Alonso went 3-for-5 with a three-run homer in Saturday's 8-6 loss to the Brewers.

The rookie continues to tear the cover off the ball. Alonso is slashing .309/.404/.681 with nine homers and 24 RBI through his first 26 games, and while at some point he'll have to make some adjustments, big-league pitchers haven't been able to find any holes in his swing.

Diaz went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in a 2-1 victory over the Red Sox on Saturday.

The 27-year-old has showcased a lot of power while limiting his strikeouts early this season. Diaz has seven homers but just 19 strikeouts and 16 walks. That's the biggest reason why he's slashing .279/.381/.570. He has also driven in a run in four straight games, giving him 14 RBI along with 17 runs this season.

Rizzo went 3-for-5 with a solo home run, two doubles, two RBI and three runs scored in a 9-1 win over the Diamondbacks on Saturday.

It's been a slow start to the season for Rizzo, as he's still batting just .220 even after the three-hit day, but this is what the 29-year-old is capable of in the middle of a strong Cubs lineup. Rizzo now has five home runs and 16 RBI this year, and his long track record suggests that the batting average should continue to rise.

Cron went 2-for-4 with a two-run homer in the sixth inning of the Twins' 9-2 win over the Orioles on Saturday.

Cron homered off Paul Fry to provide the Twins with a 3-2 lead. The 29-year-old's batting average is just .250, but he has homered in both of the last two games. He now has five home runs and 14 RBI on the season.

Cabrera (calf) remains out of the lineup Saturday against Seattle.

Cabrera left Thursday's game against Seattle with left calf tightness. With an off day coming up Monday, it's possible Cabrera will sit again Sunday to get a full four days to rest. Logan Forsythe will start at third base Saturday.

Flores went 2-for-3 with a walk, three RBI and one run scored in Friday's 8-3 win over the Cubs.

Flores contributed early offense with a weak grounder that eluded Ben Zobrist and delivered two runs in Arizona's three-run first inning. This was his first multi-RBI game of the season. Flores' sluggish start -- he's hitting just .222 with five RBI over 23 games -- makes him an ideal candidate to sit out games when manager Torey Lovullo wants to get the Diamondbacks' hot hitters in the lineup.

Calhoun went 2-for-3 with a walk, a solo home run and a second run scored in Friday's 5-1 win over the Royals,

The 31-year-old has now popped homers in the three straight games, giving Calhoun seven long balls on the year. His .200/.296/.463 slash line is still poor, but his 16 runs and 16 RBI through 25 contests are giving him solid fantasy value even if singles aren't falling in for him.

Cron went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Friday's 6-1 win over the Orioles.

The Twins hammered Baltimore pitching for five homers, with Cron going back-to-back-to-back with Nelson Cruz and Eddie Rosario in the first inning off Alex Cobb to set the tone for the night. Cron is now slashing .236/.276/.444 through 21 games with four home runs and 12 RBI.

Guerrero went 1-for-4, hitting a double for his first MLB hit in a 4-2 victory against the Athletics on Friday.

The top prospect grounded out and then flew out twice in his first three at-bats, but he doubled to lead off the ninth inning in a tied game. Brandon Drury then hit a walk-off homer a couple batters later. Guerrero has slashed .331/.413/.531 in 288 minor-league games, and with a double during a key situation in his debut, there's plenty to look forward to with him this season.

Abreu went 4-for-5 with a home run, two runs scored and five RBI on Friday night against the Tigers.

Abreu had a big day at the dish, plating a run in the first on a single and then again in the third with a single to center. In the fourth, the slugger drove in a run on a double to right and would cap off his impressive night with a two-run blast. The 32-year-old got off to a slow start at the plate, but he's been heating up of late, collecting 10 hits and driving in 12 runs over his last four contests.
