Devers went 1-for-5 with an RBI in Wednesday's 5-1 extra-innings win over the Diamondbacks.

Devers singled in the 11th inning, driving in the Giants' final run. The 28-year-old has reached base safely in back-to-back outings after having been held hitless in his previous three. Over 15 games this month, he's slashing .190/.299/.362 with 12 runs scored, 10 RBI, three home runs and a 28.4 percent strikeout rate across 67 plate appearances.

Santander (shoulder) is likely to remain on his rehab assignment with Triple-A Buffalo through the weekend, Arden Zwelling of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Santander has played six rehab games with Buffalo so far and saw his first action in the outfield Wednesday, though he didn't have a single ball hit to him over seven innings in left field. The 30-year-old will be Buffalo's designated hitter Thursday. Santander -- who is 4-for-22 with one homer so far on his rehab assignment -- has been sidelined since late May with a subluxation of his left shoulder. He'll aim to rejoin the Blue Jays' active roster for the final week of the regular season.

Diaz went 2-for-2 with an RBI and two walks Wednesday against the Blue Jays.

Diaz continued his excellent September by tallying his third consecutive multi-hit game. Across 15 games in the month, Diaz has hit .429 with a .515 on-base percentage while tallying two homers, seven RBI and 11 runs scored. He's also had an excellent season overall, posting career-high marks in home runs (24) and RBI (81).

Yoshida went 2-for-4 with two RBI in Wednesday's 5-4 extra-inning win over the Athletics.

Yoshida, who entered the game with a .618 OPS through 44 games, batted cleanup and delivered a run-scoring single in the first inning. He later hustled out an infield single with the bases loaded to plate a run in the fifth. His season numbers are underwhelming, but Yoshida is making a modest impact in September. He's gone 10-for-32 (.313) with two doubles and six RBI over 10 games this month.

Ballesteros went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 8-4 win over the Pirates.

Ballesteros has settled in as Chicago's primary designated hitter recently, having started the last six games, and he's responding well at the plate. The 21-year-old rookie has gone 8-for-21 across those six contests with a triple, two home runs, three RBI and five runs scored. With Kyle Tucker (calf) on the injured list, the Cubs have used more of Willi Castro and Seiya Suzuki in right field, which has opened the door at DH for Ballesteros. He should maintain elevated fantasy value this season for however long Tucker remains out, and the youngster's long-term outlook remains promising.

McCutchen went 1-for-4 with a walk, an RBI and a run scored Wednesday against the Cubs.

McCutchen was involved in a pair of Pirates rallies, scoring on a Joey Bart home run after singling in the first frame and then walking in a run one inning later. He's had mixed results in September, hitting only .175 across 40 at-bats, though he's also delivered six RBI and six runs scored across 11 games.

Valera served as the designated hitter and went 1-for-4 with a walk and an RBI in Wednesday's 4-0 win over Detroit.

Valera, who remained stapled to the bench for the previous four games, rejoined the starting nine Wednesday and contributed to Cleveland's sixth straight win. He singled in the club's first run and then walked in the ninth inning before being lifted for a pinch runner, who eventually scored an insurance run. Valera has started six of the Guardians' 16 games since having his contract selected at the beginning of the month.

Lux batted leadoff and went 3-for-5 with a run scored in Wednesday's 6-2 win over the Cardinals.

Lux stepped in atop the order for TJ Friedl, who was given the day off. The multi-hit effort was Lux's first since Aug. 18 and his third consecutive game with a base hit. He's doing his best to break out of a September funk; prior to his three-game hit streak, Lux was hitless over 21 at-bats.

Ohtani went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in a 5-0 victory over the Phillies on Wednesday.

Ohtani provided an insurance run for Los Angeles with his solo blast to center field in the eighth inning. The long ball was the two-way star's second in as many days and 51st overall this season. That's third most in the majors behind Cal Raleigh (56) and Kyle Schwarber (53). Ohtani has now reached base safely in 22 straight contests and is slashing .289/.422/.602 with seven home runs, 12 RBI, 17 runs, 19 walks and two stolen bases during that span.

Ozuna went 3-for-5 with a double and three RBI in Wednesday's 9-4 win over the Nationals.

The veteran DH has fallen to eighth in the order in most of Atlanta's recent lineups, but he was able to make an impact from that spot Wednesday with a two-run single in the sixth inning and an RBI double in the eighth. The RBI were his first since Aug. 26, and Ozuna has gone 28 games without a home run, leaving him stalled at 20 on the season. His bat has been showing signs of life of late, however -- he's batting .360 (9-for-25) over his last seven contests with four doubles.
