  Mahomes went into his bye in Week 5 having scored at least 19.9 Fantasy points in each of his first four games, including two outings with at least 25.7 points. We hope he gets Rashee Rice (hamstring) healthy for this matchup with the Chargers, who have only allowed Kirk Cousins in Week 2 to score more than 20 Fantasy points this season. Mahomes suffered a torn ACL against the Chargers in Week 15 last season, but he is averaging 26.5 Fantasy points per game in his past 10 meetings with the Chargers. And Mahomes has scored at least 20.9 Fantasy points in five of eight games in his career coming off a bye in the regular season.

  Mahomes completed 15 of 30 passes for 225 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 30-27 win over the Raiders. He also rushed twice for no gain. Mahomes threw touchdown passes of two yards and eight yards to Tyquan Thornton, who exited the game in the fourth quarter due to an ankle injury suffered at the end of a 55-yard catch. The Chiefs also lost Rashee Rice (hamstring) in the first half. Thornton is likely looking at a lengthy absence, but Rice has a chance to recover during Kansas City's Week 5 bye before facing the Chargers in Week 6. Mahomes has led the Chiefs to a 4-0 record while posting a 9:2 TD:INT, but the team is down to Xavier Worthy, Cyrus Allen, Jalen Royals and Nikko Remigio at wide receiver at the moment.

  Mahomes completed 20 of 24 passes for 246 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 24-10 win over the Dolphins. He also rushed once for one yard. Mahomes found Travis Kelce for a 48-yard gain on Kansas City's first offensive play to set up a Kenneth Walker rushing touchdown before linking up with Walker for a five-yard touchdown pass on the next drive to give the Chiefs a lead they wouldn't relinquish for the rest of the game. The star quarterback was intercepted later in the first half but bounced back with an 11-yard touchdown pass to Kelce in the fourth quarter as the Chiefs pulled away from the offensively challenged Dolphins. Mahomes will take a 3-0 record and 7:2 TD:INT into a Week 4 road game against the Raiders.

  Mahomes looks awesome so far in two games against Denver and Indianapolis, with at least 25.7 Fantasy points in each outing. And now he gets the Dolphins in Week 3. Miami has already allowed six total touchdowns to Kirk Cousins and Brock Purdy in the first two games of the season, and Mahomes should stay hot in this matchup. This might be the last time we can mention Mahomes as a starter because he's trending back toward becoming an automatic Fantasy option in all leagues.

  Mahomes completed 32 of 47 passes for 382 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions while rushing twice for 17 yards in the Chiefs' 33-30 overtime win over the Colts on Sunday night. Mahomes put together a pristine final line that saw the multi-time MVP generate elite numbers while connecting with seven different targets. Two of Mahomes' most trusted options Sunday night were tight end Travis Kelce and running back Kenneth Walker, but he also recorded a total of 13 completions to wideouts Rashee Rice, Tyquan Thornton and Xavier Worthy, the latter who was also on the receiving end of one of Mahomes' three scoring strikes. The other two TD tosses went to Travis Kelce (13 yards) and Jalen Royals (one yard), and Mahomes' passing yardage total was his highest regular-season tally since Week 7 of the 2023 season. Mahomes will be teed up for another potentially rewarding performance when the Chiefs visit the winless Dolphins next Sunday.
