Gilgeous-Alexander ended Sunday's 108-101 victory over the Clippers with 34 points (13-26 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 7-8 FT), six rebounds, five assists, one block and two steals in 36 minutes. Gilgeous-Alexander bounced back from a rare sub-20-point performance Thursday, scoring 16 points in the third quarter to help Oklahoma City overcome a deficit. With Jalen Williams suffering a potentially serious left leg injury late in Sunday's contest, Gilgeous-Alexander could be asked to shoulder an even larger offensive workload moving forward.

Gilgeous-Alexander closed Thursday's 96-84 win over Denver with 17 points (6-19 FG, 3-11 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, three assists and one block across 35 minutes. Gilgeous-Alexander failed to score at least 20 points for the first time in the past 142 games, bringing to an end what is a record that may never be broken. Credit should go to the Denver defense, forcing Gilgeous-Alexander into a lot of tough shots, ultimately ending with him going 6-of-19 from the floor. Despite the struggles, Oklahoma City managed to pull out the victory, leaving it atop the Western Conference standings. As for Gilgeous-Alexander, it wouldn't be surprising to see him come and score 40 in what promises to be a favorable matchup against the Clippers on Sunday.

Gilgeous-Alexander finished with 32 points (13-27 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 3-4 FT), six rebounds, four assists, three steals and three blocks across 36 minutes in Tuesday's 116-104 win over the Spurs. Gilgeous-Alexander led all scorers Tuesday, and he was just as potent on the defensive side of the ball to help the Thunder take down the Spurs to begin the 2026-27 campaign. The 28-year-old averaged 31.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, 6.6 assists and 1.4 steals over 33.2 minutes per contest in 68 regular-season appearances in 2025-26. He also shot 38.6 percent from deep, the second-highest mark of his career. Gilgeous-Alexander is coming off his second consecutive MVP season, but he could earn a third if he continues to play this well moving forward.

Gilgeous-Alexander recorded 17 points (5-12 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 5-5 FT), a rebound, three assists and a block across 26 minutes in Thursday's 116-89 preseason loss to the Rockets. Gilgeous-Alexander delivered an inefficient scoring performance by his standards, but he still finished second on the team in points. The star guard also failed to make a sizable impact as a playmaker with just three assists, but with the regular season around the corner, fantasy managers would be wise not to read too much into this performance. Gilgeous-Alexander remains an elite fantasy option heading into the regular season, even if his preseason numbers were a bit up-and-down.

Gilgeous-Alexander amassed 15 points (5-6 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 4-5 FT), six assists, one block and one steal across 23 minutes in Tuesday's 114-112 preseason win over the Pacers in overtime. Gilgeous-Alexander looked sharp in Tuesday's exhibition. It remains to be seen if he'll get one final tune-up Thursday in Houston. The perennial MVP candidate should be one of the first picks off fantasy boards this fall.
