Lions' Taylor Decker: Questionable with shoulder issue
Decker (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams, Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com reports.
Decker has been playing through a shoulder injury for most of the season and missed a pair of games earlier in the campaign. While he has been able to suit up for most games, he didn't practice at all during the week. Given that, Decker appears to be in serious danger of missing the Lions' Week 15 contest.

Lions' Kayode Awosika: Questionable heading into Week 15
Awosika (foot) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams, Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com reports.
Awosika missed the Lions' key Week 14 win over the Cowboys but was able to log three limited practices ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Rams. His status will become clear shortly before kickoff.

Lions' Shane Zylstra: Questionable to play Sunday
Zylstra (knee) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Rams, Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com reports.
Zylstra logged three limited practices heading into Week 15 against the Rams, a step up from his practice progression in Week 14 when he ended the week as a non-participant. If the 29-year old does return, he would be making his first appearance since Week 2 against the Bears. The fifth-year pro plays a majority of snaps on special teams but could possibly see a larger role on offense with Sam LaPorta (back) on injured reserve.

Lions' Sione Vaki: Questionable for Sunday
Vaki (thumb) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Rams, Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com reports.
Vaki was limited in practice throughout the week with a thumb injury he suffered in Week 13 against the Packers. Given that he played through the injury in Week 14, the 24-year-old should have a good chance to play Sunday against the Rams, barring a setback. Should he sit out, Jacob Saylors will serve as the No. 3 running back behind Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery.

Lions' Thomas Harper: Questionable to play Sunday
Harper (concussion) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Rams, Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com reports.
Harper was a limited participant in all three practices heading into Week 15. The 25-year-old suffered a concussion in the Lions' Week 14 win over Dallas and will need to clear the league's five-step concussion protocol before having a chance to play Sunday against the Rams.

Lions' Kerby Joseph: Possible IR candidate
Lions head coach Dan Campbell said Friday that Joseph (knee) is a possible injured reserve candidate, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.
Joseph appeared as a limited participant in practice Wednesday but appeared to have suffered a setback after no participation Thursday or Friday. It looks as though the 25-year-old is set to miss an extended period of time, and it's currently unknown when he will return this season. Thomas Harper will remain as a starting safety in Kerby's absence.

Lions' Kalif Raymond: Status in question for Sunday
Raymond (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at the Rams, Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com reports.
Raymond suffered an ankle injury Week 12 against the Giants and missed the Lions' last two contests as a result. After logging three consecutive limited practices this week, he's put himself in a position to return to action Sunday, but his status won't be confirmed until about 90 minutes before a 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. If he's able to suit up, he could be eased back in, as Isaac TeSlaa has taken on an expanded workload alongside Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams during Raymond's absence.

Lions' Kerby Joseph: Unable to practice Thursday
Joseph (knee) did not participate in Thursday's practice.
Joseph logged a limited session Wednesday before downgrading to a non-participant Thursday. The downturn in practice participation bodes poorly for the safety's chances to suit up for Sunday's game against the Rams. Joseph will have one more chance to practice Friday, but if he is unable to log at least a limited session, it is unlikely he will be able to play Sunday.

Lions' Alex Anzalone: Upgrades to full Thursday
Anzalone (illness) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
Anzalone was unable to practice Wednesday due to an illness, but he is now cleared of any injury designation a day later after turning in a full session Thursday. Anzalone is thus on target to suit up against the Rams, where he will likely continue his season-long streak of logging at least an 88 percent snap share.

Lions' Kalif Raymond: Reps capped Thursday
Raymond (ankle) was a limited participant Thursday.
Raymond sat out the Lions' last two games due to an ankle injury, but he could be on a path to playing this Sunday versus the Rams after turning in a pair of limited practices to kick off Week 15 prep. If available this weekend, Raymond could take back No. 3 receiver duties from Isaac TeSlaa in addition to serving as Detroit's top punt returner. However, special teams coordinator Dave Fipp told Richard Silva of The Detroit News on Thursday that Tom Kennedy will keep working as Detroit's top kickoff returner after filling in admirably for Raymond in that capacity the past two weeks.
