Arroyo, 20, is slashing .304/.351/.406 with eight RBI through 18 games for Double-A Richmond.

Arroyo's hit tool is well above-average, though he will not likely provide much in the way of power or speed. As such, his fantasy upside may remain curtailed, as he could be a better actual MLB player than fantasy producer.

Marte went 3-for-5 with a double, two RBI and three runs in Tuesday's 11-1 hammering of the Astros.

Marte was hitting a measly .186 when he was given a day off on April 20. Since then, he has a six-game hit streak including three multi-hit performances, all three of his season's extra-base hits, one steal, two RBI and seven runs while raising his average to .265. If the switch hitter can continue to get on base, he'll have the opportunity to capitalize on his speed which is arguably Marte's top attribute. At this point, the shortstop is best suited for dynasty and the deepest of leagues, but certainly possesses the potential to develop into a more useful asset in a plethora of formats.

Giavotella homered, his first, as part of a 3-for-4 game with three runs scored and three RBI.

Giavotella had been utterly awful heading into this game. In 14 starts, he had just one multi-hit game, zero extra-base hits and a .136/.156/.136 batting line. Giavotella also doubled in Tuesday's win and is now hitting .188/.204/.271. After his start, any signs of life are a positive.

Semien hit his fifth homer of the season -- a two-run shot -- during Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Tigers.

The shortstop now leads the team in long balls, but is hitting just .197 for the season. The power is nice and he's currently on pace to surpass last year's career-high 15 home runs. However, until he gets more consistent with the bat, Semien isn't the most attractive fantasy option.

Solarte (hamstring) played catch on the field at Petco Park last weekend, Jeff Sanders of the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

The activity qualified as "baseball-related," although it's just one of several hurdles Solarte must clear on the road back from a strained hamstring. He will need to successfully run the bases before the team sends him out for a minor league rehab assignment. Brett Wallace and Adam Rosales have been sharing time at third base in Solarte's absence.

Polanco was recalled from Triple-A Rochester on Tuesday, LaVelle E. Neal III of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Polanco has been hitting well in the minors, slashing .316/.357/.553 with a homer and three triples through 11 games, so he'll come back for his second major league stint of the season. There has yet to be a corresponding roster move, but Polanco figures to serve as depth up the middle of the infield.

Betancourt exited Tuesday's Double-A game with an apparent head injury, Chris Harris of the Biloxi Shuckers reports.

Betancourt was injured when he fouled a bunt attempt off his forehead in the second inning of Tuesday's game. The extent of his setback is not certain, so it remains to be seen if he will miss any further action. Betancourt is off to a fast start in 2016, hitting .340 (16-for-47) through 15 games.

Chavis tore a thumb ligament in Saturday's game against Single-A Columbia, Alex Speier of the Boston Globe reports.

Chavis was off to a terrific start on the young season, batting .356 with a .415 OBP in 59 at-bats. An MRI will be needed to determine whether he'll need surgery, but either way, he's likely headed to the DL for significant time. A 2014 first-round pick, the 24-year-old is likely to be sidelined until June at the earliest.

Beckham (hamstring) will begin rehab Tuesday in Orlando, Kevin McAlpin of the Braves Radio Network reports.

Beckham began running Monday and will continue to progress to more rigorous rehab exercises as the week goes on. The former first-round pick was hitting .280/.357/.360 with three RBI in 10 games before suffering his hamstring injury.

Forsythe went 3-for-5 with a solo homer in Sunday's 8-1 victory over the Yankees.

After a one-game hiccup on Saturday in which he went hitless in four at-bats, Forsythe was back at it again Sunday. He tallied his fourth multi-hit game in his last six, and his second game over the last four with three hits. The homer was his first since April 12 versus the Indians, and he's now slashing .303/.370/.545 over 66 at-bats. He continues to serve as a strong source of offensive production at the top of the Rays' lineup even with the team as a whole struggling to impact the scoreboard in the early going.
