Oilers' Connor Ingram: Falls short in Game 6
Ingram allowed four goals on 30 shots in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Ducks in Game 6.
Ingram kept the Oilers' season alive once but couldn't do it twice, failing to get the series back to Edmonton. The Ducks jumped out to a 3-1 lead after one period, and that deficit was too much to overcome for the Oilers. Ingram went 2-3 with 19 goals allowed on 153 shots (.876 save percentage) across five outings in this series, which will see the Oilers fail to make the second round for the first time since 2021. Ingram is eligible for unrestricted free agency this summer if the Oilers don't re-sign him.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Slated to start Thursday
Ingram is expected to start on the road against Anaheim in Game 6 on Thursday, per Patrick Present of The Hockey News.
With the Oilers one loss away from elimination, Ingram came up big Tuesday, stopping 28 of 30 shots. Edmonton will be hoping to get a similar result out of him in Game 6, but Ingram hasn't always been effective against the Ducks. He was 1-2 with a 4.70 GAA and an .849 save percentage across the opening three games of this first-round series.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Keeps series going
Ingram stopped 29 of 30 shots in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Ducks in Game 5.
The Oilers jumped out to a 3-0 lead midway through the first period, and that was all the help Ingram needed. The 29-year-old was benched for Game 4 after losing his two starts before that while allowing a combined 11 goals on 65 shots in those defeats. With a win to his name, Ingram seems likely to start Game 6 in Anaheim on Thursday as the Oilers look to extend the series again.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Back in net for Game 5
Ingram is drawing the start for Tuesday's Game 5 at home versus the Ducks, according to Oilers play-by-play announcer Jack Michaels.
The Oilers are turning back to Ingram on the cusp of elimination after Tristan Jarry played in Sunday's Game 4 loss. Ingram won the first game of this series, but he has been blitzed for 14 goals on 93 shots through three outings against the Ducks in the 2026 postseason, posting an .849 save percentage and a 4.70 GAA in the process. The Oilers have a couple of moving parts for Game 5, as Connor McDavid (undisclosed) and Jason Dickinson (lower body) are game-time decisions.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Lit up in Game 3 loss
Ingram stopped 32 of 38 shots in Friday's 7-4 loss to the Ducks in Game 3. The seventh goal was an empty-netter.
The Oilers' defense let Ingram down in this one, and he didn't do enough to bail them out. With 14 goals allowed on 93 shots over three games in this first-round series, Ingram is playing far from his best hockey. It's unclear how much longer head coach Kris Knoblauch will tolerate this poor performance before considering a switch in goal, but Ingram is probably on the hot seat heading into Game 4 on Sunday. If Ingram gets benched, Tristan Jarry will take over the goaltending duties.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Starting again in Game 3
Ingram will guard the road goal versus the Ducks in Game 3 on Friday, Patrick Present of The Hockey News reports.
Ingram allowed five goals on 27 shots in a Game 2 loss, but he'll get another turn between the pipes. He may be on a short leash for this one, as Tristan Jarry has some playoff experience even though he ended the regular season in poor form. Ingram has still been the better of the Oilers' goalies despite his shaky performance in the last game.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Yields five goals in loss
Ingram allowed five goals on 27 shots in Wednesday's 6-4 loss to the Ducks in Game 2. The sixth goal was an empty-netter.
Ingram was unable to stop the Ducks' special teams -- they scored twice on the power play and once while shorthanded. With eight goals allowed on 55 shots over the first two games of this first-round series, Ingram has not been at his best. Still, the Oilers haven't shown a lot of trust in Tristan Jarry's performance, so a goaltending change isn't imminent, though the team hasn't yet revealed who will get the nod in Game 3 on Friday in Anaheim.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: In goal versus Ducks
Ingram will patrol the crease at home for Game 2 against Anaheim on Wednesday, per Derek Lee of The Hockey News.
Ingram gave up more goals versus the Ducks (three) than he has in his previous four outings, but he still walked away with the win. Overall, the 29-year-old backstop is 3-1-1 with an impressive 1.70 GAA in his last five outings. At this point, even if Ingram were to lose Game 2, he's earned himself enough leeway to get another start or two.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Earns win in playoff opener
Ingram stopped 25 of 28 shots in Monday's 4-3 win over the Ducks in Game 1 of their first-round playoff series.
