Liberatore came away with a no-decision Saturday, allowing one run on six hits over seven innings in a 6-5 win over the Diamondbacks. He struck out four without walking a batter.

The 25-year-old southpaw served up a solo shot to Randal Grichuk in the fifth inning but was otherwise very efficient as he fired 61 of his 88 pitches for strikes. The quality start was Liberatore's seventh in 10 outings this season, and he's given up two runs or fewer in eight straight trips to the mound, posting a 1.91 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and 40:8 K:BB through 47 innings over that span. Liberatore will look to keep rolling in his next start, which is scheduled to come on the road next weekend against the Rangers.

Priester did not factor into the decision Saturday, allowing one run on six hits and one walk over six innings in a 2-1 loss against the Pirates. He struck out seven.

Priester gave up a run on two hits in the first inning but settled in and worked around traffic to throw five scoreless frames afterward. A blister on his right middle finger factored into the decision to lift him after just 84 pitches, manager Pat Murphy said postgame. Since getting roughed up for seven runs May 2 against the Cubs, the 24-year-old has posted a 2.53 ERA across 21.1 innings over his last four outings. The right-hander has been used as both a starter and a long reliever this season, pitching to a 4.23 ERA and 1.43 WHIP through nine appearances and seven starts.

Kelly came away with a no-decision in Saturday's 6-5 loss to the Cardinals, giving up four runs on six hits and a walk over six-plus innings. He struck out six.

The veteran righty was locked in a pitchers' duel with Matthew Liberatore through six frames, but Kelly put the first three batters of the seventh on base with two hits and a walk, and all three came around to score after he'd left the mound. The Diamondbacks struck back for four runs in the top of the eighth to take him off the hook for the loss, however. Kelly was sharp prior to the late fade, racking up 31 called or swinging strikes among his 100 pitches (66 total strikes), and he'll take a 3.52 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 58:16 K:BB through 64 innings into his next start, which lines up to come at home next weekend against the Nationals.

Matthews didn't factor into the decision in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Royals, giving up two runs on five hits and a walk over four innings. He struck out nine.

The young righty got the hook after 81 pitches (57 strikes) having established a career high for strikeouts in his 11th big-league start. However, Matthews once again failed to go deep into a game after lasting just three innings in his season debut May 18. His ability to miss bats isn't in question, but he'll need to become more efficient if he wants to stick around in the Minnesota rotation. Matthews will take a 7.71 ERA and 14:4 K:BB through his first seven innings into his next outing, which is scheduled to come on the road next weekend in Seattle.

Wacha came away with a no-decision in Saturday's 5-4 loss to the Twins, giving up four runs on seven hits and a walk over five-plus innings. He struck out one.

The veteran right-hander served up solo shots to Harrison Bader in the fifth inning and Kody Clemens to lead off the sixth, the first time this season that Wacha has been taken deep multiple times in the same game. The four earned runs also tied his season high, while the single K was a season low. Wacha will take a 3.21 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 44:17 K:BB through 61.2 innings into his next start, which lines up to come at home next weekend against the Tigers.

The Dodgers recalled Miller from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Saturday, Jorge Castillo of ESPN.com reports.

The Dodgers are short on fresh arms after playing 13 innings against the Mets on Friday, so they'll call upon Miller to help solve that problem. The right-hander has given up six runs in three innings with Los Angeles this season and has turned in a 5.87 ERA since being sent down to Oklahoma City in mid-April, so he'll likely be reserved for low-leverage situations. Matt Sauer was optioned to Triple-A to make room on the active roster.

Rogers will start for the Orioles in Game 2 of Saturday's doubleheader against the Red Sox, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Rogers was recalled from Triple-A Norfolk and was expected to start in Friday's doubleheader, but that game ended up being moved to Saturday due to inclement weather. The 27-year-old southpaw will take the mound for Saturday's nightcap following the Orioles' 6-5 loss to the Red Sox in Game 1. Rogers is 0-2 across two Triple-A starts this season with an 8.10 ERA, 1.68 WHIP and 15:6 K:BB across 13.1 innings.

King was scratched from his scheduled start Saturday against Atlanta due to right shoulder stiffness.

The team hasn't yet specified the severity of King's injury, so it's currently unknown how long it will be before the 29-year-old takes the mound again. The Padres will now turn to their bullpen to get them through Saturday's contest, with Sean Reynolds getting the ball for the first inning.

The Tigers reinstated Mize (hamstring) from the 15-day injured list ahead of his start against the Guardians on Saturday.

Mize landed on the 15-day injured list due to a hamstring strain a couple weeks ago, but the 28-year-old right-hander has been cleared to make his return. Mize went 6-1 across seven starts with a 2.53 ERA, 1.01 WHIP and 35:9 K:BB over 42.2 innings prior to landing on the IL. To make room on the 26-man roster for Mize, the Tigers optioned Akil Baddoo to Triple-A Toledo following Friday's game.

Gilbert (elbow) completed a simulated game ahead of Friday's game against the Astros, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Gilbert, who is recovering from a right elbow flexor strain, threw approximately 35 pitches in addition to 20 warmup pitches. The right-hander's next steps could be another simulated session before then starting a minor-league rehab assignment to further build up, which could include multiple starts. Although it sounds like Gilbert is unlikely to rejoin Seattle's rotation prior to the end of May, he still has a chance to return at some point in early June if all continues to go well in his throwing progression.
