Eagles' Jake Elliott: Lands huge extension

Elliott agreed Wednesday with the Eagles on a five-year, $21.8 million contract extension, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Elliott's extension includes $10.45 million in guarantees, making him the third-highest-paid kicker in the NFL. The third-year pro has converted all 14 of his field-goal tries through 11 contests year, though he's misfired on two of his 23 extra-point tries. For his career, Elliott owns a solid 86.8 percent conversion rate from the field and has hit 93 percent of his PATs.

  • Ravens' Justin Tucker: Posts nine points

Tucker made his only field-goal attempt as well as all six of his extra-point tries in Monday night's 45-6 win over the Rams.

Tucker converted from 34 yards on his lone field goal, as he was otherwise limited to PAT work. Still, with Baltimore's offense consistently finding the end zone, Tucker was able to put up another strong point total, bringing his season tally to 102, ranking second league-wide.

  • Raiders' Daniel Carlson: Misses 43-yarder in loss

Carlson made one of two field-goal attempts in Sunday's 34-3 loss to the Jets.

The Raiders' offense was stuffed all game long in what became a huge blowout throughout the third quarter, but Carlson failed to capitalize on a 43-yard attempt that would've given him six points on the day. He's now 11 of 15 on field-goal attempts this season as the Raiders head to Kansas City for a divisional Week 13 tilt.

  • Rams' Greg Zuerlein: Accounts for all of Rams' points

Zuerlein connected on both of his field-goal attempts during Monday's 45-6 loss to Baltimore.

The veteran kicker hit from 32 and 46 yards during the second quarter and accounted for Los Angeles' entire offensive production. Zuerlein's been held to just eight field goals and 10 extra points through the past five games, and with the Rams' offense struggling, his fantasy value is trending in the wrong direction.

  • Jake Elliott K | PHI

Eagles' Jake Elliott: Good from 28 yards in loss

Elliott made his only field-goal attempt in Sunday's loss to the Seahawks.

Elliott put a 28-yarder through the uprights in the first quarter to give the Eagles a 3-0 lead, but he would not get another attempt, even for an extra point. He remains a perfect 14-for-14 on field-goal tries this year.

  • Broncos' Brandon McManus: Accounts for entire offense

McManus converted a 45-yard field goal during Sunday's 20-3 loss in Buffalo.

Thanks to a miserable offensive output, McManus' only attempt of the afternoon was a 45-yard attempt into a stiff wind, which the Temple product converted. Despite attempting just one field goal in three of his last five games, McManus still ranks ninth in the league in field-goal attempts with 23 and is sixth in the league in converted field goals of 40 or more yards with nine. Next up is a matchup against the Chargers, against which he converted field goals of 46 and 40 yards in Week 5.

  • Greg Joseph K | LV

    Greg Joseph: Heading to Carolina

Joseph signed with the Panthers' practice squad Monday, Joe Person of The Athletic reports.

Joey Slye missed a 28-yard field goal and a pair of extra points during Sunday's three-point loss to the Saints, leading the Panthers to explore available options at kicker. Joseph went 17-for-20 on field goals and 25-for-29 on extra points with the Browns in 2018, and he could make his way to the 53-man roster if Slye continues to struggle.

  • Redskins' Dustin Hopkins: Perfect on five kicks

Hopkins made all four field-goal attempts and his lone extra-point attempt during Sunday's 19-16 win over the Lions.

Washington's inability to finish drives provided Hopkins with a bevy of opportunities, as he converted field goals from 28, 37, 39 and 42 yards, including the game-winning shot with 16 seconds remaining. The Redskins' inconsistent offense makes the 29-year-old a risky fantasy option, but he's nonetheless 11-for-12 on field goals over the last four games. Astoundingly, Sunday's PAT was Hopkins' first since Week 6.

  • Brett Maher K | LAR

Cowboys' Brett Maher: Scores all Cowboys points in loss

Maher connected on three of four field goals in Sunday's 13-9 loss to the Patriots.

Kicking in fairly miserable conditions on a rainy day in Foxboro, Maher missed from 46 yards out midway through the first quarter but bounced back to successfully convert his remaining chances. It was the first time all year the Cowboys failed to score a touchdown, so don't be surprised if Maher gets more PATs and fewer FGs in Week 13's home tilt against the Bills.

  • Matt Prater K | BUF

Lions' Matt Prater: Three-makes in D.C.

Prater made three of four field-goal attempts as well as his only PAT during Sunday's 19-16 loss to Washington.

Prater was good from 21, 24 and 49 yards out, but the veteran went wide right from 39 yards on a windy day in Washington. It's unfortunate that miss wound up being the difference in the game, but Prater at least made history by passing Errol Mann for the fourth-most points in Lions history. Prater could have another busy day in Week 13 against the Bears if quarterback Jeff Driskel doesn't have too much trouble getting Detroit into scoring position.
