  • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Buries power-play goal

Crosby scored a power-play goal on three shots, added two PIM and went minus-2 in Saturday's 5-2 loss to the Jets. Crosby has yet to go consecutive games without a point in 2025-26. He got the Penguins on the board with his tally late in the second period of this contest. The 38-year-old superstar is still producing at an elite level with nine goals, 16 points, 27 shots on net, 13 hits, 22 PIM and a plus-4 rating over 13 appearances, leading the Penguins to one of the most surprisingly positive storylines of the first month of 2025-26. Even if the Penguins fade, Crosby is likely to continue piling up points.

  • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Vintage Sid the Kid this season

Crosby scored a goal Tuesday in a 3-2 shootout win over the Penguins. At the midpoint of the third, Crosby tied the game 2-2 when his backhand pass from behind the net went off the shoulder of Flyers defender Nick Seeler and dropped in behind Samuel Ersson. Crosby has been vintage Sid the Kid this season. He has eight goals, seven assists and 22 shots in 11 games.

  • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Reaches another milestone

Crosby scored a goal and added two assists in Monday's 6-3 win over the Blues. With his third-period assist on Bryan Rust's game-winner, Crosby reached 1,700 points for his career, becoming just the ninth player in NHL history to achieve that milestone -- and only the third to do it all with one franchise, after Steve Yzerman (1,755 with the Red Wings) and Mario Lemieux (1,723 with the Penguins). The 38-year-old superstar should pass both legends this season, and Marcel Dionne (1,771 career points) is also within sight, giving Crosby a good chance of finishing 2025-26 in sixth place on the all-time scoring list. Through the first 10 games of the campaign, he's already racked up seven goals and 14 points.

Crosby scored twice and added an assist Thursday in a 5-3 victory over the Panthers. Crosby has now recorded goals in four consecutive matchups, and he has nine points (five goals, four assists) on his current five-game point streak. It's also his 497th multi-point game, which ties Mario Lemieux for the sixth-most in NHL history. Crosby is also two points from being just the ninth player in NHL history to reach 1,700 points, and he remains one of the best in the league at age 38.

  • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Scores again Tuesday

Crosby scored a goal in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Canucks. Crosby has a goal in three straight games and has earned three tallies and three helpers during his four-game point streak. The 38-year-old is rolling right along on offense, and his fantasy managers should feel comfortable about having him in the lineup. He's at eight points, 10 shots on net, eight PIM, five hits and a plus-2 rating through seven appearances.

  • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: One of each in win

Crosby scored a goal, dished an assist, added two PIM and went plus-2 in Saturday's 3-0 win over the Sharks. Crosby opened the scoring with a tip-in goal at 7:35 of the second period. He also set up Evgeni Malkin's empty-netter in the third. With three multi-point efforts in six games, Crosby is not slowing down in his age-38 campaign. He has three goals, four assists, nine shots on net, eight PIM, a plus-1 rating, five hits and three blocked shots to begin the year.

  • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Ices win with empty-netter

Crosby scored an empty-net goal and added four PIM in Thursday's 4-2 win over the Kings. Crosby tallied with 31 seconds left in the third period to put the game out of reach. The 38-year-old center continues to play well early in the year with two goals, three assists and eight shots on net across five contests. Crosby will look to keep his offense rolling in San Jose on Saturday.

  • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Garners pair of helpers

Crosby notched two assists, three shots on goal, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Ducks. Crosby helped out on goals by Rickard Rakell and Anthony Mantha. This was Crosby's second multi-point effort through four games this season. He has a goal, three helpers, seven shots on net, five hits, three blocked shots and a minus-2 rating. The 38-year-old is still highly productive in a top-line role and on the first power-play unit, so he can continue to be rolled out in all fantasy formats.

  • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Two-point effort in win

Crosby produced a goal and an assist, both on the power play, in Thursday's 4-3 win over the Islanders. After helping to set up Rickard Rakell for a goal in the first period, Crosby tapped home his first tally of the season on a feed from Evgeni Malkin midway through the second. Crosby was held off the scoresheet in Pittsburgh's season opener Tuesday, but he's topped 90 points in each of the last three campaigns, and there's little reason to think the 38-year-old superstar will suddenly see his numbers fall off a cliff in 2025-26.

  • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Gets over 90-point mark again

Crosby scored a goal on three shots, added a power-play assist, logged two PIM and went plus-2 in Thursday's 5-2 win over the Capitals. From the start of March, Crosby rallied with 30 points over the last 21 games of the season. The 37-year-old wasn't able to change the Penguins' fortunes, but he was able to cross the 90-point threshold for the ninth time in 20 seasons. He ends 2024-25 with 33 goals, 58 assists, 227 shots on net, 67 hits, 39 blocked shots, 31 PIM and a minus-20 rating over 80 appearances. He earned 27 of his 91 points with the man advantage. • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Pair of points in comeback win

Crosby scored a power-play goal on four shots and added an assist in Friday's 4-2 win over the Devils. Crosby's tally at 13:21 of the third period was the game-winner, and he also set up a Bryan Rust empty-netter to seal the win. Crosby has gotten on the scoresheet in 14 of the last 15 contests, earning 13 goals and 10 assists in that span. The 37-year-old superstar is up to 32 goals (nine game-winners), 89 points, 26 power-play points, 223 shots on net, 66 hits and a minus-21 rating over 78 appearances. He'll have two more chances to reach the 90-point mark for the third year in a row and the ninth time in his career.

  • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Power-play goal in blowout win

Crosby scored a power-play goal on six shots in Tuesday's 5-0 win over the Blackhawks. Crosby has racked up 12 goals and nine assists over 14 games since March 9. The 37-year-old just won't stop, and his goal Tuesday was ultimately all the Penguins needed in a lopsided win avenging their loss in Chicago on Sunday. He's now at 31 goals, 87 points (25 on the power play), 219 shots on net, 66 hits and a minus-21 rating across 77 appearances this season. This is the fourth time in his career he's scored at least eight game-winners in a campaign.

  • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Four points in Saturday's win

Crosby scored three goals, one on the power play, and added an even-strength assist in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Stars. After opening the scoring on the afternoon with his 10th power-play tally of the season early in the first period, Crosby took control of the game in the third en route to his 14th career hat trick. His final goal, an empty-netter, gave him 30 on the campaign -- the 13th time he's reached that plateau. With five games left on the Penguins' schedule, Crosby needs four more points to hit 90 for the ninth time.

  • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Makes history in Thursday's loss

Crosby scored his 26th goal of the season in Thursday's 7-3 loss to the Sabres. The future Hall of Famer got his team on the board midway through the first period, before the game got away from the Penguins. It was Crosby's 80th point of the season, assuring that he'll finish 2024-25 having averaged at least a point a contest for the 20th straight season -- breaking Wayne Gretzky's NHL record of 19 straight point-a-game campaigns. Pittsburgh's playoff chances are fading rapidly, but Crosby is going down swinging. He's found the scoresheet in 12 of 13 games in March, piling up eight goals and 19 points on the month.

The 37-year-old center is up to 25 goals, 76 points, 194 shots on net, 59 hits and a minus-20 rating through 69 appearances. He has 11 contests left and is 14 points shy of reaching 90 for a third straight year -- even if he falls a little short, it's been another excellent campaign in Crosby's 20th NHL season.

  • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Five-game, eight-point streak

Crosby scored a goal Tuesday in a 4-2 loss to the Islanders. The goal pushed his point streak to five games and eight points (five goals, three assists). It was his fifth goal in five games. Crosby now has 74 points (24 goals, 50 assists) this season. Since he can play a maximum of 80 games this year, Sid is just six points from guaranteeing that he'll average at least a point-per-game for a 20th consecutive season. Wayne Gretzky managed that feat 19 times.

  • Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Tallies two goals in win

Crosby scored two goals, including an empty-net tally, and took three shots on net in Sunday's 3-1 win against the Wild. Both of Crosby's goals were in the third period, and his empty-net goal with just over a minute to play helped seal the game for Pittsburgh. The 37-year-old superstar is up to 21 goals, 68 points and 181 shots on net in 64 games this season. Sunday's performance was Crosby's first multi-goal game since Nov. 2 and his third such effort of the season. He is currently tied for 17th in the league in points and his 21 goals are tied for second on the Penguins. Even in his 20th season, Crosby remains an elite option in fantasy and should challenge for the 80-point mark for the 14th time in his career.
