Saints' Kool-Aid McKinstry: Full practice Wednesday
McKinstry (illness) was a full participant at the Saints' practice Wednesday, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.
McKinstry left the team's 34-27 win over the Giants in Week 6 with a migraine, but he is now back to full health ahead of Week 7. The 24-year-old will be tasked with trying to slow down DK Metcalf and Germie Bernard in Sunday's matchup with the Steelers in Paris.

Saints' Kool-Aid McKinstry: Suffers migraine Sunday
Saints head coach Kellen Moore stated McKinstry (illness) exited Sunday's 34-27 win over the Giants due to a migraine, Jeff Nowak of The Big 870 New Orleans reports.
McKinstry exited Sunday's contest after experiencing a sudden onset of a migraine. Until there is a more definitive update, he should at least be considered questionable for the Week 7 meeting with the Steelers in Paris. If McKinstry can't suit up for that one, Quincy Riley is a candidate for more snaps.

McKinstry recorded two interceptions among his three defensed passes and added four tackles (three solo) Sunday in a 26-14 win over the Giants.
McKinstry came up huge for New Orleans to help the team to its first win of the season. Both of his pickoffs came in the fourth quarter -- the first came on a deep pass that McKinstry grabbed as his own five-yard line, and the second (on New York's next drive) took place on a short pass at the Giants' 45-yard line. The interceptions were the first two of McKinstry's NFL career.

McKinstry posted seven tackles (five solo) and a defensed pass in a loss to Arizona on Sunday.
McKinstry finished tied for third on Arizona with his seven stops, one of which went for a loss. The second-year cornerback broke up six passes as a rookie last season while recording 42 tackles over 15 games. He moved into a starting role late in the second half of the campaign and has held onto that status to begin the 2025 season, as he played all 66 of New Orleans' defensive snaps Sunday.
