Loaisiga is set to be activated off the injured list Tuesday, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.

The reason for Loaisiga's stint on the IL has not been revealed, but it appears to be resolved as the right-hander is expected to return to the active roster Tuesday. Loaisiga last pitched Sept. 1, so he may have some rust upon returning to the mound. The 25-year-old has compiled a 3.18 ERA, 1.06 WHIP and 20:4 K:BB over 17 innings this season.

Rogers (1-4) gave up two runs on two hits and a pair of walks in one-third of an inning to take the loss Monday versus the White Sox.

Rogers allowed four of the five batters he faced to reach base, and the two runs he gave up were enough to stick him with the loss. The 29-year-old saw his ERA balloon to 4.86 with a 1.56 WHIP in 16.2 innings this year. He is 9-for-11 in save chances across 18 appearances.

Colome (2-0) allowed a hit and a walk over 1.1 scoreless innings to earn the win Monday versus the Twins. He struck out one.

Colome almost gave up a home run to Byron Buxton in the ninth inning, but it was ruled a ground rule double instead. The 31-year-old Colome lowered his ERA to 0.95 with a 1.05 WHIP and 15 strikeouts in 19 innings this season. The closer has also registered 11 saves in 12 tries.

Lopez (2-0) allowed one run on five hits and two walks over seven innings Monday, striking out three batters and earning the win over Atlanta.

Lopez dominated Atlanta's lineup all night with the lone blemish coming via a solo shot by Freddie Freeman in the sixth frame. It didn't hurt that his offense tallied 14 runs of support for him. The 27-year-old righty moved to 2-0 and lowered his season ERA to 5.23. Lopez will take on the Rays at home Saturday.

Yacabonis will start the second game of Monday's doubleheader against the Athletics, Greg Johns of MLB.com reports.

The Mariners will give Yacabonis the starting nod in what will be a bullpen game. He's pitched in just one contest this season, tossing a scoreless frame Wednesday against the Giants.

Smeltzer was optioned to Minnesota's alternate training site on Monday, Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic reports.

Smeltzer has struggled in seven appearances this season, accruing a 6.75 ERA and 1.50 WHIP with a 15:5 K:BB over 16 frames. Travis Blankenhorn was called up in a corresponding move.

The Indians outrighted Leone to their alternate training site Sunday.

Leone will remain in the organization after he went unclaimed off waivers when the Indians designated him for assignment last week. Before being cast off the 40-man roster, Leone made 12 appearances this season for the big club, posting an 8.38 ERA and 1.97 WHIP over 9.2 innings.

Ramirez was credited with his first hold in Sunday's win over the Diamondbacks, firing a scoreless eighth inning during which he allowed no hits and one walk while also recording a strikeout.

Ramirez got through his one frame on 15 pitches, serving as an important component of an impressive multi-reliever effort for the Mariners on a day when significant control issues limited starter Justin Dunn to two innings. Ramirez has been on a roll for over a month after a rocky outing against the Rockies on Aug. 7, as he's now generated scoreless appearances in six of his last seven trips to the mound.

Puk (shoulder) was shifted to the 45-day injured list Monday, Matt Kawahara of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

The move is purely a procedural one, as Puk has already been ruled out for the year for shoulder surgery, a procedure he's expected to undergo sometime this week. It remains to be seen whether or not recovery from the surgery will cost him a portion of the 2021 season as well. The transaction clears space for Oakland to add Jake Lamb to the roster.

Swanson (forearm) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list Monday.

Swanson will wind up missing just shy of a month with a strained right forearm. He hadn't pitched well in six appearances prior to the injury, allowing nine runs in 5.1 innings of work, though that did at least come with a 7:1 K:BB. Aaron Fletcher was optioned in a corresponding move.
