice but to use the tag on Prescott, who now has until mid-July to sign a multi-year deal. Meanwhile, wide receiver Amari Cooper will be able to field offers from other teams, as the recent completion of a new CBA means the Cowboys only have one tag to use this offseason.

Cousins is signing a two-year contract extension, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Cousins signed a fully guaranteed three-year, $84 million contract during the 2018 offseason, and the Vikings have seen enough to know that they want him around past 2020. The 31-year-old quarterback has completed 69.7 percent of his passes for 7.5 yards per attempt in a Minnesota uniform, tossing 56 touchdowns against 16 interceptions in 31 regular-season games. Cousins will work with a new offensive coordinator in 2020, as the Vikings have promoted Gary Kubiak to replace Kevin Stefanski.

Tannehill agreed to an extension with the Titans on Sunday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

According to Jeff Darlington of ESPN, it's a four-year deal worth $118 million total and includes $62 million fully guaranteed. The contract means the Titans won't need to utilize the franchise tag to retain the 31-year-old, who completed 70 percent of his passes for 2,742 yards with 22 touchdowns and six interceptions in 2019 while helping lead the Titans to the AFC Championship Game after taking over the starting job Week 7.

The Titans and Tannehill are reportedly close to agreeing on a multi-year extension for the QB, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

If that happens, the team won't need to apply a franchise tag to retain Tannehill, who would thus remain the team's starter at QB going forward. Additionally, per ESPN.com, committing to Tannehill would effectively rule out the Titans from pursuing fellow signal-caller Tom Brady in free agency.
