Raptors' Trayce Jackson-Davis: Fails to make impact with Toronto
Jackson-Davis did not see the floor during Sunday's 114-102 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Jackson-Davis' third NBA season was mostly a letdown throughout 2025-26. The big man got lost in the shuffle with Golden State before being traded to Toronto, where he averaged only 1.8 points, 1.9 rebounds and 0.4 assists in 5.0 minutes per tilt over 17 regular-season contests. With Sandro Mamukelashvili a potential departure this offseason, the Raptors could exercise Jackson-Davis' team option for 2026-27 to fortify their center depth.

Raptors' Gradey Dick: Ends disappointing third season
Dick did not see the floor during Sunday's 114-102 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
With Brandon Ingram (heel) joining the Raptors, Dick took a huge step back in 2025-26. Across 76 regular-season appearances, the third-year sharpshooter averaged a career-low 6.0 points, 1.9 rebounds and 0.7 assists in 14.0 minutes per game. Dick is set to return to Toronto in 2026-27, but it's concerning that he wasn't able to move into a more prominent role despite Ingram's absence in Game 7.

Raptors' Sandro Mamukelashvili: Diminished role in Game 7
Mamukelashvili closed Sunday's 114-102 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs with six points (3-6 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 0-1 FT) in nine minutes.
While his minutes began to dip during the playoffs, Mamukelashvili was a pretty big part of Toronto's rotation earlier this year. Over 80 regular-season appearances (13 starts), the fifth-year big man averaged 11.2 points, 4.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 21.9 minutes per game. Mamukelashvili has a player option for 2026-27, and it remains to be seen if he'll settle for that or opt to explore free agency.

Raptors' Jamison Battle: Limited role in 2025-26
Battle racked up three points (1-3 FG, 1-2 3Pt), two rebounds and one assist across 14 minutes during Sunday's 114-102 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
The second-year forward served mostly as frontcourt depth in 2025-26, so his fantasy impact was relatively limited. Battle averaged 4.2 points, 1.8 rebounds and 0.5 steals in 8.5 minutes per contest over 24 games during the regular season, shooting 51.0 percent from the field. If Sandro Mamukelashvili leaves this offseason, Battle could take on a larger role in 2026-27.

Raptors' A.J. Lawson: Decent run in Game 7 loss
Lawson accumulated two points (1-4 FG, 0-2 3Pt), two rebounds and one block in 16 minutes during Sunday's 114-102 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
After opening the campaign under a two-way deal, Lawson signed a standard contract with the Raptors in April. The Canadian-born guard averaged just 4.2 points, 1.8 rebounds and 0.5 steals in 9.4 minutes per contest through 24 regular-season games for Toronto, so it remains to be seen if he'll earn another standard pact or perhaps settle for another two-way opportunity this offseason.

Raptors' Collin Murray-Boyles: Fills box score in Game 7
Murray-Boyles logged eight points (3-5 FG, 2-3 FT), four rebounds, three assists, one block and two steals in 24 minutes during Sunday's 114-102 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Murray-Boyles was a key contributor for Toronto during this seven-game series, chipping in double-digit points in five contests. The rookie first-rounder carved out a significant role right away for the Raptors, averaging 8.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 0.9 steals and 0.9 blocks in 21.9 minutes per tilt through 57 regular-season games. Provided Sandro Mamukelashvili picks up his player option for 2026-27, Murray-Boyles could be in for a similar role next year unless Toronto finds a way to get off of Jakob Poeltl's gaudy contract.

Raptors' RJ Barrett: Strong finish to campaign
Barrett amassed 23 points (9-25 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 4-5 FT), four rebounds, six assists and three steals in 43 minutes during Sunday's 114-102 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Barrett played a huge role during Toronto's seven-game playoff run, scoring at least 18 points in each contest. The star forward put together another productive campaign in 2025-26, averaging 19.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.7 three-pointers in 30.3 minutes per contest over 57 regular-season games. With most of the Raptors' core players under contract for 2026-27, Barrett is likely to handle a similar role next year.

