Trace McSorley QB | WAS
Trace McSorley: In line to join Cardinals
The Cardinals plan to sign McSorley off the Ravens' practice squad, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
The Ravens had elevated McSorley from their practice squad ahead of Sunday's game against the Bears to serve as the team's No. 2 QB with Lamar Jackson (illness) inactive, but he's now slated to move on to Arizona, where he'll slot in as the Cardinals' No. 3 signal-caller behind Kyler Murray (ankle) and Colt McCoy.

Justin Fields QB | KC
Bears' Justin Fields: No reps in walkthrough
Fields (ribs) was estimated as a non-participant during Monday's walkthrough practice.
Unsurprisingly, the Bears didn't project Fields for any practice reps one day after he injured his ribs in the team's 16-13 loss to the Ravens. Though a firm diagnosis for Fields' injury hasn't been formally announced, the Bears are hopeful that the rookie is dealing with bruising to his ribs rather than any fracture. Even if that's the case, Fields still could be challenged to gain clearance for the Bears' Thanksgiving Day game against the Lions, in which case Andy Dalton would be lined up for the start.
-
Jared Goff QB | DET
Lions' Jared Goff: Estimated as limited participant
Goff (oblique) was listed as a limited participant on Monday's estimated practice report.
Though Detroit didn't hold a traditional practice Monday one day after a 13-10 loss to the Browns, Goff's limited listing seemingly provides a more optimistic outlook about his health after he was listed as a non-participant in each of the Lions' past three practices. Because of the quick turnaround Detroit faces for its Thanksgiving Day matchup with Chicago, Goff could face an uphill battle to prove to the coaching and training staffs that he's healthy enough to play through the oblique injury. Tim Boyle stepped in as the Lions' starting quarterback against Cleveland and struggled to move the offense, so there's a chance that he cedes the starting role to third-stringer David Blough even if Goff is ruled out for a second straight game.

Zach Wilson QB | NO
Jets' Zach Wilson: Could be ready to start Week 12
Jets head coach Robert Saleh said Wilson (knee) has a chance to return for Sunday's game against the Texans in a starting role, Andy Vasquez of The Bergen Record reports.
Wilson was inactive for a fourth straight game in the Jets' Week 11 loss to the Dolphins, but he turned in a good workout Sunday that has Saleh feeling optimistic about the rookie's chances of suiting up during the upcoming weekend. Saleh noted that a decision on the team's Week 12 starting quarterback won't be announced until Wednesday, but if Wilson continues to check out well when the Jets put him through another workout Tuesday, he should recapture the job. Mike White started the first three games while Wilson was out before handing over the role this past week to Joe Flacco, who completed 24 of 39 attempts for 291 yards and two touchdowns in the 24-17 loss to Miami. If the Jets determine Wilson will need additional time to move past the knee injury, Flacco would likely be in line for a second straight start.

Lamar Jackson QB | BAL
Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Feeling better Monday
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said Monday that Jackson (illness) is feeling better, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Jackson was held out of Sunday's game against the Bears due to a non-COVID-19 illness, but the team's medical staff hasn't yet identified the nature of his ailment. Harbaugh added that he's hopeful Jackson will be able to participate in Tuesday's walk-through session, Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun reports. While it's not yet clear whether Jackson will be able to play this weekend against the Browns, it's encouraging that he's feeling better to begin the week.

Baker Mayfield QB | TB
Browns' Baker Mayfield: Health will be monitored
Coach Kevin Stefanski said Monday that Mayfield (knee/foot/shoulder) will start versus Baltimore in Week 12 as long as he's physically cleared to play, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Mayfield was listed with a trio of injuries prior to suiting up versus the Lions in Week 11, and though he turned in a mistake-prone performance with two turnovers against an exploitable secondary, the 26-year-old did do enough to lead his team to a victory. Stefanski said Mayfield's foot and knee injuries may have been a factor in his performance versus Detroit, per Petrak, and it looks like the Browns will take a close look at the quarterback in practice before making a decision about his availability. Case Keenum would be in line to start if Mayfield misses any more time.

Justin Fields QB | KC
Bears' Justin Fields: May escape with just bruised ribs
Fields is believed to have bruised ribs, though he still has additional tests coming to evaluate him for more serious injuries, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Bruised ribs would be a best-case scenario following the QB's early exit from a loss to Baltimore on Sunday. Even then, Fields would be in danger of missing time, especially with the Bears on a short week ahead of their Thanksgiving Day game in Detroit. If the rookie isn't ready, Andy Dalton will make his first start since Week 2.

Justin Herbert QB | LAC
Chargers' Justin Herbert: Incredible performance in win
Herbert completed 30 of 41 attempts for 382 passing yards and three touchdowns to go along with one interception in Sunday's come-from-behind 41-37 win over the Steelers. He also carried the ball nine times for 90 yards.
The Chargers appeared to be cruising to an easy win before the Steelers stormed back from a 14-point deficit in the fourth quarter to take the lead, in part because of a tipped pass turned interception that represented the lone blemish in an otherwise sterling performance from Herbert. The second-year quarterback time and again stepped up into the pocket and routinely extended drives with his legs, rushing for multiple first downs, including a pivotal fourth-quarter 36-yard scramble that set up what figured to be the game-sealing touchdown before the aforementioned comeback ensued. It's hard to envision a defense losing containment to that extent the rest of season, but Sunday's primetime performance is a reminder of Herbert's athletic capabilities. The 23-year-old figures to have a more difficult matchup next week against the Broncos.

Patrick Mahomes QB | KC
Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes: Held in check in Sunday's win
Mahomes completed 23 of 37 passes for 260 yards with one interception in Sunday's 19-9 win over the Cowboys. He also gained 11 rushing yards on seven carries.
Kansas City's brief offensive resurgence lasted all of one week, as the Cowboys focused on taking away the deep ball while Micah Parsons and the pass rush chased after Mahomes. However, the KC defense put together an even better game plan to handle Dak Prescott and a short-handed Dallas attack. Mahomes will head into a Week 12 bye on a four-game winning streak but with plenty of questions to answer after he's failed to throw more than one TD in four of his last five contests.

Dak Prescott QB | DAL
Cowboys' Dak Prescott: Gets little time in pocket Sunday
Prescott completed 28 of 43 passes for 216 yards with two interceptions in Sunday's 19-9 loss to Kansas City.
His 5.0 YPA was his worst performance of the season, but Prescott was sacked five times as the Dallas offensive line couldn't offer him much protection, and he was also missing his top two targets once CeeDee Lamb was knocked out of the game with a concussion. Prescott will be hoping to get both Lamb and left tackle Tyron Smith (ankle) back for a Thanksgiving Day clash with the Raiders, but if not the QB's fantasy production could be significantly curtailed once again.
