  • Zyon Pullin PG | MIN

Timberwolves' Zyon Pullin: Game-high 23 points in SL win

Pullin recorded 23 points (6-12 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 7-7 FT), six assists, two rebounds and one steal over 29 minutes during Wednesday's 114-98 Summer League win over the Pacers.

Pullin was blanked in the first quarter, but he proceeded to score 10 points in both the second and fourth frames to ultimately lead the Timberwolves in scoring. He appeared in just five regular-season games for the Timberwolves last season and spent most of the 2025-26 campaign in the G League. Pullin faces an uphill battle to regular playing time at the NBA level with Minnesota, given that LaMelo Ball, Bones Hyland and rookie second-rounder Isaiah Evans are ahead of him on the depth chart.

  • Braden Smith PG | IND

Pacers' Braden Smith: Team-high eight assists in loss

Smith posted eight points (3-6 FG, 2-2 3Pt), eight assists and six rebounds over 26 minutes during Indiana's 114-98 loss to Minnesota in Wednesday's Summer League game.

Smith didn't have a huge scoring game, though it was better than the donut he put up against the Raptors on Monday. He did lead the Pacers in assists and finished as the team's second-leading rebounder behind Jalen Slawson (nine). Smith was a second-round pick of the Pacers in the 2026 NBA Draft, and he figures to spend most of his rookie season in the G League.

  • Celtics' Amari Williams: Playing Wednesday

Williams (undisclosed) is in the Celtics' starting lineup in Wednesday's Summer League game against the Kings.

Williams was held out for rest purposes Monday against the Hawks, but he's back in action for Wednesday's clash against Sacramento. He played 29 minutes against the Raptors on Friday, finishing with 23 points, 13 rebounds, two assists and two blocks in an 83-80 win for the Celtics.

  • Jalen Slawson SF | IND

Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Stands out despite SL loss

Slawson notched 20 points (6-12 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), nine rebounds, three assists and four blocks in Wednesday's 114-98 Summer League loss to the Timberwolves.

Slawson has been one of the standout performers for the Pacers during Summer League action. This was his third straight game reaching the 20-point plateau, and he grabbed at least eight rebounds for a second consecutive contest. In four Las Vegas Summer League outings, Slawson is averaging 20.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 3.0 blocks per game.

  • Labaron Philon PG | PHI

76ers' Labaron Philon: Struggles from deep in SL loss

Philon produced 15 points (7-24 FG, 1-13 3Pt), six rebounds, six assists and two steals over 37 minutes in Wednesday's 99-92 Summer League loss to the Magic.

Philon logged a heavy workload but struggled to find his shot, particularly from beyond the arc. Even so, the Alabama product made his presence felt elsewhere, leading the 76ers with six assists while matching teammate Amani Lyles for the team lead with six rebounds. Philon is averaging 18.5 points, 5.8 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 1.5 steals across four Summer League outings.

  • Alex Morales SF | ORL

Magic's Alex Morales: Records double-double Wednesday

Morales notched 13 points (5-9 FG, 3-3 3Pt, 0-1 FT), 10 rebounds, five assists and three steals across 30 minutes in Wednesday's 99-92 Summer League win over the 76ers.

All five starters scored in double digits for the Magic, but Morales did a good job of contributing in other areas as well. The two-way guard, who spent most of the 2025-26 season in the G League, led Orlando in rebounds, co-led the team in steals and ranked second in assists behind Noah Penda's six.

  • Mouhamed Gueye PF | ATL

Hawks' Mouhamed Gueye: Out 3-to-4 months with foot injury

Gueye underwent surgery Tuesday to repair a fractured left foot that he suffered during a workout last week, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.

Gueye will be re-evaluated by medical staff in 3-to-4 months, which means he'll miss all of training camp and preseason and likely the start of the 2026-27 regular season. It's a brutal blow for the fourth-year big man, given that the Hawks used the No. 23 overall pick of the 2026 NBA Draft to select St. John's product Zuby Ejiofor. Gueye's absence means Ejiofor will have more opportunities in the preseason, and the rookie could establish a key role off the bench behind Onyeka Okongwu and projected backup center Jock Landale (ankle).

  • Spurs' Jayden Quaintance: Undergoes knee surgery

Quaintance underwent right knee surgery Wednesday and has no timetable for a return, Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints.com reports.

The rookie center faced severe complications and persistent knee swelling last season following February 2025 ACL surgery, and a follow-up procedure was required. It remains to be seen how long he will be sidelined, but this certainly puts his status for training camp in doubt.

  • CJ Huntley PF | PHO

Suns' CJ Huntley: Won't play Wednesday

Huntley (hamstring) is out for Wednesday's Summer League game against the Pistons, per Duane Rankin of The Arizona Republic.

Huntley is sidelined for a second straight contest with a right hamstring injury. The Suns are likely to exercise caution during exhibition action with Huntley, who's under a two-way contract with Phoenix.

  • Magic's Jase Richardson: Game-high 25 points in return

Richardson (undisclosed) finished with 25 points (10-15 FG, 3-5 3Pt,1-1 FT), two rebounds, four assists and three steals in 30 minutes during Wednesday's 99-92 Summer League win over the 76ers.

Richardson was a bright spot in his return from a one-game absence for undisclosed reasons. The 2025 first-rounder is preparing for his second season with the Magic and is aiming to make a case for a reserve role in 2026-27 after hardly being part of the rotation as a rookie.