Ingram was beaten three times in the second period, but he was excellent down the stretch, stopping the 11 shots he faced during the third period while allowing the Oilers to mount a late comeback. Ingram posted a career-best 2.60 GAA in 32 regular-season appearances, and he should remain the No. 1 goaltender for Edmonton ahead of Wednesday's Game 2.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Cruises to win Thursday
Ingram stopped 11 of 12 shots in Thursday's 6-1 win over the Canucks.
Ingram didn't have a lot of work Thursday in a game the Oilers dominated from start to finish, allowing him to end the season on a decent note with a win. The 29-year-old veteran went 5-4-1 with a 2.37 GAA and a .907 save percentage over his last 10 contests, though, and he figures to open the postseason as the No. 1 goaltender for Edmonton. He went 16-10-3 with a 2.60 GAA and an .899 save percentage through 32 appearances in the regular season.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: In goal Thursday
Ingram will be between the pipes at home versus Vancouver on Thursday, Mark Spector of Sportsnet reports.
Ingram has taken over as the No. 1 option in Edmonton and figures to lead the team into the postseason as well. Since the Olympic break, the 29-year-old backstop has played in 18 of the team's last 23 contests, posting a 9-6-2 record, 2.64 GAA and one shutout.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Stops 30 shots in SO loss Monday
Ingram stopped 30 of 31 shots in Monday's shootout loss to the Avalanche.
Ingram might be ending the season on a sour note from a record perspective, as he's won just one of his last three starts, but he isn't the one to blame for that record. Ingram has posted a 1.48 GAA and an excellent .935 save percentage over that stretch, so he remains a strong fantasy option in most formats. The Oilers will play their final game of the regular season Thursday at home against Vancouver.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Starting against Colorado
Ingram will start Monday's home game against the Avalanche, Tom Gazzola of Edmonton Sports Talk reports.
Ingram has gone 1-2-0 with eight goals allowed on 64 shots over three appearances in April. He made a relief appearance on the road against Colorado on March 10 and turned aside 16 of 18 shots (.889 save percentage) in a 4-3 loss.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Losing end of goaltending duel
Ingram made 19 saves Saturday in a 1-0 loss to the Kings.
The game had a distinct playoff feel, and Ingram played really well. The only King to best him was Artemi Panarin, who beat him glove side on a breakaway after stealing the puck from Evan Bouchard in the Kings' zone. Ingram is 1-2-0 in his last three games, and the Oilers are 1-2-1 in their last four, but they managed to secure a playoff spot later Saturday when the Flyers beat the Jets. We're not sure how the Oilers will deploy Ingram in the final two games. Will they play him to ensure he maintains a rhythm heading into the playoffs? Or will they sit Ingram, as wins would secure a first-round matchup against wild-card Utah, which has a plus-31 goal differential? These questions make year-end fantasy decisions so difficult.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Slated starter Saturday
Ingram (undisclosed) is expected to start on the road against Los Angeles on Saturday, per Oilers play-by-play announcer Jack Michaels.
Ingram left Wednesday's 5-2 victory over San Jose after the second period, but he will be back between the pipes in Saturday's contest. He has a 15-9-2 record, 2.78 GAA and .894 save percentage in 29 outings in 2025-26. Los Angeles has posted a 5-1- 1 record with 3.57 goals per game across its past seven matches.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Exits after two periods
Ingram was pulled from Wednesday's game versus the Sharks due to an undisclosed issue, Jamie Umbach of the Oilers' official site reports.
Ingram stopped eight of 10 shots in the first two periods before exiting the contest for precautionary reasons. He experienced some discomfort late in the second period, so Tristan Jarry entered the game in the third frame. It doesn't appear that the issue is serious, but it's unclear if Ingram will be available for Saturday's road matchup against the Kings.

The Sharks have scored 22 goals over their last six games, winning five of them as they work toward a playoff spot.

Oilers' Connor Ingram: Falls short against Vegas
Ingram stopped 28 of 33 shots in Saturday's 5-1 loss to the Golden Knights.
This was a big matchup for the Pacific Division standings, and Ingram wasn't at his best. The Golden Knights' first goals came at even strength. This ended his three-game winning streak, and it dropped the Oilers into a three-team competition for the top spot in the division, with Edmonton, Vegas and Anaheim all within a point of each other. Ingram is down to 14-9-2 with a 2.78 GAA and an .895 save percentage over 28 appearances. The Oilers have a back-to-back up next, visiting the Mammoth on Tuesday and the Sharks on Wednesday, which will likely lead to Ingram and Tristan Jarry splitting those starts.
