  • Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Re-signing with Pacers

Slawson signed a two-way contract with the Pacers on Tuesday, per Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.com. Indiana extended Slawson a qualifying offer in June, and the two sides have officially reached an agreement on a new deal. Preparing for his second season with the Pacers, the 2023 second-rounder figures to spend most of his time with the G League's Noblesville Boom in 2026-27.

  • Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Another strong SL outing

Slawson finished Saturday's 91-73 Summer League win over the Pelicans with 22 points (8-15 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, three assists, four blocks and one steal over 29 minutes. As he's done for much of the Summer League, Slawson made his presence felt on both ends of the floor. He scored 10 of his team-high 22 points in the fourth quarter while also leading the Pacers with five stocks. Slawson appeared in only 13 regular-season games for Indiana in 2025-26 but averaged 23.9 minutes per contest. He could carve himself out a consistent role in the Pacers' rotation for 2026-27 if he extends his strong Summer League play into training camp and the preseason.

  • Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Stands out despite SL loss

Slawson notched 20 points (6-12 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), nine rebounds, three assists and four blocks in Wednesday's 114-98 Summer League loss to the Timberwolves. Slawson has been one of the standout performers for the Pacers during Summer League action. This was his third straight game reaching the 20-point plateau, and he grabbed at least eight rebounds for a second consecutive contest. In four Las Vegas Summer League outings, Slawson is averaging 20.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 3.0 blocks per game.

  • Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Scores 21 points in SL loss

Slawson finished with 21 points (6-13 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 4-6 FT), eight rebounds, one assist and two blocks across 28 minutes in Monday's 94-93 Summer League loss to Toronto. Slawson scored over 20 points for the second time during Summer League. He also remained aggressive on the defensive end by recording two blocks, bringing his total to eight during his time in Las Vegas. However, Slawson has been inefficient from deep, shooting a combined 4-for-18 from downtown in his three Summer League appearances while committing nine turnovers during that span.

  • Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Swats five shots in SL win

Slawson supplied 15 points (4-15 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 4-6 FT), six rebounds, five assists, five blocks and one steal across 23 minutes in Friday's 99-93 Summer League win over the Cavaliers. Slawson got off to a slow start in this one, shooting 0-for-4 from downtown in the opening quarter. While he finished with inefficient shooting splits, the 26-year-old forward stuffed the stat sheet and was still Indiana's third-leading scorer. Slawson also led all players in blocks and assists while finishing third on the Pacers in rebounds.

  • Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Qualifying offer extended

The Pacers extended a qualifying offer to Slawson on Monday, Tony East of Forbes.com reports. Slawson is now entering the market as a restricted free agent. He made 13 regular-season appearances for Indiana in 2025-26, posting averages of 7.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.1 blocks and 1.5 steals.

  • Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Starting versus Pistons

Slawson will start in Sunday's game against Detroit, Tony East of Forbes.com reports. The Pacers are running with a skeleton crew for the final game of the 2025-26 campaign, so Slawson will return to the starting lineup after coming off the bench in Friday's 105-94 loss to Philadelphia. In five starts this season, the 26-year-old has averaged 10.2 points, 5.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 1.0 blocks and 1.2 steals across 28.2 minutes.

  • Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Retreating to bench

Slawson won't start Friday's game against the 76ers, Tony East of Forbes.com reports. With Kobe Brown (back) returning to action after a one-game absence, Slawson will slide to the second unit. The two-way player has averaged 6.7 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.2 blocks in 21.2 minutes per contest over six appearances off the bench this season.

  • Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Starting sans Brown

Slawson will start Thursday's game against the Nets. With Kobe Brown (back) sidelined, Slawson will return to the first unit. As a starter this season (four games), he has averaged 9.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.3 steals and 1.3 blocks across 28.3 minutes per game.

  • Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Starting against Cleveland

Slawson will start in Sunday's game against Cleveland, Tony East of Forbes.com reports. The Pacers won't have their usual starting group Sunday, so Slawson's services will be needed. The 26-year-old has started three times throughout the campaign, averaging 6.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 1.7 blocks and 1.0 steals across 26.7 minutes in those appearances.

  • Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Unavailable Friday

The Pacers list Slawson (two-way) out for Friday's game against the Hornets. Despite playing 24 minutes in the Pacers' previous game Wednesday against the Bulls, Slawson will take a seat Friday as Indiana aims to preserve his availability moving forward. After Friday's contest, the two-way player will be eligible to play in each of Indiana's remaining five games and could be a worthy pickup for fantasy managers looking for aid in the defensive categories. Since signing with Indiana on Feb. 28, Slawson has appeared in eight games at the NBA level and has averaged 5.8 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.4 steals, 1.4 blocks and 1.0 three-pointers in 21.5 minutes per contest.

  • Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Starting versus Miami

Slawson will start in Sunday's game against the Heat, according to Dustin Dopirak of The Indianapolis Star. Kobe Brown was considered the favorite to start in place of Jarace Walker (back). However, Slawson will be the one to take Walker's spot. In two starts this season, Slawson is averaging 10.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 2.5 blocks and 1.5 steals across 32.0 minutes.

  • Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Receives just four minutes in loss

Slawson registered zero points (0-1 FG), one assist and one steal in four minutes during Friday's 114-113 loss to the Clippers. Slawson had averaged 7.6 points, 4.6 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.6 steals, 1.6 blocks and 1.2 three-pointers in 25.8 minutes per game over his five appearances after signing a two-way deal with the Pacers, but despite being active Friday, he was barely featured in the rotation. The third-year forward will be eligible to play in seven of Indiana's remaining eight games, but unless the Pacers shut down multiple other key players, he could struggle to see enough minutes to make for a reliable fantasy option.

  • Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Another five defensive stats

Slawson totaled eight points (2-7 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound, three assists, two blocks and three steals in 22 minutes during Tuesday's 136-110 loss to the Knicks. Slawson continues to deliver on the defensive end, having now recorded 12 combined steals and blocks in his past three games. While managers could look at him as a viable streaming option, his availability is likely to fluctuate based on who else is available on any given night for the Pacers. At this point, he is too risky to roster permanently but can be added as a streamer when available to play.

  • Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Turns heads with loaded line

Slawson notched 10 points (3-9 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), eight rebounds, five assists, one block and two steals across 32 minutes during Thursday's 123-108 loss to Phoenix. Making just his second appearance at the NBA level this season, Slawson made the most of his playing time and recorded an impressive stat line. If he continues to see decent playing time off the bench, Slawson might be a player worth keeping close tabs on as a streaming alternative in deep formats. However, he won't have upside when the Pacers are at full strength, which they weren't close to Thursday.

  • Jalen Slawson: Waived by Pacers

The Pacers waived Slawson on Saturday. Slawson, who was signed to an Exhibit 10 deal on Oct. 1, is now set up to join the Noblesville Boom in the G League.

  • Magic's Jalen Slawson: Reaches deal with Orlando

Slawson signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Magic on Wednesday. Slawson spent the 2023-24 campaign on a two-way deal with the Kings and appeared in 12 games at the NBA level, averaging just 3.1 minutes per contest. He became an unrestricted free agent this summer after the Kings opted not to extend him a qualifying offer, and he'll now join Orlando for training camp with the hope of securing a spot on the 15-man roster or a two-way spot. If Slawson is cut before the start of the regular season, the Magic would retain his G League rights.

  • Kings' Jalen Slawson: Cracks rotation

Slawson finished Monday's 129-93 loss to the Pelicans with four points (2-3 FG, 0-1 3Pt), three rebounds, two assists and one block over 12 minutes. Slawson played a season-high 12 minutes thanks to numerous injuries. Keon Ellis (ankle) and Sasha Vezenkov (thumb) were ruled out prior to tipoff, while Chris Duarte (hand) and Keegan Murray (back) left the contest early. Kevin Huerter also played through a finger injury that sidelined him for the team's previous contest. If the Kings remain shorthanded moving forward, Slawson could carve out a solid bench role, but his fantasy value is completely dependent on injuries.

  • Kings' Jalen Slawson: Questionable for Friday

Slawson (illness) is questionable for Friday's game against the Warriors. Slawson is on a two-way contract with the Kings and is not expected to be in the rotation most nights. If he remains out, his next chance to play is Oct. 29 against the Lakers.

  • Kings' Jalen Slawson: Won't play against Utah

Slawson is out for Wednesday's season opener against the Jazz due to an illness, Brenden Nunes of KHTK Sactown Sports 1140 reports. Slawson isn't expected to receive much playing time even when available. His next chance to suit up will be Friday's matchup with the Warriors.
