Trail Blazers' Jeremy Sochan: Inks deal with Portland
Sochan agreed to a one-year contract with the Trail Blazers on Saturday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Sochan will join the Trail Blazers on a one-year pact after splitting time between the Spurs and Knicks during the 2025-26 campaign. The Baylor product appeared in 44 regular-season games between the two clubs, averaging 3.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 0.9 assists in 10.7 minutes per contest after averaging double-digit scoring marks in each of his first three NBA seasons. The 23-year-old forward will look to carve out a role off the bench and rediscover his form in Portland.

Trail Blazers' Shaedon Sharpe: More competition coming
Sharpe could face increased competition for offensive opportunities after Portland acquired Ja Morant, according to Robert Ohman of Willamette Week.
Sharpe has been mentioned as a potential trade candidate as the Trail Blazers reshape their roster, though he can provide a scoring punch if he stays in Portland. His long-term upside remains intriguing, but Morant's arrival may cap his usage entering 2026-27.

Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Will play key role
Camara should continue to play a major role following Portland's trade for Ja Morant, according to Robert Ohman of Willamette Week.
The Trail Blazers have been reluctant to include Camara in trade discussions because of his defensive value, and he'll remain an important complementary piece alongside Ja Morant, Damian Lillard and Deni Avdija. Camara's fantasy value should continue to be driven primarily by steals, rebounds and hustle stats in general.

Trail Blazers' Deni Avdija: To remain heavily involved
Avdija's outlook remains bright despite Portland's acquisition of Ja Morant, according to Robert Ohman of Willamette Week.
Morant's arrival could reduce Avdija's on-ball responsibilities after his breakout campaign, but the Trail Blazers continue to view him as a foundational piece. Even if his usage declines slightly, Avdija's ability to contribute across every category should keep him among Portland's top fantasy options.

Trail Blazers' John Tonje: Joins Portland on two-way deal
Tonje agreed to a two-way contract with the Trail Blazers on Friday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
Tonje spent most of his entire rookie season on a two-way deal, first with the Jazz before he was traded to the Celtics in February. Boston terminated his contract shortly after acquiring him, then re-signed Tonje to a 10-day deal before upgrading him to a new two-way deal in March. The 25-year-old guard ended up receiving majority of his playing time in the G League between both organizations. Tonje's outlook is unlikely to change as he moves on to Portland, as he'll likely be in store to see most of his opportunities with the Trail Blazers' affiliate -- the Rip City Remix -- in 2026-27.

Trail Blazers' DJ Steward: Doesn't play Friday
Steward (hamstring) did not play in Friday's 83-79 Summer League loss to the Jazz.
Steward will end up missing the Trail Blazers' final three Summer League games while recovering from a left hamstring strain. The lack of playing time will make it hard for the Baylor product to catch on with an NBA team for training camp in September. Steward spent the past season overseas with Dolomiti Energia Trento in the Italian LBA, and he could return to the club for the 2026-27 campaign.

Trail Blazers' Jalen Bridges: Team-high 16 points off bench
Bridges registered 16 points (6-10 FG, 2-4 3PT, 1-1 FT) and six rebounds over 24 minutes in Friday's 83-79 Summer League loss to Utah.
Only three Trail Blazers players scored in double digits Friday, with Bridges leading the way off the bench while also finishing tied for the second-most rebounds on the team behind Yang Hansen (10). Bridges last saw NBA regular-season action in 2024-25, when he averaged 3.8 minutes per game across eight appearances with the Suns. He spent the entire 2025-26 season in the G League, and he'll likely do so again for the upcoming campaign unless he impresses enough in training camp to earn a spot on an NBA team's 15-man roster.

Trail Blazers' Yang Hansen: Near double-double in Summer League
Hansen recorded nine points (3-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-2 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists and two blocks over 24 minutes during Friday's 83-79 Summer League loss to the Jazz.
Hansen led the Blazers in rebounds and was one point shy from recording his second double-double over his last three Summer League games. The 2025 first-rounder is set to enter training camp battling with Robert Williams, Sidy Cissoko and Micah Potter for the backup center job behind Donovan Clingan for the 2026-27 season.