Raptors' Jamal Shead: Scores 14 points in Game 7 loss
Shead logged 14 points (5-16 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 2-3 FT), three rebounds and seven assists across 36 minutes during Sunday's 114-102 loss to Cleveland in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Shead scored at least 14 points for the second time in the past three games, albeit in a losing effort. With Immanuel Quickley (hamstring) missing 16 of the final 19 games across the playoffs and regular season, Shead was handed a starting role, at least periodically. In 13 appearances over the final month, including the postseason, he averaged 7.9 points, 5.1 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.5 three-pointers. Moving forward, it appears as though Shead will likely serve as a backup, providing deeper-league value for anyone needing assists.

Raptors' Jakob Poeltl: Disappointing end to season
Poeltl registered nine points (4-5 FG, 1-4 FT), seven rebounds and two steals over 22 minutes during Sunday's 114-102 loss to the Cavaliers in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Poeltl ended his season with another underwhelming performance, summing up what was basically a lost season for the veteran. An ongoing back injury was a major issue for the big man, limiting him both in terms of games and minutes played. In 53 appearances across the regular season and postseason, Poeltl averaged just 10.2 points, 6.9 rebounds and 0.7 blocks. He will likely come at a significant discount next season given the injury risk.

Raptors' Ja'Kobe Walter: Strong end to season
Walter chipped in 13 points (4-9 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-3 FT), two rebounds, two assists, one block and three steals across 38 minutes during Sunday's 114-102 loss to Cleveland in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Walter started for the fifth straight game, ending the season with another strong performance. After serving as a bench piece for the majority of the regular season, injuries allowed Walter to step into a sizable role down the stretch. In his final three games, Walter averaged 19.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, 3.3 steals and 4.3 three-pointers in 38.5 minutes per game. While it does appear as though his playing time will be dependent on who returns to Toronto, Walter could be a name to watch next season.

Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Paces Toronto in season-ending loss
Barnes posted 24 points (8-14 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 7-7 FT), nine rebounds, six assists and one block across 37 minutes in Sunday's 114-102 Game 7 loss to the Cavaliers in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Barnes turned in an efficient performance en route to a game-high 24 points, albeit in a season-ending loss. He also led the team in rebounds and knocked down a triple after shooting 0-for-7 from beyond the arc over the previous three games. The star forward appeared in a career-high 80 regular-season games in the 2025-26 campaign, averaging 18.1 points, 7.5 rebounds, 5.9 assists and 2.9 combined steals-plus-blocks in 33.5 minutes per contest.

Raptors' Brandon Ingram: Officially ruled out for Game 7
Ingram (heel) is listed as out for Sunday's Game 7 of the Eastern Conference first-round series against Cleveland, Esfandiar Baraheni of The Athletic reports.
Ingram was recently spotted in a walking boot, so his lack of availability for Sunday's elimination game isn't surprising. His return timeline remains murky, meaning he isn't a lock to return for the Eastern Conference Semifinals, assuming Toronto manages to advance. While Ingram is off the floor, Scottie Barnes and RJ Barrett are anticipated to continue doing most of the heavy lifting offensively, with Jamal Shead in line to remain in the starting lineup.

Raptors' Brandon Ingram: Unlikely to play Game 7
Ingram (heel) has been downgraded from questionable to doubtful for Sunday's Game 7 of the first-round Eastern Conference playoff series against Cleveland, Josh Lewenberg of TSN.ca reports.
It looks like Ingram will miss the final two games of the series due to a right heel injury that cropped up in Game 5. Jamal Shead should stay in Toronto's starting lineup for Game 7, and the Raptors will need more scoring from other role players like Ja'Kobe Walter, Jamison Battle and A.J. Lawson in Ingram's absence.
