Naylor is not in the Guardians' starting lineup against the Padres on Monday.

Austin Hedges will start behind home plate Monday and bat ninth against San Diego left-hander Kyle Hart. Naylor has gone 2-for-12 with one RBI and three strikeouts across his first three outings of the 2025 season.

Rogers is not in the Tigers' starting lineup against the Mariners on Monday.

Rogers will get a rest Monday while Dillon Dingler starts behind home playe and bats seventh against Mariners right-hander Emerson Hancock. Rogers has gone 2-for-7 with a triple and one run across his first two outings of the 2025 season.

Fortes is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Mets.

Fortes will get a breather Monday after he worked behind the dish in both of the final two games of the Marlins' weekend series versus Pittsburgh. Liam Hicks will pick up the start at catcher in place of Fortes, who has recorded one extra-base hit (two doubles, one triple) in each of his first three games of the season.

Murphy (rib) will begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Gwinnett on Tuesday, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.

Previous reports suggested that Murphy would likely start his rehab assignment at High-A Rome on Friday, but Atlanta has pushed him up a few days. Murphy will be eligible for activation from the 10-day injured list Friday and would seem to have a shot to return then, although the club has not revealed a target date for their starting catcher. Drake Baldwin has been serving as the club's primary backstop to begin the season with Murphy out.

Jeffers will start at designated hitter and bat third in Monday's game against the White Sox.

With the Twins kicking off their three-game series in Chicago with a day game, Jeffers will get a break from catching duties after he was behind the plate for eight innings in Sunday's 9-2 loss to the Cardinals. However, the Twins will keep Jeffers' bat in the lineup by using him at DH, while the lefty-hitting Matt Wallner takes a seat against White Sox lefty Martin Perez.

Realmuto (foot) will start at catcher and bat cleanup in Monday's game against the Rockies.

Realmuto didn't play in Sunday's 5-1 loss to the Nationals after fouling a pitch off his left foot Saturday, but he's ready to go following a day of rest. The veteran catcher has gone 1-for-9 at the plate in his first two games of the season.

Stephenson (oblique) underwent an MRI last Wednesday that showed his injury was 80 percent healed, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Athletic reports.

Stephenson is scheduled to undergo a second MRI while the Reds on the road -- the trip runs from April 3 to 9 -- and there are no plans for him to travel with the club. In the meantime, Jose Trevino and Austin Wynns will continue to serve as the team's catchers.

Rice went 2-for-4 with a solo home run and an additional run in Sunday's 12-3 win against Milwaukee.

Rice got in on a homer-happy weekend by the Yankees, smashing a 383-foot solo shot to right field in the second inning. The 26-year-old has started at DH in two of New York's first three games and has gone 3-for-6 with three runs scored. As long as Rice continues to get regular playing time, he can be a useful source of power in fantasy -- he belted 31 long balls over 129 regular-season contests across the minors and majors last season.

Thaiss went 2-for-3 with a double, a walk and an RBI in Sunday's game against the Angels.

Thaiss started his second straight game behind the plate and appears to have overtaken Korey Lee as the White Sox's preferred option. He tallied his first hit of the season in the first inning to drive in Luis Robert Jr. Thaiss has reached base five times across seven plate appearances in his two starts.

Pereda started at catcher and went 0-for-3 in Sunday's loss to the Mariners.

Pereda won the backup catcher job behind regular starter Shea Langeliers. However, he may not play as much as a regular backup as Tyler Soderstrom could also make some starts at catcher. Pereda has a good arm behind the plate but struggled with the bat last season (.481 OPS in 40 plate appearances in the majors).
