Lamb recently told reporters that he and QB Dak Prescott are "hitting on all cylinders" at training camp, Tommy Yarish of DallasCowboys.com reports. Lamb said his goals for 2026 are to win, stay healthy and dominate. "Whatever the numbers look like, that's cool," he said. Lamb's fantasy production was disappointing last year, but only due to a lack of touchdowns (three) and a prolonged stretch of missed time (three full games, plus nearly all of another). He finished with career highs for yards per catch (14.4) and aDOT (11.8) while posting his second-best mark for yards per route run (2.27). Lamb was efficient pretty much everywhere besides the red zone, where his 17 targets (t-8th among WRs) yielded eight catches for 57 yards and two TDs. He's been healthy throughout the offseason and training camp, with no reports of any missed time or limitations.

Lamb worked with the Cowboys' first-team offense in the first team drill of Wednesday's practice, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports. This comes as no surprise considering Lamb is part of a one-two punch at wide receiver for Dallas along with George Pickens. After Lamb agreed to restructure his contract ahead of the opening of free agency in March, Pickens signed the franchise tag in April, ensuring the duo will be together for a second campaign in 2026. Lamb took a step back last year, missing three games overall due to injury and finishing with a 75-1,077-3 line on 117 targets in 14 regular-season contests, while Pickens blossomed for 93-1,429-9 on 137 targets in 17 outings. Both Lamb and Pickens can expect regular attention from QB Dak Prescott in the upcoming season.

Lamb agreed to terms Wednesday on a contract restructure with the Cowboys, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports. Lamb, quarterback Dak Prescott and offensive guard Tyler Smith (knee) all agreed to contract restructures Wednesday, helping Dallas' salary cap situation in advance of the start of the legal tampering period March 9. The soon-to-be 27-year-old wideout's restructure presumably involves converting future guarantees into a signing bonus, meaning he remains under contract through 2028. The 75-1,077-3 receiving line Lamb posted across 14 regular-season appearances in 2025 was the lowest since his rookie year back in 2020, and it coincided with George Pickens breaking out to the tune of 93-1,423-9. With Pickens having been re-signed via the franchise tag, he and Lamb will remain arguably the league's top wide receiver duo during the 2026 campaign.

Lamb caught his only target for four yards in Sunday's 34-17 loss to the Giants. He finishes the 2025 season with 75 catches for 1,077 yards and three touchdowns on 117 targets. Lamb posted the lowest touchdown total of his career and his fewest receiving yards since his 935-yard rookie regular season in 2020, as he was overshadowed by George Pickens' 93-1,423-9 receiving line in Dallas' receiving corps. The 26-year-old Lamb's 14 games played in 2025 were also a career low. Lamb is locked in with Dallas, having signed a four-year, $136 million extension in August of 2024, while Pickens is expected to re-sign with the team in the offseason. Despite boasting one of the league's best wide receiver duos, the Cowboys missed the playoffs with a 7-9-1 record.

Lamb (illness) did not practice Thursday, Joe Hoyt of The Dallas Morning News reports. Lamb has now missed back-to-back practices due to illness to begin Week 16 prep. Friday's session will be his final chance to practice before potentially receiving a preliminary injury designation for Sunday's game against the Chargers. In the event that Lamb isn't able to practice Friday, he'll be at risk of missing Week 16 or having his status come down to a game-time decision.
