    Felhaber signed a contract with the Sharks on Wednesday, Sheng Peng of San Jose Hockey Now reports. Per PuckPedia, it's a one-year, two-way contract. The 27-year-old forward played exclusively in the AHL in 2025-26, earning 15 goals and 16 assists over 63 regular-season outings as well as seven points over 17 playoff contests. Felhaber will likely play all of 2026-27 in the AHL.

    Felhaber scored two goals in AHL Colorado's 5-2 win over Tucson on Sunday. Felhaber has picked up the pace with four goals and an assist over his last four games. The 27-year-old hasn't gotten a call-up this year despite the Avalanche rotating a handful of depth players to and from the AHL. He was scoreless over five appearances in the 2024-25 regular season with the Avalanche, and he added 44 points in 67 regular-season contests for the Eagles last year.
