Harper went 2-for-3 with a two-run homer in Tuesday's victory over the Giants.
The 30-year-old fantasy stalwart deposited a first-inning offering from Kyle Harrison into the right-field seats for a two-run shot. Brandon Belt DH | TOR
Blue Jays' Brandon Belt: Launches clutch homer
Belt went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer in Tuesday's 6-3 victory over the Orioles.
Belt led off the 10th inning with a two-run shot off Mike Baumann, putting the Blue Jays ahead 5-3 in an eventual three-run win. The homer was Belt's third in his last two games. Since the start of August, he's batting .321 (18-for-56) with six home runs and a 1.155 OPS across 16 games. Overall, Belt's slash line is up to a .255/.372/.473 slash line with 14 homers, 45 runs scored and 36 RBI in 352 plate appearances this season.

Mike Ford DH | MIN
Mariners' Mike Ford: On base thrice as late addition
Ford went 2-for-2 with an RBI single, a walk and a run in a win over the White Sox on Tuesday.
Ford was a late fill-in for Julio Rodriguez (illness) and made good use of the spot start, producing his first multi-hit effort since July 18. The multiple trips on the basepaths also pushed Ford's OBP back over the .300 mark (.307) for the season, and he appears to be slowly trending back up following a prolonged slump. He's hitting a respectable .263 and striking out a modest 16.7 percent of the time over his last six games.

Marcell Ozuna DH | PIT
Braves' Marcell Ozuna: Power surge continues
Ozuna went 3-for-3 with a walk, a double, a solo home run and a second run scored in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Mets.
His fifth-inning shot off Tylor Megill gave Atlanta a 3-0 lead and proved to be the difference in the game. Ozuna has gotten hot again, going yard three times in the last two games and slashing .342/.419/.632 in August with five homers and 14 RBI in 21 contests. Despite his ice-cold first month of the season, the 32-year-old slugger has an .836 OPS in 2023 -- his best performance over a full season since he erupted for a career-best .924 OPS in his final year with Miami in 2017.

Justin Turner DH | CHC
Red Sox's Justin Turner: Returns to lineup
Turner served as the designated hitter and went 2-for-5 with two RBI in Tuesday's 7-3 loss to the Astros.
Turner was back in the lineup after receiving Monday off. He's been nursing a bruised heel and had been asked to play the field, something manager Alex Cora is trying to avoid, for consecutive games over the weekend.
-
Jorge Soler DH | LAA
Marlins' Jorge Soler: Homers in Tuesday's win
Soler went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Padres.
Soler went yard to open the scoring in the third inning. He's homered seven times over his last 13 games, but he's gone just 11-for-46 in that span as he continues to produce more power than consistency from the leadoff spot. The outfielder is at a .240/.330/.508 slash line with 33 homers, 68 RBI, 68 runs scored and one stolen base through 120 contests overall.

Mike Ford DH | MIN
Mariners' Mike Ford: Enters lineup
Ford will bat eighth and serve as the designated hitter Tuesday against the White Sox.
Ford was a late addition to the lineup after Julio Rodriguez (illness) was scratched. He has only three hits across 28 at-bats since the start of August while striking out at a 27.3 percent clip.

Dodgers' J.D. Martinez: Out at least 2-to-3 weeks
Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Tuesday that Martinez (groin) will be out for at least 2-to-3 weeks, David Vassegh of AM 570 LA Sports reports.
Martinez landed on the 10-day injured list Tuesday afternoon due to lingering left groin tightness and is going to be completely shut down from baseball activities for the next week. A build-up period will follow, and it could very well extend into mid-September. Michael Busch is serving as the Dodgers' designated hitter and batting eighth Tuesday night at Cleveland.

Astros' Yordan Alvarez: Scratched with finger injury
Alvarez was scratched from Tuesday's lineup against the Red Sox with a left index finger injury, Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports.
He injured his finger in a door at his home Tuesday. Manager Dusty Baker said he hopes to have Alvarez back in the lineup Wednesday. Yainer Diaz was added to the starting nine in his place.

Winker (back) shifted his rehab assignment Tuesday to Triple-A Nashville, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
