Ramirez left Saturday's game against the Rays in the fifth inning after being injured running to first base on a groundball, David Wilson of the Miami Herald reports.

Ramirez returned to action Saturday after missing over a month while recovering from COVID-19, but he could be headed right back to the injured list, as he needed to be carted off the field with his injury.

Soler was removed from Saturday's game against the White Sox after his first at-bat, Josh Vernier of 610 Sports reports.

It's not yet clear why Soler was taken out of Saturday's contest, but it could have been because of the sore back and oblique that cost him a game and part of another earlier this week. Soler was replaced in the game by Ryan McBroom.

Torrens went 0-for-3 with a walk in a win over the Rangers on Friday, a game that marked his Mariners debut.

A trade-deadline arrival, Torrens is slated to serve as the primary catcher for what remains of the regular season. The former Padres prospect was slashing .273/.333./.364 in San Diego before the trade and has shown some offensive upside during his time in the minors. Despite the relatively nondescript batting line, Greg Johns of MLB.com reports Torrens made an impression on manager Scott Servais in the Mariners' skipper's first chance to see him up close. "He's very athletic. He bounced out on a swinging bunt and handled that ball with no problem," Servais said. "I thought his hands were fine. He's catching pitchers he's never caught before, so you're catching a [Yusei] Kikuchi, and his ball is cutting and sinking and doing things like that, I thought he handled himself really good."

Dickerson will sit against lefty Madison Bumgarner and the Diamondbacks on Saturday, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Dickerson is hitting .542 with four homers in a stretch of five straight multi-hit games, but even that level of performance isn't enough for him to avoid getting platooned in this one. Darin Ruf starts in left field in his absence.

Ramirez was activated from the COVID-19 injured list Saturday and will bat sixth and play left field against the Rays, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Ramirez appeared in just two games prior to being sidelined as part of the Marlins' early-season coronavirus outbreak. How exactly he'll fit into the team's plans in the outfield going forward remains to be seen. Corey Dickerson has been the team's primary left fielder, though he's hitting just .224/.291/.383 on the season.

Dickerson went 2-for-4 with a double, a walk and two runs scored in Friday's loss against the Diamondbacks.

Dickerson has now recorded two or more hits in each of his last five contests, knocking at least one double in three straight games. He seems to have received a confidence boost after his three-homer performance on Sept. 1 and is hitting .542 during the aforementioned five-game stretch. He's slashing a career-best .277/.351/.554 on the season.

Belt went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a double, two total RBI and a walk in Friday's loss against Arizona.

Belt smashed his sixth long ball of the season off reliever Hector Rondon, and that ended a streak of seven games without a homer for the veteran first baseman. Belt has been seeing the ball extremely well of late and is hitting .531 with a 1.709 OPS, three homers, eight RBI, nine runs scored and a 7:6 BB:K across his last 10 games.

Pederson went 1-for-4 with a solo home run during Friday's win over the Rockies.

Pederson hit back-to-back homers with AJ Pollock in the eighth inning to help the Dodgers reclaim the lead. The 28-year-old now has six home runs on the season while batting .191/.296/.415 across 33 games.

Soler (back/oblique) went 0-for-5 with a pair of strikeouts in Friday's 7-4 loss to the White Sox.

Soler missed one game with his injury, but wasn't able to make much of an impact in his return. He's now in the midst of a 7-for-35 (.200) slump over his last 10 games. The 28-year-old is slashing .237/.333/.459 with eight homers, 22 RBI and 16 runs scored in 38 games overall.

Jimenez went 3-for-5 with an RBI double and a run scored in Friday's 7-4 win over the Royals.

Jimenez got aboard with a single in the second inning and eventually scored on a Nick Madrigal single. In the seventh, Jimenez added insurance with a double to plate Luis Robert. Jimenez has racked up 11 homers, 29 RBI, 20 runs scored and a .292/.327/.569 slash line through 37 games this season.