Trail Blazers' Yang Hansen: Blocks four shots Thursday
Hansen finished with 13 points (6-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt), five rebounds, three assists, one steal and four blocks across 26 minutes in Thursday's 108-101 Summer League victory over the Nuggets.
Hansen didn't have his most productive offensive showing Thursday, but he certainly got after it on the defensive end by finishing the evening with four blocks. The 21-year-old appeared in 43 regular-season games for the Trail Blazers in 2025-26, averaging 2.2 points and 1.5 rebounds over 7.0 minutes. Although Hansen's development is still a work in progress, it's reasonable to assume he will continue to improve throughout the 2026-27 campaign, especially if he gets more playing time.

Trail Blazers' Flynn Cameron: Ends with 16 points Thursday
Cameron finished with 16 points (6-8 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-3 FT), five rebounds and four assists across 19 minutes in Thursday's 108-101 Summer League win over Denver.
Cameron appeared in his third Las Vegas Summer League game Thursday. He had a productive evening, tying Frankie Fidler and Quincy Olivari with a team-high 16 points. The 26-year-old Cameron has played internationally but is looking to secure a spot on an NBA roster. While Cameron's performance against the Nuggets was a step in the right direction, he still has more work to do before that happens.

Trail Blazers' Chris Youngblood: Drops 20 points in SL win
Youngblood finished Monday's 111-84 Summer League win over the Timberwolves with 20 points (5-11 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds and three assists across 19 minutes.
After shooting just 1-for-8 from deep in Sunday's overtime loss to Orlando, Youngblood was efficient from three-point range Monday en route to a team-high 20 points. He's scored at least 14 points in back-to-back contests after posting just eight points on 3-of-13 shooting in Friday's loss to the Suns. The 24-year-old guard is signed to a two-way contract and figures to spend most of his time with the G League's Rip City Remix in 2026-27.

Trail Blazers' Yang Hansen: Double-doubles in SL win
Hansen racked up 18 points (7-8 FG, 2-2 FT), 10 rebounds and five assists across 21 minutes in Monday's 111-84 Summer League win over the Timberwolves.
Hansen missed the front end of this back-to-back set with an illness but returned to action Monday. The big man turned in an extremely efficient performance and finished as Portland's second-leading scorer. He also grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds while leading the Trail Blazers in assists. Hansen has supplied at least nine boards and four dimes in both of his Las Vegas Summer League appearances.

Trail Blazers' Yang Hansen: Available to play Monday
Hansen (illness) is available for Monday's Summer League game against Minnesota.
Hansen will return Monday, marking his second appearance of the Las Vegas Summer League. The 21-year-old last played in Friday's 81-79 loss to Phoenix, finishing with 12 points, nine rebounds and four assists across 26 minutes.

Trail Blazers' Chris Youngblood: Nets 14 points in loss
Youngblood totaled 14 points (5-14 FG, 1-8 3Pt, 2-3 FT), two rebounds, one assist and one steal across 29 minutes during Sunday's 112-105 Las Vegas Summer League overtime loss to the Magic.
Youngblood had a tough time getting his shot to drop, but that was true for most of his teammates, with Portland converting just 36.9 percent of its field goal attempts in the seven-point loss. Youngblood is on a two-way deal with the Trail Blazers, so he's expected to spend most of the 2026-27 season in the G League.

Trail Blazers' Jayson Kent: Nets 20 points with eight boards
Kent recorded 20 points (4-9 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), eight rebounds, one assist and one steal over 32 minutes during Sunday's 112-105 Las Vegas Summer League overtime loss to the Magic.
Kent led the Trail Blazers' Summer League squad in scoring, but with much of the supporting cast struggling to find the bottom of the net, he wasn't able to lead Portland to a victory. They'll look to bounce back Monday against Minnesota.
