Alex Sarr C | WAS
Wizards' Alex Sarr: Listed as questionable
Sarr (knee) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against Atlanta.
Sarr is dealing with left knee soreness that could force him to miss another contest after sitting out Monday's win over Orlando. If the big man remains sidelined, Deandre Ayton could continue to handle an increased workload in Washington's frontcourt. Sarr's availability should become clearer closer to Wednesday's tipoff.

Isaiah Joe SG | DET
Pistons' Isaiah Joe: Another absence coming
Joe (hip) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against Philadelphia.
Joe will miss Wednesday's contest due to a right hip contusion, resulting in his fifth straight absence. This will continue to open up additional minutes on the perimeter for Detroit's reserves. Joe's next opportunity to play will come Sunday against the Lakers.

Payton Pritchard PG | BOS
Celtics' Payton Pritchard: Iffy for Wednesday
Pritchard is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against Milwaukee due to a right shoulder contusion, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.
Pritchard's status is uncertain after he struggled in Monday's loss to Houston, finishing with four points on 0-for-7 shooting across 30 minutes. With Jayson Tatum (rest) also questionable and Devin Carter (illness) ruled out, Boston could be shorthanded Wednesday. Pritchard's availability should become clearer closer to tip-off.
-
Paul George SF | BOS
Celtics' Paul George: Absent from injury report
George (rest) is off the injury report for Wednesday's game against the Bucks, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.
The star forward is good to go after sitting out Monday's loss in Houston. George is off to a fast start with his new team, having delivered at least 15 points in six straight games and seven dimes in three consecutive contests.
-
Jayson Tatum PF | BOS
Celtics' Jayson Tatum: May be rested
Tatum (rest) is questionable for Wednesday against the Bucks, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.
Tatum's questionable designation suggests Boston could give its star forward a night off for maintenance purposes. His status will be worth monitoring ahead of Wednesday's tip-off, as his potential absence would open up additional scoring opportunities for the Celtics' remaining starters.
-
Nicolas Claxton C | CHI
Bulls' Nic Claxton: Upgraded to questionable
Claxton (hamstring) is questionable for Wednesday against the Knicks.
Claxton has now drawn his first questionable tag of the young season as he closes in on his debut. If he does get the green light, he may face restrictions early on. Jalen Smith (finger) and Zach Collins could lose some steam upon Claxton's return.
-
Jalen Smith C | CHI
Bulls' Jalen Smith: Probable for Wednesday
Smith is probable for Wednesday's game against the Knicks with a left finger sprain.
Smith is expected to play through the injury Wednesday, but his time as Chicago's starting center could be coming to an end. Nic Claxton (hamstring) is questionable to make his season debut, and his return would send Smith into a bench role.

Ausar Thompson SF | DET
Pistons' Ausar Thompson: Season-high 14 points in rout
Thompson closed with 14 points (5-7 FG, 4-5 FT), six rebounds, four assists and one block across 26 minutes during Monday's 124-91 win over the Hornets.
Thompson provided a season-high 14 points Monday. His usage hasn't been particularly high, attempting fewer than 10 field goals in every game, but he's registered at least six boards and four assists in five of his first six appearances to begin the season, and he remains a key presence defensively for Detroit.
-
Moussa Diabate C | CHA
Hornets' Moussa Diabate: Full stat line in loss
Diabate closed with seven points (3-6 FG, 1-1 FT), nine rebounds, two assists, one block and three steals in 24 minutes during Monday's 124-91 loss to the Pistons.
With a strong start to the year, Diabate seems to have pulled way ahead of Ryan Kalkbrenner for Charlotte's starting job at center. Diabate has come down with at least eight boards in seven of his first eight games, posting at least one steal or block each time out so far.
-
Sion James SF | CHA
Hornets' Sion James: Scores season-high 11 points
James logged 11 points (4-6 FG, 3-4 3Pt), four rebounds and three assists across 21 minutes during Monday's 124-91 loss to Detroit.
Although James continues to work with the first unit, he's essentially serving as a nominal starter for the Hornets while they wait for Kon Knueppel's (hamstring) season debut. The 11 points were a season-high figure for the second-year forward, who had previously been unable to score more than six points in any of his first seven appearances prior to Monday.
