Thunder's Aday Mara: Another quality SL showing Tuesday

Mara finished with 14 points (6-6 FG, 1-5 FT), seven rebounds and six assists across 25 minutes in Tuesday's 106-103 Summer League loss to Denver.

Mara had 14 points Tuesday, his highest scoring effort of the Las Vegas Summer League. The 21-year-old is coming off a productive 2025-26 campaign at Michigan, when he averaged 12.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 2.6 blocks and 0.4 steals over 23.4 minutes in 40 appearances, including six NCAA Tournament games. Mara isn't expected to see consistent action during his inaugural season, but he may be used situationally when necessary.

  • Yang Hansen C | POR

Trail Blazers' Yang Hansen: Double-doubles in SL win

Hansen racked up 18 points (7-8 FG, 2-2 FT), 10 rebounds and five assists across 21 minutes in Monday's 111-84 Summer League win over the Timberwolves.

Hansen missed the front end of this back-to-back set with an illness but returned to action Monday. The big man turned in an extremely efficient performance and finished as Portland's second-leading scorer. He also grabbed a game-high 10 rebounds while leading the Trail Blazers in assists. Hansen has supplied at least nine boards and four dimes in both of his Las Vegas Summer League appearances.

  • Timberwolves' Rocco Zikarsky: Scores 18 points in SL loss

Zikarsky recorded 18 points (8-13 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 0-2 FT) and six rebounds in 24 minutes during Monday's 111-84 Summer League loss to the Trail Blazers.

After scoring just six points on 3-for-11 shooting in Saturday's loss to Denver, Zikarsky delivered an efficient performance Monday and finished as Minnesota's second-leading scorer, knocking down two triples. The 7-foot-3 center also finished second on the Timberwolves in rebounds. The two-way player appeared in only five regular-season games with the parent club last season, though he could see increased run in the NBA this season with Naz Reid no longer on the team.

  • Suns' Khaman Maluach: Another productive showing Monday

Maluach finished with 21 points (5-10 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 6-6 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists, one steal and four blocks across 27 minutes in Monday's 95-88 Summer League win over the Bucks.

Maluach had another dominant performance Monday, recording his third double-double in as many games. The 2025 No. 10 overall pick out of Duke appeared in 46 regular-season games for the Suns during the 2025-26 campaign, averaging 3.0 points, 2.9 rebounds, 0.1 assists, 0.7 blocks and 0.1 steals over 8.9 minutes. Maluach is still young, so he has more work to do to develop his game. However, with Mark Williams having trouble staying healthy over the years, it wouldn't be surprising to see Maluach make some starts in 2026-27. Even if he doesn't, it's still reasonable to believe he will be more productive than he was during his inaugural season.

  • Timberwolves' Trey Kaufman-Renn: Available to play

Kaufman-Renn (mouth) is available for Monday's Las Vegas Summer League game against the Trail Blazers.

Kaufman-Renn exited Saturday's Summer League loss to the Nuggets after taking a shot to the mouth, but he's back for Monday's game. Kaufman-Renn is hoping to earn a training camp invite to Minnesota with some strong play at Summer League.

  • Timberwolves' Joan Beringer: Remains out Monday

Beringer (back) won't play in Monday's Summer League game against the Trail Blazers.

Beringer will miss a second consecutive contest due to back tightness. The 19-year-old center's next chance to play will come Wednesday against the Pacers.

Trail Blazers' Yang Hansen: Available to play Monday

Hansen (illness) is available for Monday's Summer League game against Minnesota.

Hansen will return Monday, marking his second appearance of the Las Vegas Summer League. The 21-year-old last played in Friday's 81-79 loss to Phoenix, finishing with 12 points, nine rebounds and four assists across 26 minutes.

  • Hawks' Henri Veesaar: Scores 20 points with full line

Veesaar recorded 20 points (7-12 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block over 23 minutes during Monday's 102-90 Las Vegas Summer League win over the Celtics.

Veesaar has been swatting shots and scoring efficiently at Summer League, showcasing his potential on both ends of the floor. The Hawks have opened 3-0 in Las Vegas and will look to remain unbeaten Thursday against Memphis.

  • Zuby Ejiofor C | ATL

Hawks' Zuby Ejiofor: Won't play Monday

Ejiofor (rest) is out for Monday's Summer League game against Boston, Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports.

The Hawks are giving several key players the day off Monday. Ejiofor's next chance to play comes Thursday against Memphis.

  • Celtics' Amari Williams: Sitting out Monday

Williams (undisclosed) is out for Monday's Summer League game against Atlanta, according to Jack Simone of BostonSportsJournal.com.

This could be a planned maintenance day for Williams. He's appeared in two Summer League games thus far with averages of 12.0 points, 9.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists.
