Ravens' Zay Flowers: Likely to play Sunday
Flowers, who is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Rams due to a shoulder injury, is expected to suit up, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Flowers logged a trio of limited practices this week while managing a shoulder issue. He was deemed questionable to play on Baltimore's final injury report Friday, but it appears he'll ultimately be able to suit up. However, for the second straight week he'll be working with QB Cooper Rush, as Lamar Jackson (hamstring) has already been ruled out for Week 6. In addition, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network notes that Flowers will likely play less snaps than usual, further complicating things for fantasy managers who have to decide whether to place him in their lineups this weekend.

Ravens' CJ Okoye: Signed to Ravens' active roster
The Ravens signed Okoye from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
Okoye joined the Ravens' practice squad in late August after failing to make the team's 53-man roster at the end of training camp. He was elevated practice squad twice and logged seven tackles (five solo) across two games. With Nnamdi Madubuike (neck) and Broderick Washington (ankle) both on injured reserve, Okoye's addition to the active roster gives the Ravens much-needed depth on the defensive line.

Ravens' Tyler Huntley: Elevated for Week 6
The Ravens elevated Huntley from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
With Lamar Jackson (hamstring) ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams, Huntley will be on the active roster for a second-straight week to serve as the Ravens' backup quarterback behind Cooper Rush. Huntley appeared in five regular-season games for the Dolphins in 2024, when he completed 64.7 percent of his passes for 829 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions while adding 26 carries for 135 yards and two scores.

Ravens' Emery Jones: Ruled out for Week 6
Jones (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams.
The third-round rookie remains on the non-football injury list but was designated for return nine days ago. He has 12 more days to be activated, or Jones would need to miss the entirety of the 2025 campaign. The Ravens have a Week 7 bye, so a debut the following week would make sense for Jones.

Ravens' Marlon Humphrey: Cleared to return Week 6
Humphrey (calf) does not carry an injury designation heading into Sunday's game against the Rams, Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Humphrey was unable to play against the Texans in Week 5 due to a calf injury he suffered against the Chiefs in Week 4. He was able to increase his practice participation during the week, culminating in a full practice Friday that has cleared him to play against the Rams. Humphrey's return is a welcome one for a Ravens secondary that will be without Chidobe Awuzie (hamstring) for a second straight game.

Ravens' Patrick Ricard: Not cleared to make 2025 debut
Ricard (calf) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams.
Ricard was able to practice in a limited capacity Thursday and Friday, but he has not been cleared to return from a calf injury that he sustained during training camp in August. He'll have additional time to rest with the Ravens on bye Week 7, making Week 8 against the Bears on Sunday, Oct. 26 his next opportunity to make his 2025 regular-season debut.

Ravens' Roquan Smith: Ruled out for Week 6
Smith (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams.
Smith will miss a second consecutive game due to a Grade 2 hamstring strain that he suffered during Baltimore's Week 4 loss to Kansas City. The Ravens are on a bye Week 7, so Smith will have extra time to rest and be cleared to play Week 8 against the Bears on Sunday, Oct. 26.

Ravens' Chidobe Awuzie: Won't play Week 6
Awuzie (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams.
Awuzie will miss a second consecutive game due to a hamstring injury. With the Ravens on bye Week 7, the 2017 second-rounder will have additional time to rest before Baltimore's Week 8 tilt against Chicago on Sunday, Oct. 26. T.J. Tampa and Jaire Alexander are in line to see more snaps at outside corner opposite Nate Wiggins in Awuzie's absence.

Ravens' Devontez Walker: Won't play against LAR
Walker (oblique) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams.
Walker downgraded to a DNP for Friday's practice, and his oblique injury is severe enough for him to not play in Sunday's home game. Walker has served in a depth role at wide receiver and as a contributor on special teams this season, which makes Cornelius Johnson and Keith Kirkwood candidates to be elevated from the Ravens' practice squad to the active roster, especially if Zay Flowers (shoulder) is also ruled out.

Ravens' Zay Flowers: Questionable after limited practice
Flowers (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams, Brian Wacker of the Baltimore Sun reports.
Flowers was limited in all three of Baltimore's practices prior to being tagged with a questionable designation for Week 6. Even if Flowers plays, he would be catching passes from backup quarterback Cooper Rush, as Lamar Jackson (hamstring) has been ruled out for a second consecutive game.

Ravens' Cooper Rush: Another spot start on tap
Rush will start Sunday against the Rams after the Ravens ruled out Lamar Jackson (hamstring) for that contest, Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun reports.
Earlier Friday, coach John Harbaugh declined to give a game designation for Jackson ahead of Week 6 action but added that if he doesn't play, Rush would get the nod under center, per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com. Now that the preceding has come to pass, Rush will start his second straight game this weekend, though he'll be looking to be more productive after completing 14-for-20 passes for 179 yards, no touchdowns and three interceptions during this past Sunday's 44-10 loss to the Texans.

Ravens' Lamar Jackson: Won't play Sunday
Jackson (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams, Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun reports.
With Jackson set to miss his second straight game, Cooper Rush is in line to draw another start at QB for the Ravens this weekend. With the team on bye Week 7, Jackson will target a potential return to action Sunday, Oct. 26 against the Bears.
