Smith posted eight points (3-6 FG, 2-2 3Pt), eight assists and six rebounds over 26 minutes during Indiana's 114-98 loss to Minnesota in Wednesday's Summer League game.
Smith didn't have a huge scoring game, though it was better than the donut he put up against the Raptors on Monday. He did lead the Pacers in assists and finished as the team's second-leading rebounder behind Jalen Slawson (nine). Smith was a second-round pick of the Pacers in the 2026 NBA Draft, and he figures to spend most of his rookie season in the G League.

Smith supplied zero points (0-7 FG, 0-4 3Pt), nine assists, three rebounds and two steals across 27 minutes in Monday's 94-93 Summer League loss to the Raptors.
Smith couldn't find the bottom of the net in this one, though he was able to contribute in other areas. The rookie point guard led the Pacers in assists and has dished out at least five dimes in back-to-back games. Additionally, he has now tallied multiple steals in all three of his Las Vegas Summer League appearances thus far.

Smith recorded 16 points (3-6 FG, 1-3 3PT, 6-7 FT), five assists, two rebounds and two steals over 28 minutes during Saturday's 100-93 Summer League overtime loss to the 76ers.
Smith scored 12 of his 16 points in the second half and finished as the Pacers' second-leading scorer behind Jalen Slawson (26 points). Smith was a second-round pick of the Bulls in the 2026 NBA Draft before being traded to the Pacers. The Purdue product will have the chance to crack Indiana's NBA roster with strong performances in the Summer League and in the preseason, though he'll likely spend most of 2026-27 in the G League.
